Excellent! First visit. Clean, calm well stocked. Great staff!

Mud Bay has lots of good stuff , but it’s a smaller store and not as many options especially in the training section and choker collar variety. Looking for competitive prices with Amazon and other online retailers etc.

Best pet supply location in Bellevue. Destiny was very knowledgeable and helped select the best foods for my cats.

I love it here, I live on the eastern side of the mountains and I always make a stop when I visit the Seattle area. The people are so sweet and knowledgeable and obviously care. Everything is unique and well displayed. The bone-type treat area has a little diagram about what kind of chewer you have to make it easy to find the right treat for your dog. Every treat and toy I get there is a hit because they make it so easy to determine what my picky pup is going to enjoy.

The staff was so good & welcoming. I adopted a new pup and simply happened to stop by….. with no real intention of buying much. Just wanted to compare and look at options available here vs some other similar stores. The staff shared so much useful information and were super friendly. I had way too many questions for them & they answered patiently without making me feel dumb. I got a ‘new dog’ goodie bag with treat samples and info booklets, fish oil and a really sweet handwritten note! I’m going back to this store (don’t mind the commute) even though I live next door to a name brand pet store! I also got a sample packet of kibble to test if my pup likes it. As a new pet parent, I’ve been researching quite a bit about good kibble options and I found those available here at the store. They seem to have very select & curated products available. Kudos to the entire team!

The workers here are amazing. They always seem super interested in how our pet is doing even though they dont actually know us. They strive to understand what you might need or what might help your pet remain healthy and happy. They are an awesome resource for any information you might need for your pet. They also have a bunch of pamphlets covering many subjects of pet ownership.

Been here a bit. Have all met great staff. Came with my pug ????. She meet new “friends” and enjoyed it. Most of the time came out with a treat. Workers are always caring ????

The staff here are always helpful and cheerful. They know their product and i love that they share a little bit more info. I wasn't sure about the Chhurpupu Yak Chews. Ignatius told me about creating a cool treat with the chew when it gets short. That little bit of info makes a difference. Thanks to all the staff and Ignatius for the tip. Both dogs love the bully sticks and the Yak chews.

This was my first time visiting a mud bay pet store, the dog I was sitting’s harness was too small for him and causing a rash. The sales person showed me a few options and helped me pick out a harness, fitted it, and gave him some treats. It was such a pleasant experience, she was very helpful and considerate. Great experience!

(cat owner) Great selection of canned wet food, and I love that they have singage about what consistency everything is (pate vs morsels vs cuts). Very sparse selection of frozen raw cat food, though. Same with cat toys, beds, and carriers. The Mudbay in Bellevue has a bigger selection of all of the above. Still, I'd come here again!

A good store with a wide range of pet food, toys and accessories. Along with a good rotation of on sale goods and specials and a friendly and welcoming staff make this a wonderful stop for pet needs.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They will leave you alone if you just want to shop on your own but they are readily available to answer questions if you have them. They actually know and understand the products they sell and if they don't know an answer they won't make something up. Nice variety of products offered. Good quality and domestically sourced.

Great place for quality dog and cat food.

They have helpful staff that accompanies you upon walking in door to assist in finding and carrying your dog food etc. Also a pay station w/ sanitizer & 6 ft from cashier if paying w/ card, but still can pay w/ $ in traditional manner. Has all the same prices as competitors w/ more options and stock????. Only has no clearance, reduced to move items☹️
