Always great servic from all of staff, and both doctors really care about the health of my pet.

Took 13 year old dog there. Got the feeling all they wanted to do was run expensive tests, instead of trying to make her as comfortable as possible. Plus a $94 fee just to get her in the door. Then a "15 minute" test turned into my dog and I sitting in the car for over an hour while we waited for results. Only reason I didn't leave was they hadn't given me the bill yet.. $300 and 2hrs later I was given Probiotics and ibuprofen

They have been great to work with. Our lab sustained an injury to her leg and this vet has been great giving her the necessary treatment.

This is the best vet I have ever experienced. My dog Danner was extremely sick and they got him right in and showed him so much kindness. Not only that but they followed up and called us for the few days following his emergency visit. Thank you so much Riverside! We are forever grateful!

I need an international health certificate for an international relocation, which requires me to use a USDA accredited veterinarian. There are only a few in Cowlitz County. I contacted Riverside via email because their website said their phones were down. Received no response, and when I finally did get ahold of them via phone (must be fixed and their website is outdated) they told me they weren’t accepting any new patients. Not in any capacity, even a single visit for a health certificate. No flexibility at all, and that’s their prerogative, but they couldn’t even take 30 seconds to let me know that they couldn’t help me. If your website is going to direct people to email you instead of call, then be professional and respond to those emails.

Friendly staff. Appreciated that the veterinarian, Dr Woods, called personally.

My mother called when her cat was DYING and was given a 3 week out appointment. My mom called several times to try and get her cat in sooner to no avail. She wasnt even given liquid food until her cat was examined first, again 3 weeks away! She wasted to skin and bones all the while my mom begging for help. Tinkerbell died before her scheduled appointment and we are devastated! More commpassion and urgency is needed at this place!

Unfortunately my experience has been dismal. I have placed 4 different phone calls asking the receptionist to speak with a scheduler for spaying services only to say they would call back. Today I called again and now we have been taken off the "list" stating they did not have puppy records, which I already explained first part of Aug we had all the records available to bring in. Reception was kind but extremely poor communication lack of follow up from scheduling staff. I do not recommend.

Love doctor Hart and her staff. My pups all love it here.

I have been going to Riverside Animal Hospital for decades, because I trust them and their compassion in difficult times is of great comfort. I know my pets have and will be treated the best way possible.

The office staff is efficient, well informed and kind. Even with the current drop off method (due to Covid) I feel heard and well cared for. The tech and Veterinarian took time answering all questions and providing details. Thank you.

No one will see us

My fiancé and I just added a Chocolate Labrador puppy to our family. She was recommended to Riverside Animal Hospital by a client of hers. We are so glad they did. Even though we live 30-40 minutes away we decided to take a chance. We could not be happier. Everyone we worked with was great. They kept in communication throughout the day until we could pick him up. We would recommend Riverside to anyone who asked. Thank you so much.

Not open on weekends and appointments are too far out .. No payments, there are no real PERKS to choosing this vet out of the other 7 that are close enough to drive to!

Had an emergency with my dog, and got told No room for emergencies.

This is the only vet my fur babies go to, they treat my fur babies so good and the girls and dr's are always so nice! I won't take my fur babies anywhere else.

They helped out a lot.

They we're the only animal hospital that had time on an emergency that would see my dog Rocky. He got a very bad deep cut on his leg. They were very caring and helpful. My own Vet told me they didn't have time. Riverside Animal Hospital has all my business now. I want a Veterinarian that really cares about my pet I love!! I highly recommend Riverside Animal Hospital!!

I couldn't be happier with the staff at Riverside Animal Clinic. I like that they are organized and communicate well with families and other staff.

Excellent customer service, very timely with drop off and pick ups. I love the fact that you can just show up, give them your kitty to get fixed, then pick him back up the same day.

Vets and staff were great. Prices were about average for what was done and their service is usually very fast. Don't want to take my dogs anywhere else.
