STAY AWAY FROM LINDSAY HANNAH The most terrible experience of communicating with a doctor happened in this clinic. I even hate to call her a doctor. Lindsay Hannah is the rudest and most unpleasant person I've ever met. She loves money so much that she absolutely does not care about the health of animals. You have to really dislike your dog to entrust her to Lindsay Hannah. Our dog was admitted to this clinic on the evening of January 11. He was vomiting and breathing erratically. Dr. Kristina Modjeski helped to stabilize him. She offered to give him intravenous medication because he was vomiting. To which I agreed. And they left him under observation overnight to be transported to the clinic with a neurologist in the morning. When I called in the morning, Lindsay Hannah was already on shift. She was immediately rude to me, said that I was lying and that I refused intravenous drugs in favor of pills, made it clear that she had no idea if Bruno had vomited since he was with them, she did not know if he had a fever and did not know anything at all, she also did not assume why he initially felt bad. Lindsay Hannah made it clear that she was only interested in money and she offered to leave him in the clinic longer. At the same time, no reasonable treatment plan was proposed. During the conversation, she forbade me to call their clinic and ask how my dog is feeling. "No news is the best news" were her words. She made it clear to me several times in a very rude way that she was unhappy that I was asking her questions. After this conversation, my husband and I decided to find another doctor and another clinic. And we managed to find a clinic that agreed to accept us, but it is located in Tacoma. We agreed on an appointment with a doctor from a clinic in Tacoma, they had the necessary equipment and specialists, which are absent in the Diamond clinic. Both my husband and I have completely cleared our work schedule to be able to take our dog to the clinic in Tacoma. When I called Linsay Hannah to ask her when I can pick up my dog, she clarified the name of the clinic where we wanted to take him and said that it was not necessary and he was fine with her. When we made it clear to her that we would not change our mind, she called the clinic in Tacoma and told them that my dog Bruno was doing fine and that his condition was completely under her control. On this basis, the clinic to which we almost managed to get to see specialists and get a proper examination, canceled our appointment and gave it to another patient. Lindsay Hannah and her team didn't let me to pick up my dog for more than an hour. And when they finally gave him away, they very sarcastically refused to give us any medications for him. And they kept repeating that it was all my fault, because I decided to take him away. And they wished me good luck to find a clinic that will accept us, because there is a shortage of staff everywhere. They did not give any reasonable comments about his future home treatment. Two hours later, my dog Bruno became very ill. He began to breathe very often, taking more than 70 breaths per minute. We immediately went to the emergency and are now waiting for an examination from a doctor. If Lindsay Hannah hadn't intervened and wasn't so selfish, my dog would have been given the necessary help in time and we wouldn't have had to go through all this.

My dog (Pheonix Dingo PeePants) had an emergency and had to be seen here. The doctors and staff were absolutely wonderful, they were so quick to see her and so kind when it involved having a mass removed from her leg. I honestly can't express enough how thankful I am for all of them!

This place is amazing! My cat got really sick overnight and we had to take her in. We had to wait a while but that’s understandable since it’s the only animal hospital in the area and it is Christmas. The staff were very kind and patient and explained everything thoroughly. I wish I could thank them more!

My dog was attack by another big dog and diamond vet hospital was able to take him in the same day (although they are usually fully booked out as most vets are). Staff were very friendly and thorough with explanations. I felt my dog was in very good hands.

I have been going to Diamond Veterinary since 2008 and am so impressed with their kind, caring and professional care of Pets and Pet Parents. Even through the pandemic, they created a system where my pup can be seen and cared for. We were at emergency 2 days ago and they didn’t have room but took her in anyway. they were all very kind with my worried phone calls, explaining when she would be seen, what has happened so far and cost estimate. I picked up my pup the next morning with all the meds and instructions I needed and a much happier dog! thanks so much. I couldn’t imagine taking pippin anywhere else! Your entire staff is awesome!

I got home from work at eleven o’clock at night, to find my cat lying on the floor very unwell, unable to move or lift her head, I called them and was in tears as she didn’t look like she was going to make it. They told me to bring her right in. I took her straight there, as I got there, she passed in my arms. The lady who took care of myself and my cat was so lovely, but I was such a mess, I didn’t catch her name. She was kind, caring, professional, empathetic and gentle. She didn’t rush me at all, gave me privacy and all the time I wanted to take to send off my cat. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and care.

