Great Veterinarians. Very caring and awesome staff. Had our 2 year old pug neutered. Also had dental work. Procedures went great. Highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic.

I like that the Kirkland and Newcastle locations work together so I can go to the close one when convenient, and the far one when I need to.

I wish I could give Dr. Hung and her team ten stars. They truly love their furry patients. They have given my dogs miraculous care over the past twenty years. Recently, during the pandemic when emergency vets were understaffed or without room, Dr. Hung phoned all over town for hours to find a hospital that could take my dog, borrowed a portable oxygen tank from another hospital, and traveled from Kirkland to Redmond and back and then from Kirkland again to Tacoma with my Yorkie on her lap. Long after hours, her team went with her, driving her car, handling the oxygen tank and sedatives so that she could keep my dog breathing. She truly takes your furry friends under a loving wing. Routine care at Eastside Vet is always efficient and professional; however, it is the empathy and affection the team shows that sets them on a permanent pedestal for us. The years have shown us that we can place solid faith in both their competence and caring. Dr. Hung has been so intuitive when it comes to diagnoses well in advance of any serious symptoms appearing that we trust her advice and procedures without question. She and Eastside have literally been a blessing in the lives of our dearly loved dogs.

I brought my old, ornery, cranky, person-hating cat to Eastside Vet (both locations!) for years. They always did so well with him despite his crankiness, they were kind and SO PATIENT. Please focus on how patient they are, both with the animals they take of and the helicopter pet parents who have a million questions and a million concerns. (Me, that's me, I'm a helicopter pet parent.) Thank you, Eastside Vet!

The entire staff at East vet associates are phenomenal. Every interaction that I have had has been professional. They truly care about your animal. We recently moved to Hawaii and they assisted with every step, making the transition seamless. Special shout-out to the front desk ladies and Dr. Allodi for my constant calls and questions. Sad that we can no longer been patrons of this excellent clinic.

We take both our dog, Emma, and cat, Cali here. They are so attentive with them both and knowledgeable. I always get all my questions answered and they always go above and beyond to make sure our two furry girls are taken care of and loved. Dr. Chartrand is also the sweetest with our oldest girl, Cali, and gives her handmade catnip toys when we visit! Highly recommend!

I can't recommend this office enough. They are responsive, attentive, flexible, and always make time to give us a call or make an appointment whenever we have concerns about our dog. They are so personable and make your dog feel special at each visit. I highly recommend Eastside Veterinary. The vets and staff are wonderful.

Good Vets but, overpriced in comparison. Of course, hard to put a price on your "fur buddies" I guess...

Highly recommend this vet office! Dr Hung and Dr Chartrand are so knowledgeable and caring, and are very proactive about my 2 dogs health. When one of my dogs has had an issue, they make sure they are seen the same day. The office staff is super friendly and do an exceptional job! During Covid I never have to worry since I can't be with my animals, that they are being well taken care of when they are there, and they always keep me posted every step of the way by phone. Though I know they are a busy office, it never cuts down on the time they spend with me by phone. I am very grateful of the care they provide my animals. You really couldn't do any better for a vet office!

Absolutely love Eastside Vet. Dr Hung is so thorough and detailed. Our puppy had a fracture at 10 weeks, the emergency vet found nothing, but Eastside vet identified the problem and helped us get through it. Dr Hung and all the lovely staff were like our partners in this time. They made sure puppy was as comfortable as possible and that we understood exactly how to take care of him. Dr Hung gave us so much time on the phone with our anxious questions and is always so responsive on email. Highly recommend both Kirkland and Newcastle clinics!

Love this Vet. We've been going here for years. We used to live in Kirkland. We live in Lake Stevens now and we still keep come here for anything. All the doctor and technicians are good and very friendly. My dog always seeing doctor Hung. I love to keep coming here even though it's far from our house. The front office are nice, specially with my son. Even though they are pretty busy they try to talk with my son, give him stickers, and also answer my son questions about all the animals over there. I have so many questions about my dog and the doctors try to answer and explain all my concerns.

Words can’t describe how much I love the staff and veterinarians here. I’ve been taking my dog(who is in congestive heart failure) here for almost 8 years and I think if it wasn’t for them, my dog would probably have passed by now. He got diagnosed at 7 yrs old and he had his 13 th birthday recently. I genuinely think it’s because of their care, kindness and knowledge that has kept him in our lives for this long. We love you all at Eastside veterinary and can’t thank you enough for the love and care you have done for our fur babies!

Was our first time visiting a vet for regular exam and Vaccination but ended up with costly fees over $300+. That is after we took out some suggested tests which would have costed almost $500. Said our puppy has ear infections..okay.. When we went home and looked up the medication that was provided we then found out they have charged double the price of what you would have paid in pet pharmacy with prescriptions. This is total rip off. We will not be returning.

