Refused to refill prescriptions without another checkup.(been less than a year and my dog has a lifelong allergy) Extremely rude on the phone and her supervisor was just as snotty. Service is not what it was a few years ago. SKIP THIS PLACE.

I don't normally give reviews, but felt I should for the above and beyond service. We've been dealing with our kitten being sick for the last week, and we can't figure out what's wrong. We thought we hopefully found it, and she dods look better now. Yet, she still refuses to eat. Dr. Frischman called on her day off just to check on her. Even though our kitty isn't better yet, that level of care that thr vet would call and check in....helps a lot. I've been anxious worried we'd lose her, and knowing our vet cares and is trying everything makes me feel more confident she'll get better.

Dr. Marcum was NOT good at all We have 4dogs but never come back again

Customer service is always very responsive and kind. I take both my cats here and the doctors have been extremely helpful and insightful. The last visit, they helped come up with a non-perscription solution for my anxious kitty.

They take great care of our pets and are very accommodating. Pricing has always been fair. We had to have our Golden Retriever euthanized when he was 12 and really sick. It was after hours and we were upset because our dog was in such distress-Dr. Rasmussen was wonderful, with our dog and with us.

They were very compassionate and got me in when right away. I would definitely recommend them

They used to be great. They helped us when we had to put our sweet old Dachshund to sleep. Recently we had another dog that had a major problem. We were pretty sure he had a stroke. We paid for an emergency visit. Due to COVID-19 we couldn't go in. They took him in and observed him. They said that it was a pinched nerve. Bare in mind, no x-ray was taken. The dog couldn't walk. His backside went the opposite direction of his front and his front left leg was not responding. It would knuck and buckle. Only his left side. Even his left eye was weird..got sent home with steroids and muscle relaxers..Dealt with my dog being a lump on the floor for a week. And the vet never called to check on him. I bugged them with phone calls asking them what to do. Finally they suddenly say he has a blown disk in his neck. . Long story short, went to Horse Heaven Hills Urgent Care, they took an x-ray..yes his neck is a mess but he probably had a stroke.

We have been taking our pets here for the past 9 years and they are the best when it comes to making sure that they are comfortable and they make sure that we know.what is happening and how much it will cost.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced staff. They treat the animals really well, and I have been using them as my dog's vet for years. They do all sorts of procedures, and I can tell they really do care about the animals, and take pride in their work.

I absolutely love this veterinary clinic!! They are extremely professional and very understanding!! I will always take my animals to see them wether it's a routine exam or something serious. I know when I go in there they have my animal family's best interest at heart and they will do what ever they can for us! All of the staff from the receptionist to the doctor's are the best!! Thank you all for your hard work and that you all care so much!

Great people, they were very kind and professional

We have put our trust for the care of our fur babies in the Hermiston Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years. They have been with us for wellness checks of new family members, vaccinations, emergencies, figuring out allergy issues and helping us in the last stages of our babies lives. Our primary Vet is the greatest and she has such a big heart. She has done amazing job providing health care to all our animals. I would never go anywhere else!
