I visited Dr. Kevin Raymond from the Cornell Center Animal Hospital at one of his mobile clinics for my dog’s vaccinations. He confirmed multiple times that I was receiving a three year renewal of the Rabies certificate, only to have the wrong expiration date printed on the certificate. After multiple phone calls and no responses, I am extremely disappointed by the fact that I am still awaiting a response a week later. Why should I have to get an unnecessary vaccine for my dog in a year simply because the wrong date was entered on the certificate? Fifteen hours later of phone calls and hoop jumping but no one seems able to help me and each person is blaming the other party.

Not the same clinic as was operated when Dr. Stanchfield was there. Dr. Stanchfield has retired and the clinic has all new people. I ordered Food (science diet prescription for his teeth) from chewy. Chewy reached out to clinic to get an approval and they denied it. When I called them they said the Vet wants to see my dog before authorizing the food.(science diet TD) I told them it is hard food recommend to keep his teeth clean. They said "yes we know" but vet wants to see him first. Had teeth cleaned last year and Vet was suggesting other treatment, tests etc. Have left this clinic after 20+ years as they want to sell 1st and care for the patient 2nd.

I called all over town to try to find a vet who could see my Springer Spaniel for a same day appointment without the outrageous emergency vet fees and wait times. They were able to get her in within a couple hours and after some IV fluids and antibiotics she is back to her normal spunky self. I am very grateful that they were able to have her seen, and impressed at the level of care for the cost.

I have taken my cat here for a few times during "urgent" situations. They will squeeze you in when you need them on the same day, and they try to help you with interventions that are cost effective. I also like that they are so honest and gentle with the pets.

This place has been amazing. Very attentive staff with a super knowledgeable veterinarian that walks you through everything going on with your furry little buddy. There's no rushing through, no hidden fees, and no stuffy doctor's office feel. This is an absolutely fantastic vet, and if you have an opportunity, you should definitely come here.

Not impressed with them at all. Not any one huge problem but lots of little ones with them along the way: not warning me of a cat's potential adverse reactions to vaccines- and mine did have one, instead of talking through ways to help the trips to the vet go easier, kept refering me to unhelpful resources, giving me a Rx they couldn't tell me how much it would cost, and so on.... Just an overall frustrating experience. In response to their reply: If you really wanted to make it right, you would email or mail me the Rx for Advantage Multi. The fact that you would not deal with the pet pharmacy directly and told me I had to drive out to your parking lot to get it sounds like a scam to force your patients to order directly thru you which is more expensive and was seriously the last draw with you guys for me.

We used to visit another local clinic with a fancier location, but a friend referred us here. I'm so glad she did! The quality of care and the level of compassion here have been incredible. We have worked with Dr. Bedsaul and she truly went above and beyond to help us diagnose and treat our poor, chronically ill cat. When it was time for us to let our cat go, Dr Bedsaul was extremely empathetic and kind. When we're ready for another furry buddy, we will absolutely come right back here. Thank you for everything!

My 12 week old pet (mini AussieDoodle) had her first vet app here after we got her home. The whole experience was very good. All the staff, front office and Dr. Kirk Moore, DVM were super helpful. Dr. Moore spoke to me in length and explained in detail. Later I had a question and though he was off, he called me on my cell phone to address my queries. Overall very happy with Cornell Center and I highly recommend for your pets.

Frantically called after our newly adopted 1 year old rescue dog was experiencing multiple emergent symptoms. Not only did the woman who answer the phone get us in the same day, she was sweet, compassionate and calming as I was kind of a wreck. Every single person (from the vet tech to the vet herself) was professional, caring and treated our dog like the special dude he is and helped reassure us that he is on a path to health.

We love going to Cornell Center Animal hospital. All the staff are so friendly, our puggle loves seeing Dr. Bedsaul - she is an amazing veterinarian and gives the best advice.

They are absolutely the sweetest people. Our furry sons doc was amazing and kept us updated the whole time. Step by step she kept us informed on how our son was doing,what's was next and what was going to be needed. Absolutely the best Veterinarians we have ever met. We couldn’t be happier than we are for Dr. Bedsaul. We were impressed with her communication with us and her care of our dog Barkley. He has a difficult health issue and she helped us in getting a specialist who provided an individual menu plan that literally saved Barkley’s life. We even followed her from one clinic to this one because we wanted her to continue with Barkley’s care. She is the best. And Barkley likes her as much as we do.

Cornell Center Animal Hospital brings a balance of professionalism and care to the dogs and cats and humans they serve. They've always been willing to not only speak with me as a concerned pet owner but to educate. The veterinarians medical knowledge is superb and many of their practical suggestions have been very helpful in supporting the Health and Welfare of my best furry friend. The veterinarian assistants all the way to the first person I meet behind the desk have always been friendly and made us feel welcome. I would definitely suggest to family and friends to visit Cornell Animal Hospital as a resource for there Furry Friends.

Best vet I've ever been to. The staff is knowledgable and welcoming. I once brought in a wild rabbit that had broken its leg and because they knew me, they took care of it for no charge. It warms my heart to know that an establishment really cares about animal welfare as much as they do.

I stopped using this place because Whenever I tried to make an appointment they didn’t have one available for weeks and then when I tried to get a price for getting my dog neutered they wouldn’t give me one without an appointment. It’s become very clear that all they care about is money and getting as much out of it out of you as possible which is very disappointing because I used to have good experiences with this place.
