I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in this place. After reading reviews and all of the details on their website, I was very excited to bring my dog here while our family went on vacation. I have a very high energy dog, and this place seem like a great fit. A little over a month ago I had reached out via email to get details on the process of boarding a dog at the farm. I got a reply and was told to call the number to set up a trial day of day care. Getting closer to our trip, I called and left a voicemail with all of the details they asked for and left a few questions as well. I got a phone call back from somebody. They left a voicemail that I could not understand at all. It was muffled and sounded like it was from a distance. I called back immediately only to be transferred to voicemail again. I have since left numerous voicemails requesting a call back but nobody has returned any of my calls or emails. This put my family and I in a really unfortunate situation nearing holidays, and scrambling to find a new place to board our dog last minute. As a business owner myself, I will never give this company my business after the poor customer service they have given us.

THEY PHYSICALLY ABUSE ANIMALS. A friend took her dog there to train and was taking a video of it. In the video there is a man, that works there, kicking a sheep very hard. If you love you pets I would not take them there. How can anyone abuse a poor animal. The sheep was just standing there and the guy just kicked it for no reason.

Best place to take your dogs, ours are always so happy to go here, Fido's does an incredible job and if you want to pay extra for them to work on training you can and it's totally worth it. Highly recommend

Great place to bring your dogs, caring staff, super accommodating and very safe. Can't say enough about the staff and the fact that it's a great opportunity for daycare in the Olympia area.

I love Fido's! The staff here are great with my dog, help with discipline, and he gets plenty of room to run around with other great dogs. He is always so excited to arrive at Fido's. Worth the 30 minute drive from my house.

Excellent place for herding lessons. You get get a full half hour of quality private instruction aimed at letting you work your dog on your own. You don't just watch someone else work your dog for ten minutes like some other places.

My day at Fidos was wonderful! I worked four Bordercollies on sheep and bathed all four of them. All of this for $20. I did leave a $5 tip for use of the wash stands. Thanks Fidos!

I haven't visited them yet, but the web site had all the information I was initially looking for. My follow up emails were answered promptly and clearly. I'm looking forward to taking our new 1yo there for training.

We have boarded our large dog at Fido's Farm for several years. Their care of and concern for the animals is extraordinary. Staff is very kind and helpful to dog owners. The staff has loved our dog nearly as much as we do! Our pooch really loves to go to Fido's Farm!!!

Fidos Farm is an enviromentally managed sheep farm designed to care for and offer training and play opportunities for people and their dogs. I am learning to herd sheep there...it is life changing and a total delight!

My little dude loves going to the farm! If you're going out of town, please bring your dog here. Great staff, great amenities for your pup, and they offer all kinds of nest training for reasonable prices.

I have a 1 year old lab who is very social and very high energy. I’ve been taking her to Fido’s 3 days a week on average for about 6 months, and I feel so lucky to have found such an incredible place for her to spend the day! The staff at Fido’s is like a second family for her. They are friendly and patient, and I’ve seen a huge improvement in her behavior since we started going to daycare. She’s much calmer and more attentive, and I know this is in large part because of the attention and care she’s getting at Fido’s. When it snowed a couple of weeks ago, the staff even dressed her up in a coat so she stayed warm. It’s very apparent that the staff are there because they love dogs, not because it’s just a job. They are so smart and good at what they do! Every time I pick her up, she’s happy and sleepy, and I get the best cuddles when we get home. When I was choosing a daycare, I took tours at several different places before Fido’s. When we got to Fido’s it was like “yep, this is the place!” The atmosphere is incredible. The staff are happy, and the dogs are happy, the outdoor space is beautiful and just feels right.

From herding to play based daycare Fidos has whatever needs your dog could have! My boys come home exhausted and happy! I trust the staff with everything, they communicate clearly when your dog needs help in certain circumstances and go above and beyond to help! The best play-based boarding around! Fidos, where your dog gets to be a dog!

If your looking for a place where your dog can be a dog, look no further! They have huge outdoor play areas and covered yards for rainy days. The kennel staff is knowledgeable and all have an obvious love for dogs.

They keep raising their prices and giving out little flyers about it and ways to upsell their services. Getting steep for a place that provides basic oversight and a field for dogs to run around in. They are very nice though.

Our dog has been going to Fido's Farm for daycare for over a year now and she always is so excited to go play with her friends. She gets to dig all the holes she wants and now doesn't dig in our yard. The ladies there love her like their own and we could not imagine taking her anywhere else. The hours are so great and you can't beat the price. We love her second family.

I've never wrote a negative review in my life. But, I have found out some disturbing information and felt it was my moral and ethical duty to share with every who loves there pet as much as I live mine. They only have around 30 kennels and accept over 50 dogs during holiday boarding. That means that even though you think your dog is going to be in a heated 4x4 kennel- THEY ARE BOARDED IN CRATES!!! Not to mention you are paying for your dog to be in a crate for over 12 hours. Staff goes home early on Holidays so your pets are in crates and escapable x-pens for 18 hours. I have looked up pictures of what can happen to a dog left in a crate that long that has anxiety or is not used to a crate. It is horrid. And I am not sure how many other boarding facilities do this. Just make sure you ask questions and get a thorough tour when boarding your pet.

Fido's Farm is excellent. For more than a year we have been taking our dogs for both daycare on a semiweekly basis and boarding while out of town. I cannot say enough about the care and enthusiasm of the staff and the love they clearly have for our dogs. Their rates are very reasonable, especially compared to other dog daycare centers in the area. I am dismayed to see the one star reviews for Fido's that have populated this space recently. I have no doubt that each and every dog that spends the day (or longer) there is given the best possible care. Do not listen to the trolls.

I have been looking for a place to board my 2 dogs. However based on the owner’s reply to Joan Smith’s review I would never consider Fido’s Farm. Not a chance!!
