Our pup has been coming here for about a year now, for boarding and daycare once a week, and he loves it. Really nice to have such caring folks take care of our dog, who we can always trust and know he will have a blast with!

I had an evaluation done for my dog, left her for daycare so that I would be ready for an upcoming trip. I filled out their form with my contact info address and medical records for the dog. Then when I needed to use their services they lost my info and wanted me to do that all over again.

This place is great! They give you reports on your dog's behavior and are very friendly / easy to deal with

*Beware* I would give no stars if I could. I brought my dog here on the advice of a friend that brings hers. It was the WORST experience. I told staff members prior to bringing my dog on his first day, he gets very excited around other dogs and loves to play. For over four hours they let him run on pavement outside in mid 80 degree weather, only to call me and tell me his feet were getting “slightly raw and red”. I asked to have him taken out of the group play and that I would come pick him up early. When I picked him up I was shocked to find all of his paws bleeding, two of his pads split completely open and all four paws to have large chunks of pad missing. I called shortly after picking him up because I was in such disbelief of his injuries and staff members, as well as the owner, did not offer anything except blame me for the incident. All in all I brought my 11 month old puppy to a recommended establishment that lead to picking him up with injuries resulting from neglected care. I would not ever recommend this daycare.

I primarily bring my dog to Scampers Bellevue, but had to bring my dog to the Kirkland branch a few times due to temporary COVID restrictions at the Bellevue location. My dog and I LOVE Scampers. However, my dog did not seem to enjoy the Kirkland location. He always seems excited to leave when he goes to the Kirkland location. While at Bellevue he always seems like he had a great day and wants to tell me all about it. I've also encountered a couple of employees with a minor attitude at the Kirkland branch while everybody I have ever talked to at Bellevue is super nice. With that said, it may just be my limited interactions with them as everybody else and all of the other dogs seem to LOVE Kirkland. So take my review with a grain of salt... obviously I still rated them really high. :)

This is the best doggy daycare in the area! They always take such good care of my dog, Pippin, and I feel confident dropping her off for daycare or boarding any time. They have gone above and beyond to care for my dog while I was out of the country and I can tell she really loves all the handlers at Scampers. I’d recommend Scampers to anyone!

Great place to leave your pup while you work. They are very responsive, flexible, and my dog comes back happy and tired.

Always a fun day for my dog, and a relief for us as pet parents that our boy is in excellent, skilled hands with their loving crew at Scampers. Thank you, we love you!! ????????

They take great care of the dogs staying there. My dog enjoys going as much for the staff as other dogs. They're my go-to place for daycare and boarding.

Nice place for dogs. They get to go outside when it is sunny and warm! Attentive and helpful staff! We enjoy taking our dog there when we can!

My in laws love this place but as with most everything in Seattle it's expensive

It's really loud and crowded, which maybe isn't that bad for some dogs but wasn't the right fit for mine. They separate by size and the prices seem reasonable, so this place might be a good fit for people with less sensitive pups.

We and our girl Amara LOVE Scampers and the staff. She is always happy to visit and play with her friends. The staff is amazing and they genuinely love all the dogs.

Our dog has been going several days a week for almost 3 years now, and also boards there when we go on vacation, and we've always had a really fantastic experience all around. Our pup loves it there, and is always blissfully exhausted by the end of the day

This is where my first kid get a little extra social time and has occasional sleep overs. She is always happy to visit all her friends at Scampers.

We've been dropping our Luna off here for daycare since she was 6 months old (she'll be 4 in September 2018). Love all the folks at scampers, and that they have a groomer on-site every month. Also love that they aren't biased against bully breeds - some places won't even consider a Pitt/Staffy. Luna is always super excited to go in and exhausted when we pick her up - a sure indication of the good times she has there. ❤️

Do not recommend - would give zero stars if I could. Our dog is a very passive player but he occasionally humps other dogs (like all dogs do). For some reason they are unable to control the situation and there have been two instances where our dog came home bleeding because he was “humping too much.” Our vet said it was more likely he was bit. This has NEVER been an issue in any other daycare situation and it leads me to believe a) they’re oblivious to what’s going on, b) they’re not proactive enough at managing situations in the room, and c) they have too many dogs at once. Regardless, their only solution was to put our dog in timeout for a large chunk of the day - which we noticed because he was not tired at all when we picked him up. Their response? “He doesn’t come enough so he’s too excited.” Little do they know he has been to other daycares with no issue and he plays at other dog parks just fine. Such a waste of money and it leads me it wonder what else goes on that we don’t know about. PS - the dogs play on concrete a lot and they spray the floor with water (vs. mopping up messes like the better daycares), meaning our dog comes home smelling like pee and with his paws completely raw. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Been coming here for two years and they always take great care of my pup. Prices are fair and the people are very friendly.

Our dog loves it here. We show up and "voom" he disappears as he's taken back without a care in the world that he's leaving us. He's happy to see us when we pick him up, but he's clearly always had a fun and stimulating day. Well run and the staff clearly care.

Professional, quick, and a reasonable price. Buster, our 10lb Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua (@buster_the_terrhuahua) has only been coming here a couple of days so far, but he loves it. He comes home DOG tired (????) and ready for bed. Very nice. We love that they give a first day report card and also daily notes on behavior/doggy friends No live-feed video cameras, unfortunately (they don't have the right broadband connection to offer it without significant infrastructure changes/$$$), so you can't watch your doggy like some places, but that's not a big deal. So far, so good!

I don't know who loves Scampers more, my pooch or me! She is SO excited to go and when I pick her up, she's grinning from ear to ear and thinks she's a puppy again. The staff is so friendly and caring. I feel like they take as good of care of my baby as I do. They are as accommodating as they can be. Whatever we need they try to get for us, be it boarding or scheduling a specific day for daycare. Love everyone there. I see some one star reviews here, but Scampers is growing and they are talking about a second facility, so I'm guessing most of the satisfied customers aren't leaving reviews, as usual. It's been a great year for us and I expect many more to come.

This place is great! We take our dog Enzo there and he always comes home with a big smile on his face before he passes out from his busy day. Scampers has really been a life saver for us since we can't always be there to take Enzo out when needed and watch him during the day. Ever since we started taking him to Scampers, he's been better around other dogs and more approachable to new people and dogs. I recommend Scampers to everyone. You guys rock!
