Awesome place to go if you really need something for your pet. I need a rabies shot for my dog same day and they were able to see me.

Very helpful, thoughtful and mindful of customer, pet and clinic needs. Called before our appointment to let us know we may need to consider an animal hospital for the concern with your dog. We appreciated the feedback and direction.

What's to say? The Dr is nice and my cats are healthy. I'm happy with the service and don't have a critique. I feel comfortable trusting them with my cats.

They were so nice on the phone when I inquired about my little fur babies teeth that I actually switched Vet's!! And the care they took of my dog was awesome! Also the price to get his teeth pulled was a 1/4 of what I was quoted at his regular Vet place. And he didn't even need additional meds when his surgery was done.... Mostly cause they took such good care of him. Very impressed with them and that's saying a lot when it comes to the care of my fur baby!

Never called me back for an appt

Had to put my 13 year old cat to sleep, they were very kind, caring and sensitive to my needs and my cat's needs.

DO NOT GO HERE. VERY RUDE VET, NICE ASSISTANT LADY BUT THE MAN WAS SO RUDE. I would not trust him with our animals considering how he treats people he doesnt even know. The man spoke with us on the phone and said we were "rushing him" because we were asking if there is an appointment available within the next couple hours. When we walked in to be seen, he would not let his NICE assistant talk. She woulve helped us no problem, but the man was so rude he wouldnt let her say a full sentence. We walked out because we were tired of his attitude. We were very kind and did not deserve being treated this way, especially for no reason. This was our first and LAST time ever going by here. I would not recommend, we went to kent instead with much nicer people and had no issue helping us.

Very close to my home, and they have been at the same location for decades. The staff there is very nice too.

They take great care of my fur babies. I’ve had no issues with them. Minus COVID-19, they’ve had no problem keeping my fur babies healthy and offering further assistance if needed.

All 3 of my animals come here. I love the staff, they are very kind to me and my animals. The most affordable place I've come across so far, they don't charge me hundreds of dollars when I go for something small. ????

Had my cat spayed there, my suggestion is for the doctor to take pain management continue education, as not sending home pain control because "young cats don't usually require it" but send home antibiotics because' they go in a litter box' is not good what I call forward thinking. It would be cheaper for everyone to ditch the antibiotics because you did use surgical glue which is waterproof, and give those creatures that just had major abdominal surgery some comfort!

It was nice to walk in and get instant service and not have to wait for hrs to see the Dr.

These are the loveliest people to work with. I had to take my cat in because another place told me he needed surgery on his hips. The Dr was very kind and knew his stuff. Brenda, his asst., helped me with my yogi before and after his surgery. She was encouraging and supportive. When yogi possibly needed to add a med to his recovery, she was going to bring it to me because I couldn't get up there. I completely recommend this Vet, you'll like them as well as we did.

Dr. Bob Engeset no longer is the vet there. Sad. I have been going to him since 1981
