Employees are polite and helpful. They know their inventory well and can answer questions and offer options when needed. They are all true animal lovers and show care for all pets with compassion.

I have appointment for groom at this store by 9.00am Jan 16th; arrived early ; and noticed that their store open by 10.00am but grooming does open by 9.00am. We waited in the car for 20 mins; the store still closed. I contacted customer service; their agent said they don’t have any update where the groomer is (??!!), they will email or call me when they have it. That is it. This is unacceptable; you are required to contact for change / cancel your appointment; and Petco staff just walk away with your appointment without any notice / concern. I never come back / will cancel all service from them.

Petco hurt my dogs eye while grooming a couple of months ago. They told us to go to a vet and they will cover the bill. I went to the vet and Petco has been unresponsive since and I’ve been stuck with the bill. My wife and I have been coming a long time with scout, but will take our business elsewhere from here on out.

This is our store, they always have just what we need. The staff is always happy to help out and never have a line at the cashier.

Every time I've gone in there there is MAYBE 1 employee visible and apparently others that are supposed to help customers but that doesn't seem to happen consistently. I waited for over 30 minutes in the aquariums section waiting for the employee that was apparently called there and they never came. I don't have all day so I left without purchasing what I came in there for.

Really bummed about this. We’ve been coming to Kent Petco for grooming with our Maltese pup for the whole 9 years of her life. She’s always been well taken care of. On July 3rd we had an incident where Scout got an infection immediately after being groomed. I was instructed to take her to the vet and that the bill would be taken care of. Scout spent nearly the entire night at the emergency vet and it was way too late to visit PetCo with the bill the same day. We came back after the holiday weekend with the bill where it was scanned and told it would be taken care of. It’s been 4 months. I’ve been extremely understanding and reasonable (I get billing issues can take time, so I was patient). I have called PetCo monthly and have been told every time that they forgot, they retook my information, and said someone will call me in the upcoming days. No one ever called. I reached out to the vet and they said they never heard from PetCo about the bill. This issue has now run through two GM’s and multiple store associates with zero resolve. Sad to say Scout will no long be groomed by PetCo because of management. Extremely disappointing.

If you don't know Petco will price match with other Petco online coupons (they won't price match for other pet stores; atleast this one doesnt), so if the price is cheaper online you will get it for that price just show them when you get ready to check out. When they are properly staffed they are quick to help with whatever question or issue you may have.. if not staffed properly you may want to google info because even though they wil still get to you it may take a moment.. I still love this place because they have alot of good prices, not all of the items are the best price but there are alot of good prices and items. The price match program saves us alot especially since we have so many fur babies. I hope this helps and be amazing as always peeps!!

Michelle is wonderful ???? I had my pet Trouble in for a nail trimming and she took a little extra time with him (he is a grumpy, 15 yr old chiweenie) and she was very patient and kind to him. Thank you, it means a lot to me to see how gentle she was with him and she also did the best job ever on his nails!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So like omg this place is a bunch of scammers I have called many times to get my dogs groomed and I lefted voice mail many times to set a appointment but never got a response I have two small dogs who needs grooming and last time they worked on my dogs was ok . One of them was great the other had ears uneven . I have tried to call many times and they never fixed the issue every time I go in person they are busy or closed . So since they are not responding I reported this place to Corporate. I hope their poor customer service skills can be resolved and fixed ! I paid over 100 bucks for my dogs to be groomed and they didn’t correct the mistake and also never called me back never responded back ! Scammers let me tell you scammers ! Very unprofessional!