We love our vet! They take such great care of our pup, he gets so excited the second we get out of the car and he sees we’re going to visit our vet!

Very caring staff. Veterinary doctors are very helpful and really care about the pets they are treating. They constantly check in with the owners to make sure all is going well. Deciding to switch from my previous vet to these guys (for both of my animals) was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Dr. Allodi here is THE BEST! We were so nervous choosing a vet for our new 3 month puppy, we researched for about a month. Then we met Dr. Allodi and she was perfect. She spent about an hour and a half with us for his first appointment and really got to know our pup and our lifestyles. She followed up with an email just a few hours later asking how he was doing after his shots, and gave us information on raw vs. regular diets and all of these amazing resources for us. She is thorough and asks all the right questions we’d never even think of, she has a really great way of calming our dog and making him enjoy going to the vet, and she’s so knowledgeable and very trustworthy. She doesn’t try to up-sell you on crazy treatment plans or med either, so you know she just loves helping the animals and putting us at ease. We can’t recommend Dr. Allodi and Eastside Vetrinary Associates more!!

The ladies there are caring and highly skilled at what they do. Having a 5 pound Pomeranian is always stressful when he has to get teeth pulled. They have always take extra precautions, and are very informative as to what they are going to do, before any procedures. I won't be going anywhere else, as far as my little guy is concerned.

My Newcastle Veterinary was booked up that day. I needed to bring my dog in to have the veterinarian take a look at my dogs left rear paw. That she had injured the night before. So they made an appointment for for my dog at their Kirkland office. They took a look at her paw right away, I had to only wait about 15mins. I was given painkillers and antibiotics for her. Great, friendly and knowledgeable people. I have been taking my dog to East side Veterinary since she was a puppy.

The doctor and assistants here are great! They communicated everything to me and made sure my cat was as stress free as possible! I appreciate their quality service and highly recommend them! Thanks!

Dr. Hung and her staff truly cares about their pet patients and owners. They take the time to listen and diagnose. Follow up is great. Plus their facility is clean and welcoming. Highly recommended. I know my puppy is in good hands for the rest of her life.

Absolutely love Dr. Chartrand and her support staff. From the front desk, to the techs, to the vets... they treat us and our pets like family!

Overall, Eastside Veterinary Associates is a safe place to bring your pets. My family has been coming here for years and we are above satisfied with the care our animals receive, especially from Dr.Hung. However, I’m not so sure about the rest of the team. Most of the front desk ladies and vet techs are terrific, but there is one we’ve interacted with that consistently comes across as rude, angry, and even hateful. Along with this, my Mom and I often feel that the other doctor, (not Dr.Hung), tries to upscale the price of anything we come in for. Labs, for what some may consider minor things, are often encouraged to an extent some may consider “pushy.” Just today we came in to have a tick taken off our dog. By the time we left with medication, ointments, and labs the bill was over 500$! A bit extreme... In conclusion, I think this is a safe, reliable veterinarians office, but the pushy-ness, extreme prices, and occasionally rudeness is not worth it. I cannot recommend Dr.Hung enough, but we rarely see her when we come in :( Therefore we will be going to a new vet.

Very friendly and so gentle with my dog. The vet and techs all had great communication skills and helped me understand some things I hadn't learned about dogs before. They went over all treatment options and cost estimates and let me decide how to proceed without pressuring me. I appreciated that a lot. We will be back for sure!

This place is amazing! I have loved them since we first started going here about a year ago, they are super friendly, accommodating and always know who we are as soon as we walk in the door! Recently my cat became very ill, he is on the mend, I'm happy to report, but he had numerous visits to the emergency vet in Kirkland. Without any prompt from me, I received an email checking on us, and then a phone call from Dr. Hung checking on us again. She spend probably 20 minutes on the phone with me going over all RootBeer's emergency discharge sheets (there was a lot) and medications, letting me know what to look for and helping me to understand what was going on with my baby. I cant imagine she was paid for this time, she truly cared about RootBeer and was concerned. Instead of just hoping he was alright or waiting to hear from us, she made the call herself and it made a huge difference for me. I truly feel that these vets are there to help, to give you the best advice and take great care of your loved ones when you don't know what to do. I am so grateful to have found such a place. Thank you to all of the staff at Eastside Veterinary Associates. From the bottom of my heart, I recommend them as the best vet I have experienced.

Great care and professionalism from Eastside Vet Associates. Dr. Lexi is so sweet with my 11 year old chihuahua mix and has really helped me navigating his care as he ages. Highly recommend!
