Dr. O has been th best vet for our dog! We've been coming here since he was a puppy.

My baby boy had surgery a few days back and there was some swelling that worried us. The docs office gave us an emergency appointment same day. Henry only had to see the doc for a few seconds and everything was alright. They didn't even charge us bc the visit was so fast. My gf and I have been coming here for years with our baby, and we'll continue to come with every pet we ever get. ❤

Love this place! Super friendly and clean. Great with communication. Little more expensive than other places. If you have an emergency and they can't get you in, they will provide recommendations for other places. Love the email reminders. We were so sad to hear Dr Roth moved out of state.

They took great care of my dog's ear infection and were very thorough in their exam. Staff were very friendly, and the vet took time to explain the nature of his ear infection and the rationale behind the treatment plan. We were very impressed!

Love this place! Been coming here with my two cats for almost 10 years now. I've never had an issue. The vet techs and the vets are very knowledgeable and you can tell they really care for animals. They really listen to you and your concerns. I've had cats all my life and have never had a better vet! Highly recommend taking your pet here! (No problem! Sorry for not having any text at first my phone didn't let me for some reason)

Great visits each time I’ve brought my pup Waffles here. Staff is very welcoming/caring and has helped me understand and make informed decisions on the care of my puppy. She actually looks forward to her check ups, which is a huge win in my book!

Hate to leave this place, they've done a great job! I'm moving on, I moved out of the neighborhood but still kept going there for a while because they're so good. Absolutely recommend. My cat has been seen by two vets here (first one moved) and they were both incredibly friendly, attentive, patient, and helpful. Other staff are also warm and professional. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean. Monster and I have only good things to say :)

The staff and vet are amazing! They fit my cat in their busy schedule before ever seeing him. It was more of an urgent matter that was taken seriously. The vet took the time to look over his records prior to coming in to let me know if it was worth heading to the ER. During the visit she gave me her honest opinion and very thorough and answered all my questions I had. I'm so glad I found a vet I trust to take care of Duke!

Thank you to each provider and individual we interact with. You have cared for Beau and Diesel, our two cats, and we cannot ask for better service for our fur babies. We appreciate you personally getting to know us and both our cats, making us feel comfortable at each visit, and helping us through the loss of Beau. I never once felt abandoned during the process of grieving Beau, or during any vet visit with Beau or Diesel. Taking time to explain the processes and procedures truly put us at ease and the time you take with our cat’s to make them comfortable does not go unnoticed. While we are in this area, we plan to stay with Juanita Bay and recommend all our friends and family to bring their fur babies to you.

This review is long overdue, I have been taking my pup here for nearly 6 years. Never have I ever felt as an inconvenience at this clinic (via phone or in-person). The front desk staff (all of them!) are always SO polite, explain things clearly and efficiently and has a genuine tone during conversations. The techs are super helpful with the transition process and walk up to us in the waiting room, that is such a small gesture, but powerful. The doctors (Dr. Schaeffer who we see most often) is always prepared with the history of my pet and always listens to any concerns I might have and offers new advice / ideas. Most recently, she was running a few mins late (not common, the tech informed me on her own there was an emergency), when Dr. arrived never did she make me feel rushed during my appointment. I know I always have Dr. Schaeffer's full attention- thank you! Lastly, Rachel stopped in to give me a good overview regarding the dental treatment, which was beyond helpful and informative. I really appreciated her breaking down the process and procedure for me, instead of just handing me something to read later that I wouldn't fully understand. This has been the best vet clinic I could have chosen! Thanks JBV team!
