Difficult getting in contact with this vet and the Dr seemed inconvenienced by talking to me

The staff was very friendly and we were allowed to go into the exam room with our girl. The doctor had great bedside manor and the price was fair. The waiting room was a little small and we had to wait a bit because they were running a little late but thats to be expected. This vet clinic will be our clinic for our girl and probably any future pets.

I will be taking my puppy here for as long as we are nearby this vet. Our appointment was the last one of the day and even though they were a little behind they took the time to answer all my questions and give my puppy all the treatment she needed. The vet was super warm and welcoming and my people-shy puppy even loved him hehe

Love all the staff! Very friendly and Dr.E is the absolute best vet. He really cares about your animals. My dog doesn't like everyone and he's crazy about him!

My family has brought our pets to Dr. Edwards for decades. He and his staff are friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. They are upfront about costs and never try to get us to come in when it's not necessary or to pay for unnecessary treatments or medications. We have only received the best of care from him and his staff!

They are probably the best in the business, they take great care of my dog's and care about the animals. Dr.edwards is a great guy and all of the vet techs gave my dog love while I was filling out paper work. I even got my parents to go there because of the care they take of the animals. Super respectfull always they just want to care for your animals always!!!

Our cat of 13 years started acting a little different about 3 weeks ago. We were watching him very closely to see if we needed to take him to get checked out. About the time we realized we needed to make an appointment, my wife's son contracted the Covid Delta Variant. We made an appointment for the first available time which was 2 1/2 weeks. While we were dealing with him getting sicker we unfortunately lost her son to Covid, and then today we had to put our loving cat to rest. Dr. Edwards is the most compassionate, gentle and caring veterinarian we have ever used. The entire staff are very professional, personable and they showed that they truly cared about both of our losses. We will continue to bring our remaining cat's to be taken care of, and we highly recommend bringing your pets to Green River.

Was a very happy customer for years. We adopted a new pup and called to schedule an appointment. The receptionist was very rude and didn't seem interested in scheduling us for an appointment, pretty much said to go elsewhere … Very saddened by her rudeness and lack of appreciation for a customer… I have always recommended Dr. Edwards’s care and knowledge of animals till this unwelcoming experience with whomever represented his business over the phone… :-(. I think you need a staff change Dr.

Animals deserve better care than this place. The front receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive to questions. We waited over an hour past our appointment time and still never saw the vet. The staff was also not apologetic for the delay. As a health care provider, I get delays happen but a practice still needs to be responsible and care for the patients while they wait. The building is fairly outdated and their “medical records” and back office where patients can clearly see is incredibly disorganized and cluttered. Not sure how they are able to stay in business like that. Your pets deserve vet techs that are friendly and compassionate. Do not waste your time with this place.

My family and I have been bringing our pets large and small to Dr. Edwards for 20+ years. Dr. Edwards is a wonderful vet, a great diagnostician and a very skilled and experienced surgeon. There is no one else I would trust with my animals more. The front staff and technical staff have always been friendly and helpful as well. We love Green River Vet!

I beg you please don't come here. The only good thing about this place is the receptionists who actually seem to care for the pets. If I could, I would leave zero stars, one star is too much. We have been coming here with our pet cat for 3 years ever since he was a kitten. We had to say goodbye to him when he was only 3 years old because of this vet. Dr Edwards doesn't care about your pets. We took our cat yearly for check ups and vaccines. Every time dr. Edwards said that he was doing well. Our cat got visibly sick. We went to Edwards and he checked his temperature (didn't tell us if it was high or low until I asked and it was low. Then why didn't you tell us??) and he kept giving him shots. Took blood work and X-rays. Only told us the stuff that lined up with his hypothesis. When we asked for the report to be printed for us there was so much more information. He even told us that there was no fluid in the lungs which was good, ironically enough THERE WAS. Our cat wasn't eating for days so Edwards said that he will give him fluids such as vitamins. We get home and our cat has a massive bulge on his arm, I thought that he broke it or dislocated it. We called Edwards in a panic, his response? "Oh yeah that's the liquid, I forgot to tell you that that will happen". Are you kidding me? He wouldn't give us anything unless we asked for it. We asked for food to feed our cat with via syringe since he won't eat, we asked for the reports on the blood work and xray since he didn't give it to us, we asked for something to stimulate his hunger. He never says what he recommends, he always says "if you want I can do this and that". He'll give a shot and send you on your merry way, oblivious and falsely positive of your pets good health. Our cat suffered for a full week because Edwards was too stubborn to tell us that he has no clue what's wrong. We went to another clinic, in two hours they told us that our cat has fluid around his lungs and heart. That it was very very serious, and that all of this was because of heart failure. This wasn't an overnight thing, this was accumulated. What kind of check ups don't catch that?? Sometimes Edwards' clinic would just take the cat "to the back" to give him vaccines and that's it. Edwards didn't even check because he was running behind. Then get more vets, what kind of a clinic only has one vet and sacrifices their health just for a few more bucks in their pocket?? You can tell that Edwards is always rushing. We went to him when our cat was having symptoms and he told us that the cat was just having an attitude. I can't understand how someone who doesn't care about animals can be a vet. Because of his lack to detail we have to say our goodbyes to our cat. When I was in the lobby with our sick cat a woman described to Edwards that her dog landed in the hospital and described everything that was wrong. Did he seem worried, concerned, even interested in the health of the dog? Not even a little, his response was "ah ok" and he turned around and left his filing cabinet. I'm not even over exaggerating, his response was literally "ah,ok". I can't believe I have to say goodbye to a loved pet just because Edwards gave us false security and when an emergency happened took a couple thousand from us just to pretend like he was actually doing something beneficial. If you love your pet, please go to a different vet.

I brought my foster dog here because it's the veterinarian the rescue uses. They took all the necessary precautions needed and I have no complaints about their services.

Totally recommend them ...janna was super nice and informative and made my pitty feel comfortable even when he made things difficult she was super understanding and helped him feel safe and answered anything I needed and the vet was amazing and quick my pup came back happy and I will be coming back for future visits ????????????????

Tiffany Ann

I emailed them to establish a vet for my Cat and apparently they don't do that. Janna kinda seemed like she didn't want to schedule and basically said to go elsewhere. I thought they had regular veterinary services but I guess not. When I replied saying as much, she didn't even respond again. They clearly don't want any customers.

Attentive, friendly and fast. My go to for my dog and two cats. If I had one complaint it would be that the chairs in the lobby are uncomfortable....but that's really it.

Staff was great and super friendly. They squeezed us in and got us out so quickly and made my pup feel so comfortable.

One of the best veterinarian I have gone to, my dog is very shy, very scared of ppl, as I believe the past owners had abused her, the staff and dr was so patient with my dog, she had let the dr exam her without shaking too much. I have already referred my sister to this clinic she also was pleased with this clinic.
