Dr Thompson and staff take excellent care of my elderly cat under the wellness plan and help us navigate her health challenges. This gives me peace of mind knowing we have the best looking out for us at a fraction of a vet visit cost.

Always so friendly. Kelsey, the vet tech is just the best. They make sure they take care of your pet as if they are theirs. Glad I chose this place.

Our dog is Nova:) she had drop off appointment this morning. Most everyone smiled and was very very friendly :) They worked with our schedule which was really nice - I also appreciated the doctor didn’t push prescription food and allowed us to try organic homemade option first to loose the weight for our senior dog!!

We've been taking our dog and our cat here for a couple years now, and they're both enrolled in Banfield's wellness plans. I can't recommend them enough. Even when there's a long wait time for an appointment, staff here keeps up with a cancellation list. And the wellness plans are great deals for our senior animals.

This place seems to be a very busy location. It's very hard to schedule an appointment. I initially was put on a wait list on Oct 10th and they had told me they were all booked up until Nov 1st. Luckily someone canceled and I managed to slip in. Procedures are more expensive then some of the smaller vets around the area, but everyone who works there was rather nice and patient (considering how busy they were). Also I have to say that the actual Vet that saw my animal was very knowledgeable and sweet. It didn't feel like she was rushing me out and made sure to stay with me until all my answers were met. The Banfield chain also provides a pet health plan that you pay monthly for which is pretty good if you plan to establish regular care visits.

So appreciative of Banfield! Everyone who works there that I’ve interacted with has been so darn nice. My cat took a little 11 day vacation and I needed to get him checked out after his return and after calling around and not being able to find an appointment anywhere for literal months, Banfield was able to get me in the same week. Dr Weston answered all my questions and let me know exactly what I should do for my lil guy. Thank you Banfield!

even though we had to wait a long time, the care our dog received was top notch. He ended up needing surgery, and we appreciate the care and consideration of the staff and doctor.

We just moved to Troutdale/Gresham area took our fur love to a different vet. I don’t know what they did but he was scared. Took him to Banfield and they were amazing. He came out happy and wagging his tail.

The doctors, whichever one you see, because you never get the same one twice, are all very nice and helpful. However, a lot of the vet techs have no knowledge, can be rude, and the appointment times are basically a suggestion. Every single time I go for an appointment, I sit there for 20-30 minutes. It's so ridiculous. I always want to go late just because I know I will be waiting forever; however I actually respect people's time and show up when the appointment says to. I do understand things can get backed up, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO?? That's not a coincidence; that's just bad business practices.

I welcomed a new family member in August of 2020 and was researching vaccination plans for puppies and thought this location offered the best deals and the location was pretty close to home in case of emergencies or exam visits. In the beginning the service and appointment setting was great! Everyone was friendly and the vets seemed knowledgeable. They tried to upsell me on plans that either included neutering or the heart worm medication. As I was unsure whether or not my family wanted to neuter him, we decided in the heart worm medication plan. Just as a disclaimer, they hardly remember to give you the dosage for that mediation. For the past year they only gave us 3 if the heart worm medications and whenever I ask them about it they say they will give me extra during the next appointment. But I’ve been paying extra for the plan this whole time. Next, after consideration my family decided we wanted to neuter and tried to set up an appointment. Since it wasn’t in our plan, I just wanted to know how much it would cost. The lady at the desk didn’t know how much it was and insisted I still set up an appointment and that a member of the team would call me to tell me how much it was. They never did. I tried calling numerous days before the appointment to get a price estimate and nobody was ever around to answer the phone. So I cancelled the appointment as I wanted to make sure I had enough money before sending him into his appointment. They never reached out to me after the numerous phone calls and messages I left. I have been trying to access the MyBanfield account but can’t access it with the information they gave me to sign in. They said it should just be my phone number and it’s definitely not. I’ve tried calling numerous times about that too. Also, the issues I’ve had with paying my bill have been incredibly frustrating. When I initially set up the account, I used a card that would get billed every month. They have been having issues with that system and sometimes I get charged for the month sometimes I don’t and I’m expected to go in and pay in person due to errors with their system that are hard to see coming or know when it happens. I really wanted to like this place but it just seems they don’t care about their customers. I’m not normally one to complain and I’m pretty understanding of small issues, however, this has been an ongoing frustration that I wanted to warn new pet parents about so they can choose a better and more caring facility for their pet.

Would not recommend this location. They have seem to be great until you sign your name to a contract then after that they really don't seem to want to help like other vets. My last experience I had my pup ripped his toe nail off and I called to try to be seen I was told they had no openings which was no big deal. They said I would have to call all these other locations to get him seen. Instead of say hold on for a moment and we will call our other locations to see if they have openings. I even brought that up to them and they just wanted to beat around Bush as why they couldn't for about 10mins during that time they probably could have called at least 2 other locations during that time. Took him to a clinic around corner and they took him right in and took care of problem. Steer clear of this corporate company you will not get the service your pet deserves.

The people that work there were nice, But the price is absolutely ridiculous. But the price is absolutely ridiculous They are charging double to triple the normal rates. For example asking $16 to trim my dogs nails when it only takes 30 seconds to do and takes zero medical skill or knowledge.
