Questionable integrity.......After arriving late to a standby appointment, I was given the option of using a different groomer for a partial grooming at the same price as a full grooming. I thankfully declined and asked to be put back on the waiting list. A month later and we finally make it to our scheduled appointment. When picking up, we are charged a cancellation fee of $75 for the previous appointment. The total bill for our 24 lb. dog was $271.00!!! I emailed the owner to explain the circumstances and to request a refund of the cancellation fee, since it wasn't mentioned to me when the two employees offered the partial grooming. Had they mentioned it, I would have accepted the partial grooming in a heartbeat. The owner told me to take responsibility for my actions and cancelled me as a customer. Granted, buyer beware could apply here, since they post their cancellation policy. However, common courtesy and customer service are more typical with good businesses these days. Wizard of Paws raised their rates recently and scheduling has been a nightmare. Not an issue for us anymore, as we’re looking elsewhere.

The grooming salon and daycare are clean and beautiful! The staff are super knowledgeable and nice! They run like a top end oiled machine. I'm excited to have them.

We took our dogs here to self wash. We have seen other places like this in Colorado and our complaint is that the dog wash area wasn’t cleaned at all. There was dog hair everywhere, on all the drying towels, all over the floor and wash. The worker behind the desk just seemed overwhelmed by her job and was very rattled by the customers coming in. This place has the ability to be great, but they need to dedicate time to clean their self wash areas, especially since it is $20 a wash. If they can clean their areas we would be repeat customers, but if it stays like today it’s more like going into a dirty restroom…

We followed our groomer here and even though it is considerably farther from home it is worth the drive. Staff is very friendly and location is very clean. Prices are comparable to what you would pay elsewhere. Scheduling can be difficult because they are busy, but there is a reason they are very popular ????.

Quick and easy if your dog likes a bath ;) Takes a bit longer and you get soaked if they don't - but you don't have to wash the towels or clean up!

I left a voicemail and it said would be returned in the next business day. Never received a callback so we went elsewhere.

Great spot to clean the pups! I used the self service baths for my two large dogs and the place was great. Very clean tubs and I really liked the style of the hoses for washing. They include tearless face soap and hypoallergenic shampoo which is perfect for my bulldog with allergies. There are all sorts of different brushes, ear cleaner, and even puppy perfume. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and they did a nice job of enforcing COVID protocols to keep everyone safe. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect thank you very much. You worked a miracle on her and also got her done early so we could leave on our trip. I couldn't believe how little we were charged especially for how much work she needed. You did a beautiful job on her. Thank you very much see ya next time!!!

I love taking my dogs here and they do a very good job on nails! I use the self wash, its easy and they have everything you need.

Closed from Covid exposure. Usually have Konas claws clipped here. They do a good job for $15 plus tip.

Great self service dog wash and a very reasonable price. I have 2 big black labs and they get in and out of the tubs no problems.

Easy to schedule a nail trim, they even called amd said they were running early so I could go earlier. Quick service. Nice place, nice staff.

Professional pet salon with well trained and guided groomers by salon owner, Sheila. She has adopted Covid-19 guidelines to protect clients. The salon is clean and all pets are respected.

My dog always looks and smells so clean after his trip to Wizard of Paws.

My dog a very large great dane doesn't appreciate intact males, so it's always stressful to bring him to crowded areas as I don't know who is going to be there. The Salon does a great job spacing and separating the dogs, the nail filing which I bring him in for takes less than 10 min and on picking him up they waited 7 extra minutes while the other patron chatted up the place paying for her services and walked away before they opened the gate to let my pup out to keep everything separated. When in the past I took my dog in for a self bath, they actually had two employees help me push him in (165 pounds of him) totally beyond their duty and without asking. The salon follows the Covid policy to a T and just outstanding customer service. Hope they are open forever as I live 5 min away and love their service.

Sheila has been our dogs groomer for most of his life. My dog has anxiety at times but absolutely LOVES her. He just stands there and kisses her. She truly is the dog whisperer and dogs love and trust her. She does the most amazing job grooming our dog and he has thick golden doodle hair-not easy. Sheila is one of the sweetest and most helpful people I know. She takes such great care of our dog and we appreciate all that she does for him more than words can say! We all love her! Thank you Sheila-you’re the very best!!! ♥️????????♥️

My 4.5 months old Sheepadoodle had his first grooming appointment and his nail was overcut. When we reached home, we found that his paw was bleeding and he was having difficulty to walk. Next day I called them to share my feedback and I was told that owner will call me back. When I got call from the owner, she started to justify it rather then owing it. I am not taking my puppy again there. I'll not recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to like Wizard of Paws in Klahanie. Krista is fantastic. She gets it-professional, great with people and animals. But, the owner and another groomer were rude, unprofessional and insulting to me as a customer. I was pretty shocked at how badly I was treated. I can’t even remember the last time I was treated so poorly. I don’t think this salon will remain popular if they keep treating customers as badly as they treated me. It’s not like grooming is an essential service. It’s a luxury and we have lots of choices in this area. I will be taking my dogs elsewhere. I don’t think the owner understands what good customer service looks like.

They do an okay job. Nothing amazing. My dogs haircuts are nice, But what really frustrates me is I can ever get an appointment. They are constantly booked up. Got my dog groomed and the next available appointment was 12 weeks out in October... that’s the best they could do. Now I’m looking for another groomer.

Hard to get an appointment because they are so busy.

I assume they do good work. I won't find out, it's the end of June and their next opening for grooming is in October.

This shop is excellent as a fellow grooming shop I highly Recommend this establishment. They groom your dogs with extra tlc for the most quality refined looks.
