Compassionate and caring vets. Been taking pets there for years. All of our pets have gotten really good care! Very compassionate when you are facing the end of a beloved pets life. Our fur babies see Dr. Laura and have seen Dr. Ann in the past. Both of these ladies are great vets and awesome people. now we are seeing other vets and the are equally caring and devoted caregivers to our pets.

We are SO happy we brought our dog here for major leg surgery. We live in Portland and decided to come out to this clinic to see Dr. Petersen for a partial arthrodesis surgery on our 6-year-old brittany spaniel's leg. She hurt it running after a ball at the park, a total freak accident. We got quotes and diagnosis from several other vets in Portland (all varying information, inconsistent and very expensive quotes- not to mention months-long wait times). I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks and had the most personal care of any vet I have ever seen with my pup. I met Dr. Petersen who explained everything to me in such detail, coming from deep knowledge and personal experience. He even showed me x-rays of other dogs with the same injury and their healing process. The cost was a fraction of that in Portland. We are 6 weeks post-op now and have had a couple check-ups with Dr. Petersen to track her healing progress/the success of the surgery. I'm thrilled to say that it's been successful (bone graft, metal plate put into her leg)-- the x-rays he showed us today show great healing and everything is in alignment. She's not in pain and is putting weight on it- we're cleared for walks again even. 10/10 recommend this facility- run by true professionals with so much experience. We're so grateful!!!

My cat had an infected foot and I just moved here. So I called they got me in. The staff and Dr. were excellent. Had to return with my 3 year old dog with trachea issues. Always super nice and spend time with you and your animal. Prices are compatible to Companion in Portland. I really like it there.

I have taken all my animals during the last 15 years to Tucker Road Animal Hospitals. Many times with complex cases like Parvo with my dog Santi and severe intestinal issues and seizures with ny dog Chocolate. They have provided caring and compassionate services every time., by every provider even at the end of their lives like when my dog Chocolate passed away. Just a couple of days ago I took my 13 year old cat there once again, and Dr. Mikkelsen called my every couple of hours with an update because she knew my anxiety was through the roof. My cat is back home and on the mend. This is a long review because there are so many times where the clinic staff has been amazing that I needed to make sure I shared with them that I will never forget how much they have cared and loved my pets through the years. Thank you!

Julie Caldwell and the staff fit in my sick dog Suki at the last minute on a Saturday and took amazing care of her. They even followed up the next day to check on her. Amazing service!

The staff at Tucker Road have been so great through care of our now 3 labradors. My parents and brother also use them. Appointment availability is great and affordability is awesome. I do find it cheaper to get some pet meds cheaper through a pet pharmacy but I think that’s the case at a lot of places.

Our experience at Tucker Road Animal Hospital with our one year old Golden Retriever was outstanding. Dr.Caldwell was very attentive and kind. She took care of the issue and we are scheduled for a follow-up visit. Very Professional and prompt. Thank you!
