As manager/owner of this location l will take my job more seriously and prevent this situation, closed early on Sunday to, who is going to know with a lame paper posted on the door?

For a store that's closing down due to "slow business" they sure can't seem to find time to pick up the phones & it's too bad they disabled online booking to avoid frustrations like this... Not surprised this sad excuse of a petco is closing. Way to go guys, you had 1 job.....

Update your page, it says it's open, but you are closed because of "snow". Came back 1 week later and surprise surprise, it's closed again because not enough workers. If you are going to close your store, it should be a part of your standard work to update your hours on Google and your site.

Sad to see few people in store. Hopefully store can make it. We don't want more stores to close

They don't enforce the mask mandate in the store. But it could be that they don't care due to closing down. Will be gone in about 60 day said one employee. No restocking.

Mike was super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to ferret care. This store definitely cares about the animals and I appreciate the excellent help I received.

I have a problem finding all your products for cats. They seem to be in a less dominant area than dog products and not as consolidated. Also the offerings are much smaller for cats than dogs. Also, the clerk was not very helpful and didn't really want to be bothered to help me at the register. I was the only person at the register, but he didn't want to help me update my profile information. I'd say he was disinterested and lazy.

Good place to get dog a trim.

I would give you a ten if you stocked FreshPet for Small Dogs meals I beef. All-poultry meals can be bad for dogs' hearts.

It's a pet store, they sell pet supplies, the prices are average for the industry.. What more do you need?

Easy access to the needs of my dog. The employees are always accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Petco also has many healthy food choices for my pet as well as fun toys.

The store is mostly as expected and the workers provide good customer service. But, I was a little dismayed while waiting in line. I saw a product with a cute bunny graphic on it. I was surprised that Petco would have rabbit supplies so close to the cashier since usually they don't. But I looked closer and it was actually dog treats that had rabbit meat in it ???? I wish Petco wouldn't sell products with rabbit meat in a pet store. Failing that, they should at least be in the dog section so rabbit owners aren't forced to confront it while buying toys for their rabbit. Just seems needlessly tactless.

A little expensive compared to other pet stores. Huge selection of products but it's a under staffed for the size of the store. I would shop here for items I can find elsewhere but for pet food and dog treats it's way over priced.

The store is stocked well, but could use proper aisle markers to cater better to people who regularly visit with a dog tugging on the leash. Yesterday, I had quite a bad visit to the Kirkland Petco location. Specifically, good customer experience (to the lady beside me) and bad customer experience (mainly for me). The woman at the counter attempted to take my pals rewards phone number thrice, before exclaiming "why! I am not able to hear you". I tried giving her my phone number again and then gave up, cancelled whatever the pals reward program does. Next I had a billing question which the woman pretended to not hear twice and blindly said "no", while staring into blank space. Customers usually come in contact with store workers only during billing. Even that seemed quite incompetent. Maybe then she should've been able to let me go without paying right? On the contrary, there was another woman next at the adjacent counter. Hearing worked spectacularly, looked like. Worst customer service!!!

Great customer service, they are always so friendly and helpful at every Petco I've been to so far and this location is no different! They are friendly just like the rest, so wonderful!!!
