Tia groomed our Portuguese Water Dog for most of his 14+years and I couldn't imagine using anyone else. Tia's calm and loving demeanor put our dog at ease. The fact that he was not stuck in a kennel while there was a real plus. Keller always looked wonderful and Tia was always receptive to our requests relative to grooming needs/desires. Highly recommend!

You get what you pay for. I will never take my dog to petsmart or any other locations. I love going to this place, I have been taking Jake here for over 5 years since they were at their other location in Kirkland. Amazing service and my dog is always happy.

Save yourself the hassle and just Don’t go here. Rude, condescending, and straight up don’t have any love for animals they’re just trying to turn a profit and your pets expense

Stella, our Maltese, has been enjoying her spa days with Preston and Tia for about 7 years! Since my work location moved closer to Issaquah, it’s a bit out of the way to get her to Kirkland, but worth the trip. Preston is friendly and professional. Tia is a master with the scissors. Together, they are a team I trust with my little dog. They are always on time, too! Making it easy to schedule a drop and pick time.

If you desire a grooming salon for your small/medium dog you have now found the BEST one! Urban Doggie previously known as Tia’s Dog Spa is Fabulous! I have taken my King Charles Cavalier here for over 5 years and am always pleased with the results. Tia and husband Preston love their work and it certainly shows! Your dog will be adored and respected while receiving terrific trims, cuts, baths, etc. and then adorned with a bandanna! Tia is so well known that when I walk my dog with her special bandanna others respond “Hey, I see you’ve been to Tia’s!” Give your pet the attention he/she deserves. You both will be happier for it.

My goldens always look and smell so nice when Tia is done grooming them. She gets all the undercoat out with her de-shedding process and I think that makes them feel better and it reduces shedding for a little while at least.

Tia and Preston are wonderful! We have been going to Tia for over 6 years and they take greay care of my nervous dog and she looks amazing! We are so happy with the service and the grooming!

There are better options in the Kirkland Area. Being rude and condescending has never been a "success plan" for Customer Service Providers. But, you keeping doing your thing...Urban Doggie Spa. I hope you prove to be the exception.....

I have been taking my dog to see Tia for 7 years. Tia and Preston take such wonderful care of my pup. They know just what she needs. She is always happy and excited to see Tia and Preston when they greet her. It puts my mind at ease knowing I am leaving my dog in their care. My dog leaves Urban Doggie neatly groomed each time.

Tia consistently does great work grooming our cockapoo! We’re always happy with the extensive bathing and perfect cut— our pup leaves looks fabulous every time!

I was excited to see a new grooming salon in Kirkland! However, I was quickly disappointed as I realized this is the same owner of Tia’s Doggie Spa and Tia’s Doggie Spa & Boutique. This groomer has had many name changes I believe in order to avoid people seeing the bad reviews they have. On Yelp under both names, not so great ratings. I don’t like deceptive businesses and we had a horrible experience with this groomer previously. Even here on Google Reviews they can’t get great ratings.

I’ve been bringing my 2 small dogs for grooming every 2-3 months for the past 7.5 years. Every single time they’re groomed exactly as we discussed and are happy to be there. My terrier is always very excited to see Tia when we drop off (my other dog is rather indifferent to most situations). Even now as my dogs enter their senior years and we adjust their needs due to medical issues, I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. Every time is personal and they’re grooming needs are addressed with care.

I have been bringing my dogs to Urban Doggie for 7 years ! I would highly recommend and have never been disappointed,. I like the comfortable atmosphere she has for the dogs so they are not stressed out. Tia always listens to you and like a magic She makes my dogs Beautiful !

Took our dog there and got the works, and she looked, smelled and felt amazing! The people were very nice, informative and helpful. We will definitely be taking her back!

Tia does do quality work but at the cost of your dogs well being. Our dogs came home with significant bruises and abraisons on their abdomen. While we have thought twice about going to her before since our dog is the 3rd in a row that we know of with the same injuries to the dog- bruises and hand prints around the back legs and abdomen we had not had this experience in the past and thought we would give Tia the benefit of the doubt but NOPE. She did to our dogs what she did to the others we know. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DOG ABUSED!

I walked in very excited because my small little fluffy Muppet has been enduring me grooming his sweet fluffy self and I was excited to find a place that appeared to be a small boutique that would care for him and give him a great makeover. The gentleman who came to the front desk informed me that they will not accept a dog that has never been groomed before no matter how sweet he is. They said that we wish you luck but we cannot offer you any services. Oh my gosh! Horrible, tacky and stuck up!!!! Stunning!

Best doggie spa in town! Tia is amazing groomer, her husband is always friendly, and their business is super organized. We are using this grooming service since 2010, our dog loves to go there. It is former Tia's Doggie Spa, now they have a new name, but same high quality service.

There's a pretty obvious reason this place has all the 5 star ratings, they're very good at what they do. I've only taken Angus in for routine nail trimmings, but even a simple thing like that is taken care of with care and detail. The first time I took him, I was told he wouldn't sit still for the nail buffing, but every subsequent time, he's been no trouble at all. Just goes to show how good they are here, that they can earn your pooch's trust after only one session. I've moved up north to Bothell, but it's still worth it to me to come down here to get my pooch trimmed up. I'll never have to take a chance on any other place as long as Tia's is here on the Eastside. I take my business here, and if you want your pooch to come out happy and looking great, yours should be here too.

Do not go to Tia's, she did not disclose to me that she keeps customer dogs in a waiting room all together until she grooms each of them, my dog was attacked by another larger dog and bite her, I came to pick up her up and they did not tell me about the incident and I paid and put my dog in the car and discovered her bite, I went back in and Tia did not come out right away to discuss the situation because they were checking out the man who owned the dog that bit mine, she made me wait! The fact that they did not tell me what happened is unconcionable and a disgrace for someone who works with animals! Obviously she cares more about making a buck! I had to select a star but she derservies a ZER0, do not trust this women with your pet.

I have been bringing my Mal-Shi Daisy to Tia's since I adopted her 18 months ago. I love the way she is groomed, (puppy cut) every time. I was skeptical at first as Daisy shook and was scared, which upset me terribly. Now when I take her, she's totally fine, not too nervous or upset (other than this we are insuperable 24/7) Daisy loves to be groomed and when she's over due get's a little depressed, the appointments are very accommodating and staff is kind and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend Tia's Doggie Spa. I think for all they do, it's very affordable too!!!

Tia is great. Only problem every time I take my dog there he comes back with fleas. I have 4 dogs 6 cats. Only 2 dogs get groomed. Last 2 times I take them I was not sure this place was full of fleas. This time I wait 3 months to get rid of fleas than took them to tia. Came home they both covered with huge fleas. Frontline plus costs $85 per pet, times 10 $850. For sure I am not taking my baby to this flea shop.

We love Tia's Doggie Spa. I took my dog there a few weeks ago and was very impressed with everything! Preston was great when scheduling Scooters appointment. When I went to pick my dog up he was so happy and seemed to have taken to Tia. After having some not so great experiences at PetsMart this was a welcome relief to see that he was so happy and confident walking out with his new haircut, I kinda felt that he didn't even want to leave. Thanks Tia and Preston for giving us such a positive experience! We'll be back soon!

Maisie loves going to see Tia and Preston, she is always so excited to go and comes home beautifully groomed. We moved away from the area but will continue to come back just for this!!!
