Always treat my dogs with care. VERY REASONABLY PRICED! Not attempting to get rich from one visit.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I want it to tell you DON’T TAKE your animals here. Go somewhere else. I made an appointment for my dog and I specifically asked for the $90 blood panel, because I’ve already had full panel done on her at the beginning of this year. During my visit I told the vet the same thing because everything adds up real quick. Let’s be honest, It’s not cheep. This lady walks in after the vet, she right away start talking extremely fast about all the stuff that I requested without telling me prices. In the mean time my dogs gets anxious she wants to leave and she was moving around so I wasn’t paying 100% attention to the lady because I thought I could trust her. I go home! I look at my bill and I realized that I was over charged. I called them on the phone and explained that I was overcharged for blood work. They said that the bloodwork was already sent for screening and they can’t do anything about it. Basically, I get overcharged for their mistake and the way they treated me on the phone was like I was trying to get something for free. This place is a joke! Do you self a favor and GO somewhere else because this clinic doesn’t care. They are crooks! Happy Holidays!

I'm so glad I decided to take my cat here. Everyone was super nice and I felt like they really cared about me and my cat.

Not happy at all. I tried calling 3 times no answer or no answering machine, I tried email I got no response. I ended up going to another vet who got my dog in right away. I will not be going back to helping hands vet clinic.

Great vet for my scared reactive dog. They were patient and kind and he calmed down. They were very knowledgeable on offering services and suggestions on how to treat him. They did not recommend extra services if they weren't needed like my previous vet.

The Helping Hands team has been caring for our family for over 15 years. We appreciate their responsive, kind staff.

Helping Hands was a great vet for our pup! We had a variety of services done with helping hands, including a spay, vaccinations, injury assessment/care, and more. All were handled with care and professionalism. Good covid protocols— and often stayed on the phone to talk thoroughly through situations! Only left this vet due to a move.

I brought my older dog here for grooming. She is a standard poodle. The groomer came out and met my dog as it was her first visit here, she was very nice and my dog warmed up to her right away. My poodle had pretty long hair as we were scheduled for grooming at Petco that we had waited over a month for, to get a call the night before to say they don’t do grooming for the age of my dog, she is to old. She has been groomed her whole life, I called the manager of petco and he gave me the info for helping hands. From the time I called until the time I picked up my dog, everyone was so nice. My dog looked great and she even came home with two little pink bows that made her look so cute. Best of all, I saved money on my grooming, my dog and I are super happy. Thanks helping hands crew. They are so nice here! Plus took the time over the phone to explain in detail things to us. It is a very difficult time right now..It helps to have things explained and with kindness.

I drove 2 hours to come to Helping Hands’ walk-in hours as everywhere else was jam packed and wait times were insane. They were so helpful and communicative. They were able to see my cat quickly and I felt like she was in good hands! The bill was also very reasonable!

My mom took my cat here a week ago, there was something obviously wrong with the cat, he was having trouble breathing. They said absolutely nothing was wrong with him. Not even a week later we had to put him down because he had a heart disease, another vet told us. It had gotten worse. Shame on Helping Hands. SHAME.

We've easily had one of the best experiences with Helping Hands. They are attentative, kind and give your pet the attention they deserve. I also love how "curbside" they've made their services due to covid. It's a privilege to be a customer here!!

They were kind and gentle with my fraidy cat of a pet, able to keep from scaring him despite us not being able to be in room with him. Up front pricing and friendly service, they are my new vet since moving to a new area.

Zero stars if possible. We are now taking our dog to a different vet. Our 10 year old lab received a second Rabies shot when he received the immunization at his last visit. Their documentation is spotty and have a less then thorough report of their findings. It feels like he was treated with minimal effort and care. We were not notified if the concern for his skin tags. He has now had 3 emergency vet visits. His most recent visit included x rays, MRI, blood work and much more. This could have been prevented if the proper care was taken initially months ago.

Really appreciate the Sat walk in setting. However they were a little under staffed and we had to come back again on Monday (no extra charge). The staffs were all really patient and nice. The doctor explains everything and more if you had more questions. They have ultra sound capabilities which was nice a rare.

My Cockerchon Louie looks like a million bucks after seeing Kristen on Thursday! He really did get a chop job at the other place we went to — uneven, not able to see, all around the fur looked rough and not shiny. His confidence was down let’s say. Kristen was very friendly and knew exactly what to do to lift his spirits! Being a cream color she offered an additional shampoo that would brighten his coat. She cleaned up the eyes, rounded his head for the teddy bear cut, and cleaned him with eucalyptus shampoo. He looks beautiful! I don’t even think he’s had a better grooming to be honest. He is THRILLED. She also offered to brush his teeth. I am so happy to have found an attentive and caring groomer and will recommend Kristen to anyone who asks! We have a total of 4 dogs and they will also be in to see Kristen. Thanks for the positive experience!

Well I read so many reviews about holistic treatment, sliding scale, donated meds and not pushing extra tests… Well that was not my experience yesterday. Before I even got out of the parking lot they called and said tooth extraction, he needs blood work, he needs all these vaccines and X-rays before we can schedule the surgery. Well to me that doesn’t seem to holistic. Holistic would be drain the abscess, give him medication and not make a judgment call so quickly. The staff was kind and the medication provided is fairly clean and safe for the animals. However the only holistic pill I was given was a probiotic. Now that all being said had Dr. Guidry said we will drain it keep him on antibiotics and come back in a few weeks for X-rays to see if root canal or extraction is necessary, I’d have different words to write here. When I asked about drain or root canal, the answer was we don’t do that we only do extractions. Well seems to me if you have the ability to remove a tooth you as a Dr. have the knowledge and ability to drain it. I smell something fishey here that we won’t make as much money on just a drainage. Do not go here.

This vet is severely lacking in clinical judgement. She recommended IV fluids and an ultrasound based on one elevated value on a blood test even though the other numbers checked out fine and there were no clinical symptoms of kidney issues. The worst part was on the second day of IV "treatment" they said my cat was too agressive and I needed to take him home. They didn't even get the catheter out!! It is totally unacceptable to send a patient home with medical equipment still in. They said I could give him gabapentin and try again the next day, but why would I trust them? I had to take him to a second vet to get the catheter out and they had no problems. They also reran the blood test which turned out fine and determined the other results were from a lab error.

Ive been bringing my Dane/Mastiff to Dr. Guidry for as long as I’ve been in Washington. She’s compassionate, caring, and sensitive to pet health and owner budget. If you want the best care for your pet it’s a no-brained. This is the place you want to be.

We had been taking our pets to Helping Hands for years but then we moved to north Everett and changed vets. Our cat got very sick and the new vet couldn't take her. We called Helping Hands, we were able to get her in. The whole team was kind, caring, and explained the treatments in layman's terms. We've decided were going back to Helping Hands. Thank you Dr. Nicki and staff!!!
