Just discovered them after they’re location moved to 2 minutes away from my home. Was pleasantly surprised to discover they only say locally made raw diets for dogs and cats! The gal there was super friendly (I’m so sorry I don’t catch her name!) and gave great advice on why we’re missing for our pups diet. Also, super great recommendation on using goats milk for lickmats!

Price raised from 15 to 16.75 in 4 month. Food its self is good, my cat loves it. But Ill look for alternatives. can't afford any more.

I have been getting my dogs food from Pet Pantry for about 5 years, I just can’t begin to say enough good things about them, if I’m ever running low on food I call Janet and she always makes sure that I will get food delivered as soon as possible, they are absolutely the sweetest most helpful people I’ve ever known that worked for any place, I would give them 100 stars !! ????

Lovely workers and place! They walked me through their raw food and explained where they sourced there meat and veggies and emphasized all of their treats and food are made in America and with great quality and standards plus they gave me plenty of samples for raw food which I've never seen before so would highly reccomend! Plus bring your pet if you can, they give out treats!

What an amazing pet store! I was just wandering by, and I saw this awesome handmade cat tree that cat my eye. I entered the store, and I was warmly greeted. After asking if I had any pets, which I have a dog and cat, the employee explained to me what kind of food products they offer with such depth of knowledge. Their products are phenomenal! USDA human-grade, whole natural ingredients. I was given some samples to take with me, and my pets love them! I highly recommend this store.

Very friendly and have everything you need for a picky eater, very healthy food

While I used to make my dog's raw diet myself, it's far more covenient and just about as cost-effective to buy from Pet Pantry in Kirkland (across from Metro Market). The staff is super friendly, and they'll deliver with a minimum $100 order.

Natural Pet Pantry has been like a second home to me over the past couple years. This is an exceptionally rare business where everyone who works there is so knowledgeable, kind, generous and compassionate. They know their stuff. I haven’t been to the vet in over a year. No reason to as so many small things that come up can be resolved with natural products, prevention and information. They know so much about nutrition and pet care. Highly recommend this family-like business for all your pet care needs

Great employees that really care about your pet

Great place to buy food and treats for your pet. The service is very good, and they are always will g to talk to you about their foods, snacks and other goods they carry for dogs & cats. The candles are good too.

I have been shopping there for a number of years, spending an average of $700/mo. The staff is mostly wonderful, there are a couple of curmudgeony types, but mostly great. The prices, however, have skyrocketed over he past two years. I keep hearing that “ it’s not to make money!” But, of course, it is to make money. I will be looking into alternatives for raw food for my dog. P.S. Thank you for your response. I do have a few comments about what you stated. The price increases have been well over the stated 3%. For example, two years ago, 5 lb bag of duck or turkey was $20.50. Now it’s 23.50. So, about 15%, not 3%. While providing health insurance for your employees is very admirable and good, you are not the one paying for it, your customers are. Thanks again.

Amazing service from an incredibly knowledgeable staff. Best pet products on the market. We typically buy the 5lb bags of raw turkey/duck/beef for our dog and it keeps him at his best :)
