Love Banfield and so do my kids. My fur babies, George and Snickers, love the receptionist and all the Doctors at Banfield. They get excellent care and always are better after a visit.

Everyone there has been so nice. And I feel very comfortable putting them take care of my dog and I know that he's getting the best care

Dr. Farmer was the best veterinarian we've had so in the last decade. Banfield did well hiring this talented young man. Will definitely be back to see him in the future.

Our beagles getting put down because banfield didn’t run blood work on a 13 year old beagle that wouldn’t eat, and had wonky liver levels. They wouldn’t see him for weeks, regardless Of how clear we made the emergency, because they double book themselves all day every day. They want your money, not your pets health. We couldn’t go somehwere else cuz we wasted our money on their insurance that means nothing since they have a first pay first serve priority. If your pets important to you, get a family vet. Not these hacks. Our pet spent its last weeks in pain BECAUSE of banfield and BECAUSE we trusted their vets and staff. And guess who has to pay insurance the rest of the year for our departed pet? Banfield are Greedy. Snakes in the grass.

I've been using Banfield for my pets care (Dog, cat even a turtle) for 15+ years. I've always done the wellness plan (except the turtle) which includes 2 comprehensive exams with all their vaccinations and 1 dental cleaning a year. There are other perks too. Staff is always friendly and nice. I've moved to 3 different countries over this time span and am always able to find a new location near me.

This office isn’t capable of caring for your pet...don’t commit to this place for pet care...they aren’t capable! DON’T TRUST BANFIELD!

I called Banfield in Bothell to make an appointment for my cat, Peaches, to be euthanized. I was very emotional and they were booked solid. They called me back because someone cancelled . Their kindness made a really sad experience comfortable for both me and Peaches. There was no rush and the compassion was wonderful.

Paying $90a month for the subscription service, and so far it has covered nothing. And they wanted over $400 to neuter a dog. Not worth it at all.

At first I thought it was really cool but then again it was not professional as I thought it was they change the price at least five . And each time they would change the price at got more and more expensive the the veterinarian was really nice and seemed like she knew what she was doing she helped my dog for the most part and the vet techs were awesome to really helpful

I brought my sick cat in, who had been with another cat that was diagnosed with Giardia. They tested her twice in-house and said it was negative, and were dismissive that she was very ill. I brought her in a 3rd time and asked to have a fecal sent out to a different lab. I dropped her off at 9am, and had to call to ask for my cat back at 5pm. They had let her sit there all day and had done nothing to treat her. A week later, I am currently STILL waiting for lab results or any response, and have called several times. My cat is still sick. Nobody seems to know how to access her lab results. I have cleaned up more cat poo in the past two weeks and the poor thing is still miserable. This is hands down the worst vet experience around. The vet was great/ the administration of service and the systems are awful

I called and spoke to the manager, however, I'm still feeling disappointed about my experience at my dogs appointment last week.

Dr. Fletcher is great, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Despite being really late due to GPS issues, they managed to squeeze me in. Fantastic!

I came to banfield for help after my husky Gingersnap was experiencing unusual swelling and a hard lump in her neck. Instead of addressing the problem they signed me up for a year long care plan and my husky died within a month. They oversold their office and hyped up what services they provided. I know some pets die naturally buy I believe negligence is what killed her. She had a constant fever and ALL THEY GAVE HER was antibiotics and expensive bills.

The whole team has been very informative, patient and kind not only to me but also with my kitty. Bothell is a little bit out of my way but we will continue to keep going here.

I live in Goldbar and my Dog is sick not eating and not.walking. we.had an appt at 315 and arrived in the parking lot (drop off location). and spent 30 minutes with.yhem arguing about why a.two hour wait time was to long. I ended up taking my dog home without being.seen Dont use this business. . They would.not ask a.vet

These guys do a good job of aking care of our two cats and two dogs. Paying a small monthly fee gets you significant discounts on many of their in office services. The communicate well and I believe truly care for the animals they work with. I happily drive from Everett to Bothell for their service.

Staff is very caring and sensitive to health issues and the nuances of individual animals. They have correctly referred me to emergency pet hospitals twice.

They could not help me

I have been taking my dog to Dr. Hollan for a few years. We followed her here to this clinic from Lynnwood. I recently took my dog in for a check up, shots, and teeth cleaning. Dr. Hollan discovered a heart murmur. She explained everything to me and what we needed to do to further diagnose what my dog had. I can not recommend her enough or the staff at this location. Wade and Stephanie whom also work there, have shown me so much compassion over the last few days with all my worrying about my furry baby.

I don't like how one vet always tries to upsale me. Let me know what my dog actually needs. The rest of the staff is really nice! Place is clean.

The Vet told me my dogs prong collar was to tight and the way she said it was condescending and rude. Taken my dog several times (with his prong collar) to the mill creek banfield vet and no comment like this has ever been made to me. FYI prong collars are supposed to be snug. She said she couldn’t even fit a finger through the collar, while I watched her stick her finger under the collar. LOL Keep your opinions to yourself if you don’t know better.

Unprofessional service, and after a long wait for our appointment, couldn't even provide the care we needed for our pet.