This place has the right name because it will cost you a handful of precious diamonds to have your pet treated here. I had to bring my cat for an emergency they wanted $1200, so they brought it down to $565 and I had to hand them cash at the front door due to covid restrictions, no receipt. Get pet insurance

Called at 7:30 at night to see if I could get my dog in who had been attacked by another dog and needed stiches for a gash in his side. Before anyone even answered the phone there was a rather long lecture on how to talk to the staff. Finally a woman answered so I asked if it was possible to bring my dog in, told her why and got another lecture on making sure to always call to make sure they aren't full. Why the heck did she think I was calling in the first place??? Didn't really want to take my dog to them and after that wouldn't have taken my dog in even if she hadn't of informed me that they were full. Plus the last time they had treated another animal of mine and on that visit they basically told me that it was my fault. Come to find my cat had Calicivirus but they wouldn't even do any testing because I had a cough drop that smelled strongly so in their minds my cat was sick because of essential oils. Their unwillingness to test my cat almost killed her. Wouldn't have even called for my dog except for the fact that the other emergency vet didn't have a vet in. Will never go there again. Don't need to be lectured by the staff or deal with sub-par treatment.

This place is such a rip off. If you are truly love your pets take them somewhere else. I'm sad that they only care about your money but not your pet. They will never get any star from me. Reason they got one star cuz website won't let me post it with zero star.

My pup got sick on the middle of the night. And was becoming dehydrated. I called three different EDs and they all turned me away without even triage. Called here, and they told me over the phone it was going to be a 4-6 hour wait, but they would see us. Check in process was smooth. While we waited, as she continues to be sick a d was getting more dehydrated, I got nervous in the car. They sent someone out to assess her and reassure me she could continue to wait which made me feel so better (and they were right, she was safe to wait). When it was our turn, I was not rushed. Was able to ask questions and make suggestions about plan of care. The interventions they did had my pup feeling so much better. And they meds they gave me to go home with have continued her recovery. I wasn't pushed into any extras, and pricing was reasonable for urgent care. Overall very professional. Would go back even though it's a drive. Hazel is doing so well now.

My son died here in 2016. It was so hard and I never got over the feeling. The Diamond team was up against emotional odds but kept there professional composure. I stayed away from Diamond because the memories hurt so much. But yesterday tragedy stuck us again. Now my little baby girl of almost eleven years is dying, Her heart has given what it could, Now I have to decide when. Doctor Modjeski and her team could not even breathe, they were that busy for a Friday all day yesterday. But the doctor and her team took my baby after her heart had stopped in the parking lot. The doctor has been so gentle and the staff has guided me in a way that I could never imagine. I am an asperburgers patient and seizures were on my plate as well yesterday. If there is ever a moment in time that you needed someone, I did and Dr. Modjeski and her loving staff were there all the way even into Saturday calling and checking. My little girl is dying it is her time to go. Diamond will guide her when the time is right.

Took our dog here while coming out of anaphylactic shock, they proceeded to tell us she was acting normal and probably Ingested some pot(literally went from playing to lifeless in a 10 minute span while out camping) and said it would be 6+ hours til she saw a doctor so we took her home. Come 5am I’m noticing my dogs face is extremely swollen and she is noticeably in pain/uncomfortable so we take her to a local vet in Seattle (Seattle Vet Specialist) where they treat her for an allergic reaction to a sting or bite. The only reason I am leaving this review is in hopes that the vet techs here will be more thorough next time and someone’s else’s baby won’t have to go through what ours did that night. We’re lucky to still have her. Please do better.

We lost our baby on Sunday September 5, 2021. After struggling with congestive heart disease, she is now at peace with her little sister. Our most sincere thanks to the fine doctors and staff at Diamond Veterinary Hospital for the kindness shown to our family during this heartbreaking loss. We will be eternally grateful. The Harris family.

We felt very well cared for and received great advice and referrals to emergency specialists to care for our very special Retriever and family member. Thank you for getting us in quickly on a holiday and for making the call to get us seen by an outstanding specialist to provide the emergent care we needed - Dr. Langoni conferred and arranged an expeditious handoff and they have been fantastic in providing special care!!

I’ve been taking my dogs here since I moved to Everett 5 years ago. This is an amazing organization and I’ve always been satisfied with our care. Tonight I brought in my dog Max and they took such good care of him and are not just about making a buck. They really do care about our pets that are like family. This is the place to take your pets in Everett for sure.

Very nice staff and very caring. Anytime something happens with one of the kitties we try our vet but usually there's no openings so always go to diamond. There will be a wait time and you are going to need to be patient but your pet will get the help they need.

We brought our new kitten in to be seen and were very impressed with the level of care she received. The doctor took the time to explain her findings and what to expect very throughly. It’s quite obvious that they really do care about each individual pet that comes through their doors.
