NOT GOOD FOR BIRD OWNERS. Every time I come here it’s only Bc of emergency’s. I can’t tell you how worse they make the situation, not only giving unnecessary medication, but false advise. Please if you have a bird go over to Evergreen Avian clinic.

FYI: $65 fee for a gpig visit. Bugs is taken care of so well here. Thank you for keeping my boy healthy!

They are a bit under staffed and can take a minute to get to your exotic animals, but it is definitely worth the wait! Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help you.

The best exotics in the area. I've taken my rats to them for years.

Even though the it's been tough to get in during the pandemic, they have catered to our needs and we appreciate it. Only 4 star because me and my wife could not be in the room for our avian checkup.

Our little boy Elmo Junior had surgery here and he came out of it perfectly fine. I can't thank the staff enough for everything they have done for Elmo Junior. The staff is some of the nicest people I've ever met. Dr. Holly Carter is amazing.

Awesome care for exotics and birds.

I made an appt to neuter my bunny originally. There was miscommunication. When I got there, they told me it's the pre-neuter appt since they haven't seen him before and the receptionist (sad bc I like her, Ally) told me that they can bill clients. After his pre-neuter exam, they gave me the bill and he was done an hour after they told me he was done. I couldn't reach them and you can't go in, so I had to wait. It was very busy that day so they told me I can pay later which I did a couple of days later. I made the neuter appt a month after this visit. This part is my fault, I didn't have time to ask them if they can bill me later for the neuter. They told me to drop him off at 8am and pick up at 5pm. We had to wait for the surgeon (not Dr. Carter sad bc I like him too) to come in at 10am to see if she's ok to bill me later. She was not ok with it and told me to reschedule. Ally told me bc I am established client, they usually allow you to pay later, but it wasn't her who decided. Plus we're in a pandemic still. After stressing out my bunny, him not eating for 3 hours because he urinated in his kennel, and waiting for the surgeon, I decided to not get him neutered at all. He hasn't been territorial or aggressive and he'll be 10 months old. He even avoided me that day all morning. Even if I could pay that day, they keep you waiting way longer than needed and say "Oh I was just about to call you..." 2 hours later.

This doctors seem very caring and thorough. The assistants, technicians, and other staff are very helpful. I am fostering a Blue Headed Pionus and they were great with providing good instruction for the various medication administration. They were excellent faciliating the transition between caretakers.

We had an old ferret who's kidneys shut down. They were very nice about putting her m to sleep. They even brought him out for us to say our goodbyes before they fully put him under. Thank you all for being the best.

The staff have been great for a nervous, overly worrisome bunny dad. I have only ever felt genuine care from everyone involved here.

These guys stayed late during a blizzard. And blizzards are rare around here. 11/10

They were very quick with my first ever appointment with my new 3 month old bunny ???? will be back in a few months for a spay! Looking forward to going back!

I've only been in once since switching from the other local exotic vet, but I cannot be more happy with my decision. My snake has been fighting an aggressive bacterial infection for two years, and when I mentioned his current treatment as I'd been prone to believe it was what was working, they were concerned for how long he had been on this medicine. After a bacterial exam I received a very informative call and new alternatives that had never been brought up at his previous vet who had taken multiple cultures before, and so far the treatment has been going extremely well. Even in the possible chance that he may need a surgery, when I sent them the other vets quote they told me it would be far more in my budget than the other vets. While I do believe the previous vet had done well in the past for the four years I'd been with them, I regret not switching my pets sooner to Evergreen Avian to save on budget and time my snake had to deal with this issue.

Poor service, lack of care/knowledge.

The Vets and Vet tech are top-notch. I would like to see their front desk employees get more training on customer service.

So over 2 years ago I get an invoice saying I never paid for a visit. I paid cash as I left for this appointment. They are doing this because they got a new book keeper and are bad at keeping records. They are extortionists and can’t keep their books in order. Horrible staff members as well.

I take our rabbit here. She was spayed and had stopped eating. The vet here prescribed her medicine and this was a lifesaver for her. They have been great. We will be seeing them again soon!

Fabulous avian clinic... staff & Dr. Carter are top notch! My cockatoos both agree!

We were very happy with our cockatoo's visit with Dr. Carter. She took the time to ask a lot of questions regarding how we cared for our bird so she could offer suggestions on how to improve issues we are having. She wasn't at all judgemental and offered some really great advice on how to get our bird to eat her vegetables. We live about an hour away from Evergreen Avian and will continue to drive that far to get the best care!

Ok brought my ball python and they seem to have done a great job.

When my rabbit had an ongoing issue I was referred to see Dr. Carter by my rabbits regular vet because she felt Dr. Carter was better fit to handle potential dental care. After the first appointment I felt pretty good, we hadn't solved the problem, but the staff was friendly and seemed to care for my pets well being. Fast forward to now (a year later) and I have been waiting months to hear back from Dr.Carter (chasing her on the phone constantly about a medicine she was "looking into") and feel as though I have been ghosted by my veterinarian??? My rabbit is still not in full health with her new vet but at least they call me back! Incredibly unprofessional and honestly a bit overpriced. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

A truly caring and compassionate team. I cannot recommend them enough. Ive trusted them with my rats for 3 years and theyve always been taken of so well. Dr. Carter really goes the extra mile for her patients. I cannot thank her enough for the awesome care she has given each one of my fur babies

Amazing vet. My rabbit, and bearded dragon go here and I'm about to take my gecko to them as well. Every vet cares and every nurse too. Never felt as wonderful about a vet as I do about this one

I took my ferret here for a bladder stone removal awhile back and they exceeded all my expectations. The staff are kind and understanding people, they did the operation for significantly less than what my previous vet wanted so I felt very blessed to have them save my ferrets life. I look forward to bringing my other exotic animals here in the future, as I think I found my forever vet clinic. The ferret surgeon actually took my ferret home to monitor him following the operation, they are reliable and the quality vet care you should choose for your ferrets for sure! I cannot recommend this place enough!

My last vet for my rat was awful. Evergreen has been nothing but lovely and fit my little girl in on a Saturday for an emergency.

Dr Boutette saw my bird as an emergency on his lunch time. I was so grateful. Thank you so much!
