Great place for my stupid cat.

Efficient, friendly and very reasonable. They were 1/2 price of what I was quoted from my regular vet to neuter my cat. No pressure to do all the testing, blood work etc. Kitty was a healthy 6 month old kitten. The doctor called and gave me a complete report on the procedure when it was completed. They are still only doing curbside patients, which I am fine with, but others may not be.

Very very expensive! Took my dog in because I discovered growth on the right side of her neck. $500.00 for-rays...alot of them! Was told they wanted to make sure no other growths, also a needle aspiration for the lab.. results are thyroid cancer! So awfull. My 5 lb dog, also my pain therapy dog...love her so much. Was told $5,000.00 for surgery and $7,000.00 for chemotherapy. That's with no guarantees she would make it through either one. I, also, am a cancer survivor! I decided to keep her home. Adding fluids to her foods so she won't choke. I will keep her comfortable as I can. Have a contact phone number for a Veterinarian that will come my home and inject her, I will be with her when she passes. Then vet will take her for cremation and bring her back to me. Will bury her in her favorite doggie park. I have been saving her fur and will make a little pillow out of it to keep with her photos. I love her smell.

I took my 80 lb German Shepherd into the clinic to be neutered. All went well and he is healing so fast! He came out in pain after the surgery but was well on his way the next day. He was sent home with pain medication and I am giving it to him but he is not showing any pain symptoms after the next day. This is just amazing! What a good Vet. and staff that took good care of my baby. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

Update- My cat ended up having to have a tooth removed today. I’m so sad that she had to needlessly suffer because of this vet not taking her care seriously. I’m so thankful for the care she received after I took her to a more qualified place. . Ended up having to take my cat to another vet after receiving extremely poor service here. The office is very dismissive when you try to discuss any complaints with them.

We recently moved and had not yet used a vet in the area. Dr Sharma fit my little dachshund in between other patients right away to care for her urgent needs. Great communication and polite staff. I didn't think she was going to survive long but they treated her infection and she is on the mend.

Very poor customer service! Was just on a phone call trying to get our sick kitty into the vet & the lady started arguing with me! Rude & definitely will not be getting our business!

Return visit for 11 yo check up. After trying several vets over the years, this team gets the gold! Not recommending more than necessary but attentive to what is. I walk away, again, confident my animals are getting real care. Affordable, professional and sincere love of each pet. Thank you.

When we were concerned about our pet they went out of their way to find a time for us to being him even though they were very busy. So appreciate their care and concern.

Their service is great, prices very reasonable and the staff and vet are very polite and caring. They will be my Veterinarian from now on.

Dr. Sharma takes excellent care of Henry. I have included a picture of Henry. Dr. Sharma knows I am a "helicopter" Mom. I keep a very close I on both Henry and Zeeva. My cats are well cared for with the help of Dr. Sharma an the rest of the staff. It does take a village to raise your family.

Called to get a quote on spaying my cat. They wanted over 400 dollars. That's ridiculous!!!

This was my first vet, so I had no idea what a good vet looked like. Eventually their inability to respond to Emails, voice mails, or pick up the phone forced me to go elsewhere and the experience was night and day. When I called a different vet and had them actually pick up the phone I was floored. Even better they were able to see me within a week's time, where as with this vet if you want to be seen you must (in my experience) wait a minimum 2 weeks (longer for a weekend visit). This vet charges so much more than the alternatives. I feel like I was insane to ever accept the bills they handed me. There is little to no communication in the way of what things will cost. For example, on my pup's first round of vaccinations I asked what the price would be, the person who took my animal said they would go and check. The next time they came out, it was with the bill. You cannot go inside with your pet. I understand Covid is an issue, but I have a mask and a vaccination card. This is my therapy dog and I hate the idea of handing her over to a stranger to be poked and prodded in a strange building where I'm not there to comfort her or even ensure she is being treated right. I have been going here for months and I don't even know what the vet looks like or if he's even actually seen my puppy.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and the staff was very professional and caring. I highly recommend them for your pet needs.

Dr.Sharma is very thorough with his exams, and the staff are very nice. They call back quickly, even if they're very busy! Love this place and I will come back again.

Great customer service they love animals and take great care of pets.

I have been coming here for years and use to love this place. I just spent over $1,000 for a teeth cleaning and was told they were too busy to give me an itemized list. When I arrived to pick up my dog they had forgotten about me until I called in again. Eventually I was provided a list. However, it would have been nice if I had been warned about the price tag. Previous vets have given me a range that I would sign off on.

Dr. Sharma and his staff are really really amazing. The service I receive is ALWAYS professional, courteous and compassionate. All vets have been hit especially hard during Covid and this facility always try's their very best, in my experience. I moved here about 9 months ago and have been so thankful to have found Dr. Sharma and his staff. I find the prices here to be very fair, Dr. Sharma is great at explaining things and the staff deal with a lot and have always maintained a professional and caring demeanor with me and my pets. Dr. Sharma is basically my first and preferred choice when it comes to my pets. Thanks you guys for always doing your best for me and my fur kids. I appreciate you!!

My family has gone to this vet for decades and highly recommend it because of Dr Koenig. He's gone now. And he never tried to sell or overprice things to us, but now we got the new vet trying to sell unnecessary dental cleanings among other thing I did not take my cat in there for. When they tried to explain issues my cat had that I was very well aware of (hence the expensive special prescription food I buy him) they talked back very condescending insinuating I neglected my cat. The vet tech walked away from my car shaking her head in disaprovement of my responses. Very unprofessional now that Dr Koenig is gone. You lost both me and my mom, and all people we recommend to you after our visit. Your customer service need improvement, and your main vet techs need to learn how interact with humans. Good luck keeping your customers.

Called to ask about my dog who’s having an emergency. No compassion what so ever. Cut me off and simply said “we have no availability today.” Super! After that call I’m glad I didn’t take him to you guys anyway.

Expensive..the people are nice. Never have meet the vets..they need to update a few things. Make sure the info on your paper work is accurate before giving it to you..need help answering phones..

We've been taking our two dogs here for years and have always had great experiences. The staff are kind, understanding, and great with the dogs. They're always prompt and are great at communication. We've never had a negative experience here!
