You fill out a form and send once you are in the parking lot for you pet to be seen. Wait in car with pet. Call or text them to let them know you are there. Simple procedures like shots the vet tech comes gets your pet while you wait in the car. If your pet needs an examination you go with the vet tech to a private room to see the vet. Right now due to Covid only one vet on duty. Be prepared to wait.

This place really sucks. My son took our dog and got there before they opened at 10 am. Someone came out to attend some lady that got there after him. If you have a whole day to waste this would be a place for you. I do not recommend this place at all! It’s very sad you have to sit in your car with your pet specially during either hot weather or winter because they refuse to make appointments.

This vet is super in the fact that getting an appointment at any vet on the eastside was 2 to 3 weeks out regardless that my dog couldn't go that long. Within an hour they gave staples addressed 2 other issues also. The reason didn't give 5 stars was called to get an app to get staples removed and I have to come any drop in day and wait an appointment couldn't be made. I'll revise after Tuesday when Bufford gets them out! Overall, do thankful for My Pets Vet Clinic

I am extremely disappointed by the attention at this place. I waited 3 and a half hours for not even 3 minutes of attention from the veterinary. She did not listen or focused on what my dog's issue was, just followed her personal procedure and left the room as soon as she got in. I was very stressed about a few issues on my dog and none of them were actually attended. They just checked her heart, weight and ears. I wish they invested that time to actually look into her. It is a very non humane service. I know they want to attend as many people as they can. But this way they are not doing any actual positive impact on the cases. On their defense the service is not very expensive, but to be honest, the quality of what I got from them equals to $0 to me. If you are actually worried about your pet's health, please do not come here. Not recommended.

I wish I could rate negative. These people have no respect for people's time. They do not accept appointments like any other American professional entity. They have a lousy way of having pets to be seen by having you to arrive in the parking lot, then calling a phone number hoping to be in line for a visit. Well, there are plenty of disgusting jerks who call hours before arriving apparently and get ahead of the cue. I waited for 1.5 hours, then one of disgusting low life vulgar people showed up 15 min prior to an employee coming out to take their catalog ordered pet in. When I raised an objection, the employee had the audacity of claiming they might have been there earlier, then gone home to bathroom and come back. LOL. 1.5 hours for going to bathroom. Then the manager comes out and allow herself to yell at me for questioning their ways. The foolish chunky creature does not understand that there a lot of other choices out there. Foolish of me trying to go to my neighborhood vet that I have been visiting for the past 15 years.

Extremely unreasonable wait. My husband arrived at 10am and our pet was not seen until after 2pm. We were informed by the staff at some point but it was still another hour of wait. The length of the wait was understandable but the lack of transparency could be easily improved by a queueing system. Whoever in queue could finish multiple errands within the hours instead of being stuck in the car. Staff can be freed from responding to multiple calls, emails asking for updates and focus on value-added work.

Paid 150 dollars for a person just to pick up my cat from her crate and not even do a urinalysis. I get that there is a shortage of staff but I would much rather have been told they don't know or don't have ample time to help my cat. Now we gotta find another person who will actually complete all the tests with the added costs.

It's more difficult to get into a vet these days. Visit them online and you have a quick turnaround to get your pet seen. Been there twice during covid. Great team.

Long wait because it can be busy but these folks took good care of my cat when he got an infection. Staff are friendly and the Doctor is very passionate about animals. You can feel comfortable bringing your friend here for care.

I waited for 3+ hours (on a Thursday) and then another hour after they took my pet. This is the last time I will come here. I’ll pay a little extra to make an appointment somewhere else.

I love this place. The staff is extremely nice and friendly, and they really do care about your pets just as much as you do. There is usually a fairly long wait, so get there early and be prepared. The staff works hard and they have always gone above and beyond so remember to treat them with respect and show a little patience and compassion.

This one star review is about the way their scheduling system works. Employees who work there deserve 5 stars - helpful, pleasant, and professional. They handled my dog very well. 1 star is because of unbelievably long wait times. I was just waiting for almost 2 hours without being checked in, or without any ETA given. I could do some grocery shopping (Costco is nearby). There are 0 excuses to do it this way. I could understand this a year ago, when COVID started; but it's been more than a year and the situation is still the same. What makes it worse is that this problem is so easy to solve, with some minimalistic technology (e.g. "your place in line is blah, your estimated wait time is blah"), that is it. A whole lot of businesses figured it out.

Went in to get a 2nd set of shots on the day we were told to come back. Put in our Visit Summary form in the morning online well before our visit and then called like directed and checked in via voicemail. I was left for two hours in a hot car with my son and pup before anyone called and said that they would not be able to take me that day and to come back another day. They were VERY unapologetic stating that it's just the way things are because they are short staffed and busy. I was given the impression they could have cared less about the dog or our business. Turns out that there are lots of better options in the area where my puppy is welcomed with open arms and lots of love and care.. Don't settle for less than the best for you or your best furry friend.

Excellent care at an unbelievably affordable price. Friendly staff and excellent Vet who does everything necessary without going overboard. Dr. Sholes does my dog's teeth and she only extracts what's absolutely necessary. Other Vets have suggested radical and extremely expensive solutions. Since it's first come first served, the wait can be long, but you can go down the street to Safeway, charge up your car for free and get some coffee. Staff will estimate how long it might be.

This business is incredibly selfish. They are not transparent about wait times. They advised me to arrive 15 minutes before opening on a week day to shorten my wait time... After 3.5 hours of waiting in the parking lot with my rambunctious and unvaccinated puppy, they had no information or updates for me. After 4 hours of waiting I received a message that they were ready to see my pet. They expected me to wait 4 hours! Complete waste of time. So selfish

Every other vet clinic allows you to go in when euthenizing a pet but this place didn't tell me until we arrived that I was going to be handing my dog over in the parking lot after waiting I kid you not, 3 hours! She was all alone during her last moments and because of that I will never ever go back.

My mom had passed away in December and we were left with her dog. He was 18 years old and in very bad shape. We had to make a decision with him. I tried to nurse him back for 4 months. I knew he was suffering and I was left with a decision that I didn't want to make. They handled his cremation for us and did a wonderful job. I'm very thankful for the services they provided for us. We got his ashes, foot print in plaster and a locket of hair. He's resting with mom and dad now. Thank you My Pets Vet.

You should not go to this vet, because everytime we came here we have to wait 3~4 hours. When we try to call them they wont answer, and when we tell them they make excuses. They always say we dont have a lot of people, they say that but they are not hiring people. Also this place are is not cheap it is EXPENSIVE. you should not come here until they change the processes.

This place is not really a place for pets.You have to wait 2~3 hour every time you come. We have came here 5 times and I’m those 5 times you have to wait 2~3 hours. The employees are great but the person who takes care of the computer system is the problem cause when we make a appointment they say it won’t go threw.
