The staff here is great across the board.

As a DoorDasher I usually turn down requests to pickup products...with long drives and low pay

Really bad service, have interacted with several Banfield in the area and this is the worst in turns how they are treating their customers. Really disappointed

They always take wonderful care of my pets.

They took care of us beautifully.

I got no answer after they confirmed me in two business days for a vet prescription. Very hopeless. Anyway sometimes they made great jobs, it depends on who accepted you in the front desk.

Good docs. But as another post mentioned, their receptionist (the older lady) is incredibly negative. It makes for a bad experience.

Very careless job. Asked me to take bandage off after some time. Found that the needle set is as and no shaving was done in that area...see pictures. Had tough time to remove it and fix it as hospital was closed

Really great staff that cares about your fur baby

9:00 AM, 2/08/2021, the lady worked at the reception desk made us feel very uncomfortable. She had very negative attitudes when speaking with us, including another customer who was waiting behind us. We were just confirming we need to come back at 3-5 pm to pick up our dog, she said we can wait (for 6 hours) if we want, and she asked the customer behind us "wait outside" toughly. I don't know whether she knows we are the ones who pay for her salary. We are not deserved to her bad manner.

It's an absolutely chaotic experience that traumatizes the animals and the humans but it's worse for the animal... absolutely unprofessional... I should have left except for I really needed my dog to be treated for an ear infection I would not recommend Banfield to anyone especially this one in Issaquah it is traumatizing for the animals... they literally drag your animals into the exam room... the employees are frustrated disgruntled exhausted and have no patience imagine what they do behind the closed doors if they do this to the customers. I would not recommend this place especially a number one for how they dragged my dog into the exam room and try to trick him with with not even warning us or asking us to work together it's traumatizing it only makes an animal and humans more fearful... it was horrible it only gets were asked if you call to ask questions or clarity the Better Business Bureau needs to be contacted. This is a very very unsafe place for animals to be shuffled in and out of and there were no protocols for covid-19 we were crowded we were all speaking to vets and people boss Shoppers were walking around us there's no privacy there's no confidentiality it can't hear there's nothing but chaos imagine with the animals are going through I'm letting you all know this because something has to be done for the animals

I had the most amazing experience here. I am still taken back by my experience. The staff was kind, helpful and the store was in order. However it was a fellow customer that i would like to thank in particular. She was so kind and caring that she bought a little bed (and more) for a kitten that was abandoned by the mom. I only dicovered the kitten because a dog had found it and just wanted to play???? with it im sure but had the kitten in his mouth running through a feild. The kitten had already endured so much in just its 1st week of being alive. Thanks to the kind actions of the lady at petco i was able to get the kitten the necessary items she would need to be properly cared for. The kitten is doing well. She is happy and playful. I just wanted to say thank you agian for your kindness, generosity, and compassion. I am truly grateful.

As long as you are on one of their wellness plans you couldnt get better care. A little pricey but they have great, friendly, knowledgeable, staff and my dog is always well treated.

Highly recommend, DR Bailey. Rest of the staff is also very caring

We have been going here for years and we love their care and compassion for our two dogs.

They asked questions about what was going on and what we had done up to that point - and then they checked out all 3 of our animals - they helped one feel better and he is getting better and almost himself again

Would never take my pup Scout to any other doc. Dr. Shri and the entire staff are the absolute best! I drive a long distance to stay with this clinic for this reason.

So caring and nurturing with great follow up.
