They do a great job and are all super friendly.

I am personally happy with the grooming my dogs get here. I'm cautious, though, and I have temporarily removed one star due to all-new staff. I will update as appropriate.

Friendly staff and do excellent work.

I took my cat in for a nail trim. The groomers were so nice to her. I could see them cutting her nails. They did an excellent job, and we were in and out in like 15 minutes. I would definitely go back

When a problem arises and was brought to attention about leash choking a dog nothing was done and is not right!

Excellent service! Caring and professional. Area is open so your fur-baby can see you (our 2 ratchi's are spoiled babies and Star did so good with them that they never even shook during the nail trim process.) We are 100% happy!

I was visiting my daughter; my dogs nails made loud noises on her floors so when I saw Grateful dogs I took my dog there. No appt. Needed and no vaccine record needed for nail trims. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes and only paid $10. I am very happy about my experience and will return.

We had a lot of things to be done to our dog. Star was wonderful in fulfilling our needs.

The staff was super friendly and very attentive to my Giant Schnauzer's needs. Great place, highly recommended.

Edit: bumped it up to 2 stars because the owner was apologetic, gave a full refund, and offered to pay for our vet bill. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. I am shocked by how they treated my dog. I dropped yesterday morning and had someone pick him up later in the day. I came home to a shaking dog with razor burn all of his body. There is absolutely no reason this should have happened! THERE IS NO REASON THEY SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN THAT CLOSE TO HIS SKIN! If he was too matted, they should have combed him out or called and said they couldn’t do the cut. I am appalled that none of the employees even bothered to call or say anything when our friend came to pick him up about the situation. Absolutely unacceptable! Now I have a traumatized dog, shaking in fear and pain, who will likely never be able to get a haircut again.

1st grooming appointment for my rescue dog. Shelby did a wonderful job.

I have a Corgi and she's was a very difficult puppy and thanks to the wonderful groomers here they were able to help get her used to being brushed and having her feet touched without the growling and biting.

Jason is fantastic. He really loves the animals and takes great care of them. Our pomchie gets a nice trim and our Shepard gets her nails done. We have been going for years.

My dog loves Grateful Dogs. It is our go to place for daycare and grooming. Zac just loves everyone there. He can't wait to get out of the car and go inside when we arrive in the parking lot. They seem to be doing a good job with COVID precautions.

I brought my dog, a 75 lb Pitbull, here to have her nails trimmed and filed down. It was $15 and they got me right in and we were done within 10 minutes of getting there. It was probably less than that. The girls that were working in there were extremely nice and friendly and polite and I definitely will be bringing my dog back here. They offer several different services and they offer boarding and training as well as the grooming. One of the standout things about this place was for as many dogs, especially small dogs, that were in the facility, I didn't hear a whole bunch of barking or yapping. All of the dogs were extremely quiet and calm and seemed to be enjoying their grooming and I feel like that says a lot about the people that work there and their ability to connect with the animals and keep them from feeling super nervous.

I dont feel as anxious when i bring my kids here to enjoy a meal as a family. Currently, The environment is family friendly.
