First time using their services and will NOT be back. My labradoodle came home extremely lethargic and super dehydrated! We almost lost him. He was at kennel for 2.5 days and apparently they did not give him water. When we picked him up, he was not his normal self. He slept the whole 30 min drive home and was super tired. He drank a lot of water as he came in the door because he was so thirsty and then became un responsive. Had to drive him to Dove Lewis Emergency hospital. I don't know what happened at the kennel place but it was a very traumatic experience.

I've boarded my dog here twice now and he's always had a blast. He came back with a cute bandana after his bath service ???? They are quick to answer questions regarding my dog's needs and overall wonderful!

I boarded my two sensitive rescue boys for 5 days. I had never boarded them, so I was nervous. RC took great care of my dogs. The dogs were happy and well cared for. One of my dogs had a cone a few medications. Not an issue. Thanks RCK.

I have used RCK for dog boarding numerous times in the last month with pleasant service. Today I arrived to pick up and was met by a young man (mask) and another co-worker ( no mask). I was ordered to put a mask on per policy when asked about the policy and the unmasked employees standing behind him he was rude and confrontational. I asked to speak to a manager or the owner. Debbie arrived, no mask and another person with no mask and I explained my experience. Debbie said “ what do you want me to do fire everyone”. Debbie seemed uninterested in making thing right and did not offer an explanation or an apology. I am disappointed I won’t be using RCK anymore due to the service that was provided.

They took great care of our lab Orange ???? I was nervous boarding her the first time because it’s hard to find people you trust to take care of your dog, but they were kind and sent pictures! Seemed Orange had a blast!

We called about boarding our dog last minute about a month ago and they had no problem taking him in. Very friendly staff, and we just booked another weekend for our pup! Beautiful area and our dog loves it.

They help in so many ways to make you and your pet comfortable. One thing He helped me by way of calming him and getting him in the car. Now he jumps right in.

Great service! I love bringing my dog here for kenneling. He's excited everytime we arrive. Dogs have their own room like a mini hotel.

This is an amazing place for your dog or cat to be when they can’t be with you. Great staff wonderful environment very clean and they have grooming services. The staff treats the dogs like they are their own walking with them playing with them and loving them. They have my highest recommendation!!!!

Would never recommand! They told us that we cant take a tour because of COVID_19; but it wasnt their reason. They seposed to provide bed but they didnt! I provided toy and their bed they even didn't give their bed to them. Room was as small as possible! When we were reserving we told them that we need picture but they didnt send although it was the second day and we called few times they ansewred the email at 3pm and said we are busy and the there is network prpblems. As you can see there are no dog hairs on the blankies so that means they just put the blanky for them. I didnt see any water for them also, the food just field although it was 4pm and we told them our dogs need to eat lunch.

Rock creek kennels have always treated our dogs with care and love. They are always so happy when they arrive and get come home and are always tired (which is an amazing thing) when they come home! I really appreciate the time they take to provide care for our fur babies. I have always recommended them and will continue to do so. They offer bathing as well which has been great they always smell so good. Definitely will continue to come to rock creek!

Charlie had a blast while we were away in Europe. He made lots of new friends, and was well supervised and cared for. It's really obvious why Rock Creek Kennels has been around so long. We'll definitely be using them again.

They take such good care of our dog. He loves going there! We call it dog camp.

Usually my dog is back to himself immediately after boarding but it took him almost a week after being boarded here. Thought it was the new location but when I took him to Cooper Mountain he was his usual happy self. Can't recommend this place especially given all the other great kennels in the area.

This is a place dogs and cats have fun visiting. They get to play, run, get bathed and have their nails done lol. Love it hear

So my husband and I are going to Canada tomorrow for 9 days and we are boarding the pups ( 1.5 and 6.5 yrs). They went for a trial overnight earlier this month and did great but I’ve really been worried about leaving them for so long. On the drive I was so worried drop off would be hard because they saw us packing our bags and we’re kind of anxious ????????. When we got out of the truck they were literally pulling toward the door and when Sheila took their leashes they ran off and never looked back. What the ?? This is the best feeling ever!! It’s so good that we’re having a pre vacation margarita!

Love bringing my dogs here. They are always well cared for and happy when I pick them up. Highly recommend this place for your dogs home away from home.

Just called this place today to see if it would be a good option for my dogs. The representative laughed and insinuated that my questions about their boarding process are stupid and when she tried to explain the boarding process she did not know the correct information. Terrible first impression

Great experience for our dogs. One has anxiety from a bad experience elsewhere, she would chew her paws in frustration becoming more miserable. She was in great shape on pickup. They noted her behavior and how they were able to address it to keep her calm. Will definitely use them again

We take our dog here when we travel and we've been happy with the accommodations and service. They have different packages depending on what you would like for your pet, so you can get the right amount of play, walks, and boarding space.

I've taken my dog here on multiple occasions. I also bring my dog's bed with her. Every time I pick her up, the bed smells SO bad I have to wash it, and there's tons of dog hairs on it that are not my dog's. This last time I got the bed back and there were dozens of pea-sized balls of dog poop stuck in the cracks of the bed, yet my dog smelled very clean and she didn't have any poop anywhere on her. I highly suspect my dog isn't the one sleeping in it. Unacceptable!! It took me quite a bit of effort to get the stench out of the bed. I won't be going back unless every place is booked up. The staff are kind and helpful.
