Dog had ear infection. Doc's were great, figured out the meds and Bo-Bo was better in 10 days

I'm a DoorDasher and at 3:15 on a daily basis PetSmart issues it's deliveries out to our drivers. This is the beginning of evening rush our(s). Usually the offer is for little money and into the jaws of horrific traffic. If the managers of these stores would issue these deliveries around 1pm, and offered a decent wage they would have those drivers that they need. The personal at PetSmart are always helpful, cheerful. 5*. Wake up management...!

Molly is a great trainer! We are learning so much from Molly. She is fantastic with the dogs and people in our class. Her calm, patient and professional attitude, willingness to answer our questions, offer examples and really show us how to train have made this a great experience! We have done Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Classes with Finn and he is so much better for it...and so are we. We're going to repeat the Advanced class so Finn has it solidly before going for his Canine Good Citizen Test. Then Therapy Dog Training...Brain Games is next on our calendar. Thank you Molly!

Out of everything I needed

Great store as far as big box pet shops are concerned. Their fish displays are the best kept in the Sammamish/Issaquah area. Knocked off a star due to how absolutely rude one cashier was to another customer. I generally have great customer service here, but this was particularly egregious.

Do not send your dog to the Pet Hotel! My dog stayed in the petshotel last week, he has been sick ever since the first day he got home. He has been having vomiting and diarrhea. This place has no cameras on boarding and they won’t commit to anything. The doctor said my dog probably ate something he shouldn't be eating at the Hotel. When I called the hotel, they wont take any responsibilities. If your dog is sick during the stay, it’s your responsibility not the hotel, I was told that by the assistance manager there! I have the pictures here for evidence. Again do not send your dog there!

They had what I needed with a quick checkout. Good stock, friendly cashier!

I was very pleased with the item I purchased on clearance. I was looking for a different clearance item but found a much better one in store. The cashier was super patient and friendly as well.

Refused to sell fish after 6 pm on Sunday because they were "understaffed"

Banfield is a bit expensive when you have them clip your pet's nails. Especially when they just do the tips. What a rip off..

Petco has a much more efficient staff and better prices, well worth the drive

Good customer service, went there to get a few guppies and they were very happy to answer any questions and all of their tanks and fish looked pretty healthy! Also took my dog grooming there and did their best to follow my requests and were very friendly too!

This is my first dog and we stared grooming him since he was 2 months we were in another place but we have training classes here so we change my dog to this place but when they gave him to me he was very scared and stared to cry when he normally does not do that, after we went home and I pet hem I felt a scar in his ear and when I check there was a small part of his ear cut .we went in the morning with my parents to claim about it but they said that the groomer did not feel nothing, but that could not be possible because he had to cry and because it looks like they put some special cream to cure it. Since then he stared to act weird and I don’t know what they did to him I just know that they cut part of his ear and I fell really impotent about it. I am writing this because I don’t want no one to pass throw this.

Rude person not going back

Tried the grooming service for the first time. I requested for a shorter hair cut for our 1 year old soft coated wheaten terrier because of matting. Our dog was completely shaved off from head to toe. Also, he smelled bad. There was no “fresh from grooming “ smell.

Always have great variety of cat food

Terrible grooming job on our sheepadoodle. He did nothing I asked him to do and was just lazy and shaved him down. We'll never take Malcom back there!!????

The reptile staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They gave no issues about price matching to other stores which I really appreciated.

Grooming and hotel staff love my fig and always remember him even though we are new to the area

I wish that there were six stars... my long hair Chihuahua "Gizmo" had his hair trimmed, nails and the works done today. That is literally the best ever trim he has ever had. Then the service from the store when getting his food and the hotel for enquiries done was next level. Love to see it when there are people love their job, it really flows into their approach to the customer.

Very experienced hobbyist on aquatics working there. Brandon knows his stuff! Was able to learn a lot before introducing even more fish into my aquarium. Only got 2 more fish in the end for ammonia reasons and they're doing great.
