My husband had just broke his leg and my cat was in horrendous pain from something unknown. My regular vet's office was closed due to covid exposure. I needed major help! Everyone here was super nice and helpful and went out of their way to take care of my kitty baby so that I could take care of my husband! I appreciate it!!!!

We went with Pet Companion because it was Highly Recommended by several families. Pet Companion staff were wonderful, inviting and very friendly. Dr. Brian was very nice and attentive to Breelucy calming her down with just a soft touch and comforting words. He also answered every question my 4 yr old had regarding his Bestie Breelucy. He and his staff won us over!

I took my lab. In for a bad leg, scared to death she had cancer. The vet was fabulous, I recommend having her Muzzled twice because of the pain she was in. The vet would not even listen to me. Took X-rays , and poked and prodded her. Thankfully she didn’t bite, and the best news was she just has a torn ACL. And can be fixed with surgery. The staff that is currently there are great, and once again care about your pet’s, as well as there humans. I would also like to say, I couldn’t get in tell later, there was a sign up saying no more appointments for the day, when I explained what was wrong, they took my name and number, with the advice it may be 4 to 5 hours before they could see her. Can’t thank them enough for getting my baby in.

The wait was incredibly long (thank you, Covid19) but the care was top-notch. My dog went in feeling lethargic and in pain and left acting like a puppy - happy, with tail wagging. She’s back to her old sassy self!

I had a really good experience. The veterinarian is very knowledgeable which helped relieve a lot of anxiety that I had about my dogs medical problem.

I have been bringing my dog to this clinic since she was born, she is 12 yrs old now! They are great she has received very good care! The drs. Are all good for the most part although i do have my favorite & have been pretty lucky all these years to be able to have him care for my dog just about all of the time!! He’s wonderful with my dog & very knowledgeable! Their prices are reasonable & in emergency situations they have been great about working with me!! I will absolutely continue to have my dog cared for there!! My feedback for this hospital has always been good until recently! They have become very busy & the vet we have had to see the last couple times is not very good! This time we had to see a dr Dickey, he is not very thorough, he cannot keep up with conversation & he had to take my dog to back room to shave some spots. He drug her by the leash around her neck as my dog resisted instead of picking her up & carrying her! She is a small dog (pekingese), She is 14 years old, she limps terribly with bad back hips! I was not happy with his treatment!! I am tired of seeing him & would be much happier with one of the better drs in the office!!

Had a great visit. Staff was friendly. Doctor wasas very nice and checked her out head to tail. Got her shots needed and will go back in 4 weeks for rest of boosters. Spay surgery set up and reservations for boarding for trip in May. So glad they are walk in and open 7 days a week.

Though the wait was atrocious (~3 hr from arrival to finish), it’s completely understandable, considering they’re a walk-in clinic. I was most surprised by the cost, which was a great value and much lower than I was quoted elsewhere. The service was great, and the veterinarian staff kind. They took good care of my mouse with a URI. I will be back if I have another urgent need outside of needing to make an appointment.

Called up to make an appointment, they don’t take appointments, but aren’t busy now, arrive in 15 minutes, sign says sign in so we sign in. Neither of the two gals working the desk right in front of you say boo, not hello or anything. Sit down for 15 minutes to hear the front desk gals answer phone and say 1 1/2 hour, after a few more minutes of no one exiting the back nor going into an exam room we ask how long wait is, sure enough it’s 1 1/2 hours. We leave, front desk gals don’t give a rats ass…

They told me 30 mins .it was almost 90 degrees so I had to keep my engine running for a/c. I call them after a hour. They tried to tell me I just checked in 30 mins ago. I told them that they were mistaken because I knew I called in at 10:05 am and it was 11:07 am . They could of said to come back at a later time. The vets are awesome there.

I've been taking my dogs here for almost 6 years now. This year had to say goodbye to one of them after a hard battle at the end. I trust everyone here 100% with my pets health. From the folks at the front desk who are the most patient people to the wonderful vet techs who always seem to be smiling, to the caring vets.

I have always loved that this hospital could see my babies during COVID when others stopped taking new patients. I continue to see them now because they are truly wonderful and responsive to my needs. They even return emails!

The vet here is awesome. Really kind and helpful. Every other animal hospital and emergency clinic near me was too busy to help my cat but Companion came through. Thanks.

Companion Animal Hospital has been great and they have an incredible staff. When we had to put our cat of 17 years down last year they were so compassionate and caring and made our loss easier to handle. I take all my cats here for treatment.

I took my puppy to another office, had to call from the car. I was told it would be 2 weeks before they could see him. I could'nt wait that long so I went to Companion. They let me come in the waiting room and I saw the doctor in about an hour. The doctor we saw was great, he didn't try to sell me extra services. The fees were very reasonable and the employees were very nice. I would recommend this vet to everyone.

Always a 5* review. Got here at 730am this morning 30 minutes prior to opening and was the first in line. Got my cat seen and everything paid for within an hour of arriving. Last night no one would take my cat she had an infection causing her face to swell up on one side. I called everywhere and no one would take her in. I called every Emergency Vet around no one would see her for 24-36 hours. Came here this morning first thing and was seen extremely quick. The vet here is very nice, professional and very caring about her clients (all animals) and her customers. Very good day very well taken care of. Thank-you Companion for your kindness and taking us in this morning.

We had to bring our dog in over the weekend for an emergency appt. He hurt his back and couldn't walk. We had to wait an hour and a half, but that's understandable for a walk-in clinic. I was impressed by how organized the front desk staff was, and even more impressed with how wonderful the vet was. She was kind, professional, and thorough. Our dog is doing great and we would definitely recommend this clinic!

The wait times can be brutal. But most often they'll let you leave and call you to come back. Still that means you have to walk in early in the morning, get your spot in line and then come back 3 hours later, so your whole day is gone. When they do call, you need to show up in 10 minutes so you have to plan to be ready at your expected wait time. Most likely they will stop accepting new patients after 1pm because of the number of people that show up. I would like to have some slots open as appointments and some slots open for walk-ins. Service wise I've always had a different doctor and the checkup is usually only 5 minutes long. I don't know if that's good or bad. My dog hasn't fallen ill so I guess that's sufficient time for checkup but I do wish it felt more thorough, and less cursory. The cost is ok I guess. I had one oral vaccine cost $75, but I don't know how much of that was the cost of medicine itself versus the service. The reception staff is generally quite nice and helpful.

It’s nice they are a walk in clinic. My puppy was sick and I had a hard time finding a vet that could see him that day. The vet he saw was very kind and able to diagnose his illness pretty quickly after she examined him and ran a quick test.

I took my cat there for 16 years, at the end I could tell her was not eating and suffering but they didn't bother to give him a blood test until one vet had the thought to do so, but by then his kidney failure was too far advanced. No sympathy card when I put him down. I would not take another pet there.

A totally positive experience, from the front desk to the veterinarian! My home town, Scappoose, would not even deserve one star.

Had a 4 hour wait but everyone was wonderful and they saved my kittie's life. Would recommend them to anyone.
