Thank you so much for holding my 10 rescue kitties for their flight to their new home in Virginia. Even with all the flight delays and issues you all were so accommodating. A big thank you from us! The cats are happy to be home

Do not do business with this manager unless they give a dog interview date & time first! They seem really nice and friendly on outside. They want you to do all their paperwork and getting hundreds of dollars in additional testing on your animal, but when everything is done and you call to schedule an appt its 2 months out. The manager is not helpful and will laugh at you in your face when you call to let them know how you feel.

I took my dog here to be boarded and they offered to give him his Kennel Cough (Boardatella) vaccine the day we boarded him without telling me that it takes two weeks to build immunity for the vaccine. So we went ahead and boarded him since no one told us about the immunity period. We could have easily postponed our trip if they told us this. I was very frustrating in the beginning panicking that my dog was ill, and no one communicating this with me when I dropped him off. However this company did everything to make it right and provided the best service for helping in this situation. It turned out he didn’t have kennel cough and this place went above and beyond to make sure my dog was taken care of after his stay. They checked in on me and my dog to make sure he was better and even payed for the medical expenses. I spoke with both Holly and Brent the owner and they both were so compassionate listening to my concerns and frustrations. I will definitely use their service again knowing that they truly want to make right of these kinda of situations.

I expected more training with my dog, less paperwork. It was windy and cold and had to separate from each other beause of COVID. Didnt get good initial directions to training. It? Santa what I expected.

Holly and her staff were awesome. They helped put our dogs at ease at their facilities. Our dogs are normally skittish and not use to others. When we picked them up they were calm and even kissed a hand of a staff member to say good bye ????. I would recommend this facility if you are in the area.

I've gotta say Oliver loves this place and their people as much as I do. They are always friendly and helpful. Its like taking him home to play all day with a backyard full of friends. They are reasonably priced even for retirees.

To make a long story short - if I could give Paws n Pals more than a 5 star rating I would. We are on military orders overseas and at the last minute we were notified that our Rottweiler was not on our orders when we PCS'd from Virginia. We ended up having to ship our dog from Virginia - ATL to Seattle. He had to stay the night in Seattle for a night before the flight to Tokyo then Okinawa. Due to some unfortunate circumstance on Delta's behalf which I won't go into details on our dog ended up missing his flight. He had to stay two nights in Seattle versus the one. Mr. Bret with Paws N Pals made sure to accommodate us and was very understanding. He did not even charge us for the additional night. He sent us pictures of our dog upon his arrival to Seattle when he was picked up - his stay for the 2 nights and when he departed. Mr. Bret and his staff were very patient, professional and worked with us and were always available to speak with us with a 16 hour time difference. Thank you Mr. Bret and Paws N Pals - you are appreciated! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The owner is a great guy and his staff is very committed to taking care of your pet. They are the only other people who I trust with my little MoJo!

For me, I couldn't leave my pet here as the nap time seemed chaotic and traumatizing. To be fair I only toured it. The staff were friendly and very knowledgable.

I asked for service.. granted it was short notice to board my furry friends but she just said it was an extensive process without telling me what they needed... let the consumer decide if it's "too extensive" of a process. I feel like I had all the documentation needed but then again idk what they needed.

Honestly the worst dog boarding place that we have ever brought our dog to. First they make you go through an overly long application process and bring them in for a multiple hour 'test' for socialization, which makes sense, but their hours are very unaccommodating. So our dog passed, which is to be expected given that he's boarded at multiple places without any issues and in his 4 years of life we haven't so much as heard him growl or act out in any manner, and so we drop him off for the week. We never get any contact until we pick him up. So we go to get him and I'm notified that they are banning him for aggression... I'm VERY confused because he's been boarded multiple times and LOVES people and other dogs. Supposedly he attacked other dogs and bit at the handlers, so they locked home in a small cage for the other half of the week with no exercise. Then they try to put him with another dog to see if he acts better, but supposedly he 'targets' that dog. But what it sounds like is that they trapped him in a small cage for days and then we're concerned when he got excited to finally play and exercise?? Fine. Whatever, maybe he acted weird for some reason... Until we get home and he is acting very weird. He's cringing at being touched and very jumpy. So we look him over and he has a massive lump, missing fur and bleeding a bit on his hind side! So either HE was attacked by another dog or mistreated by the handlers and they kick HIM out??? And they never noticed this? Or thought to check if something was wrong? I thought they were supposed to be watching the animals, not ignoring them. And then they ignore an injury and blame the dog for being nervous? I'm glad they banned him because I wouldn't trust them with an animal ever again and they should probably be investigated for abuse or neglect. Our dog has continued to be jumpy ever since we brought him home and I'm scared for how they are treating other animals. If you care for your pets at all don't bother bringing them here. There are way better options available nearby.

I absolutely love this place. More importantly, my dog does, too. I moved from Colorado to Washington recently and my dog has had a hard time adjusting. I decided to get him into daycare to socialize and run off some of his excess energy because a tired dog = a happy dog. Unfortunately, I’ve had to try a couple of bad daycares before I finally found Paws N Pals. Here are a few reasons they are the best: 1) They insist your dog be up to date on vaccines for the safety of all of their clients. 2) Every staff member is friendly and clearly loves dogs. Every. Single. One. 3) They have a routine that includes down time, which my dog needs. 4) They post a ton of pictures throughout the day. It’s even nice to see all the other dogs, because who doesn’t love cute dogs?! 5) They make my dog actually have manners while he’s in their care. They do a sit/stay before going through doors and help to reinforce his training; that way he knows he’s expected to behave no matter where he is. 6) My dog loses his ever-loving mind in the morning when he realizes he gets to go to Paws N Pals that day. This is particularly important to me because that was not the case at his last daycare; one morning I dropped him off with a certain employee and he cowered and didn’t want to go in. My dog LOVES everyone, so I immediately stopped bringing him there (and lost $200 in pre-paid visits). This is never an issue at Paws N Pals because... 7) My dog loves it here more than he loves me. He never wants to leave when I come to pick him up. I’m 99% sure he just endures living with me on the off days. TLDR: best doggie daycare with the best staff
