If I could do 50 million stars I would. First, the staff is so knowledgeable, second they have fully restored my faith in vets. I don’t know about anyone else, but I’ve had my fair share of horrible vet experiences and it makes you hesitant to have an animal but I will never go anywhere else. I feel confident when I drop of my dogs, not scared and I just want everyone to know they are amazing. Thank you to all the vets and just everyone that works there. You make our babies happy and we just appreciate all you do.

Everyone is so friendly, and I fell like they truly care about my pet's well being. She actually said that one of my cats did not require surgery that another vet had said he had to have.

I took my pug to Mt. Hood for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to actually go inside with him and to speak with the techs and vet directly. The techs and vet were very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new primary vet!

My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and didn't tell us the severity. They told us remission was possible, scheduled us 2 weeks out for an insulin demo...WITHOUT GIVING US A PRESCRIPTION IN ADVANCE. So we assumed they would have insulin at the appointment they scheduled 2 weeks out and our cat wasn't that sick. Instead, we show up, they give us the prescription and told us to come back next week... Well, we didn't end up going to get the prescription because OUR CAT DIED THE NEXT DAY. Even the ER vet was dumbfounded and appalled by the "service." We paid for $300 in blood work and they missed that my cat also had kidney failure and stomach cancer!!! So heartbreaking!!! I will never trust to take my pets to Mt Hood Pet Medical ever again.

They are always kind and caring. Plus the place is kept clean. ????

I heard about this vet from my sister in law who had taken her Pug puppy to them , since we had puppies from the same litter , and she had told me good things I thought I should take my puppy to the same vet… well I thought wrong . We had two different experiences. She was given many payment plans to choose from and when I had asked them multiple times about these payment plans they had told me no such thing existed . When I brought it up again at my next visit with the email my sister in law had been sent with the different payment plans , they still acted like they had no idea what I was taking about and said those must be really old even through we brought out puppies in within a month of each other .. then they told me they did have plans but he was to old to be on them now … there story switches every visit . I can’t get a straight answer and I feel lied to and no longer feel welcomed to bringing in Milo to this vet …

Took our recently adopted kittens, Momo and Paw, for their first check up and shots. The nurse and doctor provided great customer service, communication, both were very informative, showed great care when handling our kittens and concern for their health. The Mt. Hood Pet Medical staff seems to really love and care about animals! We have another scheduled appointment next month and I'll definitely continue to use their services. I'm very happy with my first time experience and my kittens did not seem in distress during or after their first appointment.

Took my kitten for his first check up and first round of vaccinations. I must admit this is the first time having a kitten so I was quite nervous and did not what to expect but the staff went above and beyond. Check in was super easy and fast, everyone from the receptionist, to the tech and the doctor were super friendly. I loved how the doctor spent enough time with me to discuss all my questions and concerns. Definitely feel like my little guy is in good hands.

They took care of my dog since he was tiny, for about thirteen years, very caring folks

Great service, Very nice people, my dog likes them, so being a little expensive is worth it. They have done good things with our crazy dog "Luna tic" who likes to impale herself running through the woods.

I have been taking my cats here for 2 years, always a good experience. I recently got a new puppy and she had an accident. Mt. Hood Pet Medical was able to get us in the same day for Xrays and had amazing follow up! Dr. Nelson is the absolute BEST Dr. I have encountered yet! She was so gentle and thorough with our little puppy. The follow up call was very detailed and she was sure to call back and answer my additional questions! Highly recommend !

We really like the staff and care we've received in the year and a half we've taken our dog here. I havent written a review yet because due to the pandemic they were only offering curbside drop off. They have since opened to the public now and allow you to come in with your pets. We were not disappointed. The same great staff and care weve had all along. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I recently changed vets and am so glad I did. Mt. Hood Medical is great. The vets and staff are kind, efficient, and clearly love animals. I highly recommend, especially for those ditching Gresham Animal Hospital because they can no longer get access/be seen by Dr. Gary Powers. I know from random conversations there are many of us. I highly recommend Gresham Animal Hospital.

No experience! They aren't taking new clients. Kinda sad, no one is so our pets suffer.

These gals where so good to my Diesel pup (chaweinie). Very polite, patient and kind. Rabies shot and nails clipped. They were very attentive to my baby boy and let him check things out before they just started poking (shots) and cutting things off! You gals ate awsome in my book and I think Diesel's to I think. Thanks everyone!

We recently moved to the area and we’re looking for care for our pups. All of the doctors here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Their hours are also fantastic - I love that I can get a hold of someone before I start work! The rest of the staff has been great as well and super helpful when we have needed them.
