Very efficient. They saw five of our puppies while also seeing five other puppies cats and an assortment of dogs. Friendly staff.

We are established customers with this vet clinic. Our dog woke up with a double ear infection yesterday. She was shaking her head vigorously and clearly miserable. I called to see if I could get her in and was told she was unable to be seen. The only response I got was “take her to the emergency vet clinic”. What is the point of having an established vet if they cannot be seen when needed? I was able to be seen by an online vet within a few hours and they even called in her ear meds to Costco. Will be using that service from now on.

I love this clinic, it is very affordable to get basic things done such as vaccines, meditation, testing and trimming nails. I previously had Banfield pet insurance and it was more expensive with little to no coverage for any thing serious. A pet clinic of Kent also is very quick, I will definitely be returning with both of my animals

This is the best Vet I have ever taken my kitties to. The Dr is very calm and reassuring. His team and him work very hard to see your pet in a timely manner and worked with me when I didn’t have a car and let me drop my kitties off way earlier to accommodate my schedule. He is very good at explaining whatever is going on with your pet and my kitties always come home calm and relatively unbothered. This will absolutely be there new Dr!

Very good pet clinic. They took my dog Panda in right away on short notice to get his wound on his neck took care of. Very professional and nice staff. Paid exactly what I was quoted for with no surprises. Highly recommend this Vet to anyone and well worth coming from Tacoma to come to this vet.

I’m in complete disbelief that this clinic was rated so high. I brought my mini golden doodle in to get neutered ( first time dog owner) I had a lot of questions. When it was time for me to pick him up the staff was completely un helpful, quick to take payment but didn’t want to answer my questions, they didn’t provide me with care instructions. Typically after a surgery like this the puppies are still sedated and drowsy. They had him walking out of the clinic with his head scraping the ground with the cone. I immediately scooped him up and carried him to the car. They must have skipped a step or forgot to give him a sedative because he was very awake and it was hard to get him to sit in the car. I ended up circling back and talking to the receptionist about calming meds or anything to help him sleep, they advised me to give him Benadryl and told me they couldn’t help me. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. I feel like as a dog mom I let my puppy down. I won’t make the same mistake twice.

My family and I have been going to this vet for 10+ years and were very preferred customers. I recently moved back k after being gone for a few years and got my dog back from my family. Her nails were not trimmed and the quick of her nails were too long. I had called this place last week to set up an appointment and told the receptionist that I need to start bringing her in to get the quick in her nails to reced. After they brought my dog in, they bring her out and her right paw was covered in blood. When I asked what happened the nurse grabs my dog and brings her back inside. Moments later she returns with my dog and the first thing that comes out of her mouth is payment. She couldn't tell me what the vet said about her feet. She had to go back and talk to the vet about when to reschedule her to do the same job. The unprofessional and lack of communication, will not be going back here again.

Our visit for a rash on my dog was a grear experience. They came right out and got our dog at our appointment time, they were friendly, informative and we were in and out in a matter of 15 minutes. Will be going back for any future care that is needed. Would highly recommend.

When other vets weren't accepting new patients they were able to get my boxer in to be seen for his allergy issues. The staff is friendly and they have great prices.

Poor service! Quick to take payment though.

I have been going to this vet for over 10 years with all my pets. I was recently told my cat has diabetes so I went and got a second opinion somewhere else and yes they were they were right he has diabetes. I then later on needed to get some more insulin needles for him so i called to pick some up they said they had some and I could come there. Mind you indont live close so I headed that way then she said I needed to have the insulin with me so I turned around and got it and brought it with me then I go to pick it up and they say they need a rx which I don't have because they are my primary vet office...and the vet/ ownder isn't there so now I'm sol my cat could literally die without insulin they are unbelievable I will never go back there

Staff from reception to the vet were concerned, and kind, about the issues my dog(s) have any time I need to bring one in. The vet is very thorough, and explains diagnosis and treatment thoroughly. Charges for services are the best you will find in the area.

Highly recommend! My dog ate something she shouldn't on a Saturday and was throwing up. Called our regular vet and they said they were too busy I would have to take my dog to the ER vet ($$$$). Then a friend told me to try this place, they answered the phone on the first ring. They were having a very busy Saturday but told me to bring my dog and they can get her seen. They were so nice, ran all the tests and took great care of my dog. They let me know upfront how much everything would be and it was way more affordable then the ER vet. Such a great experience that I'm going to take all my pets here from now on.

I've been bringing my 19 year old cat to this clinic for several years. The doctor and staff are wonderful, kind and caring .

My friend referred me to this place, and I feel very grateful. Our young dog started to pee with blood a few days ago. I called all the vets and they were all booked over a month. This clinic was also fully booked, but they offered to ask the dog condition, and told me that they could try to see her the next day. I bet the staff sacrificed their lunch break to help us. The doctor and staff were very nice and caring. Now our dog is on medicine, and she's much better! The cost is also very affordable! Thank you all for having such an amazing place for us!

My dog was bleeding and these fine people took her in at what was closing time. I am ever grateful and will use them exclusively from now on. My regular vet told me they could not help me, so I was happy to find this kind man who helped me in my time of need. Ever grateful

They were very nice there but they told me to give them a call to find out about the labs for my dog and so I did and they said he would call (the doctor )would call tonight and he has not called and it is 9:00 already now so I'm a little upset I need to know what's going on with my little guy.

They were the only vet able to get my dog in within a reasonable amount of time, and they also charged far more reasonable rates than I was expecting. Also very polite.

I have been coming to this vet for 2 years. They are amazing! The cost has always been less than what I paid in Seattle. I can get over worried about my two cats and the Vet is always honest with me and doesn't push extra testing without reason which is great.

Quick and easy. I called about 20 diff vets to get my dog to be seen fast and they were the only place to call back and have a spot open for us. And prices are not too high.

I LOVE THIS VET!!! They squeezed my dog in that was bitten by another dog. It was hot and I had no A/C in my car. It was hot outside and they let me take my dog inside their office. Very professional and kind. Wonderful staff and vet!
