We asked them to only cut 2 inches off and they basically took all of the her out. She looks horrible. She has also been acting scared and weird since her grooming, not sure what happened during her grooming but she has been acting really sad and withdrawn. We asked them to cut her nails and her nails didn’t get cut. And on top of all of that is the most expensive place.

They took great care of my furry friend and he came out smelling great and very handsome

We have an extremely fearful, reactive puppy who most groomers said they couldn’t help. Even her vet wouldn’t trim her nails - they said she’d need to be put under anesthesia in order for them to even try. She wouldn’t even let us give her a trim after many months of constant practice. Her nails were getting too long, and we were desperate for help. Then we called to Scruff to Fluff. They had nothing but confidence that she could be helped. They have experience with reactive dogs and told us they’d be happy to work with her. We came in, and they introduced themselves to her slowly, while we were still there to comfort her. Then, they took her in the back, and lo and behold - they did it! They did a fantastic job on her nails and got all of them done. The folks at Scruff to Fluff were wonderful to work with. I was so happy to have met groomers who were willing to take our pup on despite her challenges. We will absolutely be going back again! Thank you so much for everything, Scruff to Fluff!

I was nervous to get my dog groomed for the first time and Erikka totally put my mind at ease and my Riley girl turned out great! I will definitely be returning :-)

We have a fearful border collie mix that can be shy and become reactive to new people and situations. Needless to say, Scruff To Fluff handled him like true pros, being sure to make our pup feel comfortable with his first trip to the groomer. We will definitely be regulars from here on out!

Great groomers, just a little smelly

We have a Old English Sheepdog and this is the only place we take her. Amazing service and affordable price!

Just picked up my 110 lb. big boy. I am First timer here and I am impressed. Both pet groomer and front desk clerk we’re so friendly and accommodating. They squeezed me in last minute and were so quick to finish not one but 2 dogs, mine and my neighbors dog. Price is unbeatable for the area. Thank you for being so great with my boy.

My mini long hair Doxie Leo loves to see his friends at Scruff to Fluff! Employees are always super friendly to me and really fast!

They do a great job with our miniature Schnauzer. Can usually squeeze us in last minute and are quick and efficient.

Sweet groomer who was gentle and kind to my little yorkie, meeting us at the door and holding our baby as she adjusted to her with us still there completing paperwork. She looked darling after and was just hanging out and being loved on freely by the staff when we picked her up! They are efficient as well. Recommend ! ❤️????????

I have brought my mid-sized Standard Poodle here for the past 6 months and have excellent customer service and Ella looks fabulous when she's been groomed. After a long term relationship with a Bellevue based groomer, the change to Scruff and Fluff was the right one.

We have been taking our goldendoodle to "Scruff to Fluff" for a couple of years now and we have been very pleased with their service. We had tried other places in the past that crated the dogs and were not as loving and caring and detailed. Highly recommended at a very good price for the quality of service!!

Wow! How does customer service stoop so low? I was a customer parking in the lot behind scruff and fluff while dining at their neighboring restaurant. I came out to find a big white truck owned by either the owner or an employee blocking 10 cars in the parking lot. When I nicely asked to move her car, she refused, resulting in having two police officers escort her out to have her move her truck almost an hour later. What humans do that? I am sure pet loving people would be better served with a more customer focused service. Maybe she was in heat?

Great little grooming spa!! The owner was really sweet and I could tell she really loves dogs. My dog has little bit of separation anxiety and usually gets really stressed during this type of drop off appointments but she really calmed her down and made her feel comfortable. The hair cut was pretty cute and my dog looked pretty happy running around the room with other dogs when I arrived- the owner does not put the dogs in cages unless necessary which I prefer. I will definitely keep coming here
