I love this place! I would rate it a 5, but they are booked so far out that I can't get my doodles regularly groomed, and since the pandemic, they have cut back on my dogs' essential services like in-between face and nail trimming.

Haven't been in here in years. Was very loyal then. Haven't had dogs that required trimming till now. Called to bring my dog for a trim, they were very rude on the phone assuming I wanted same day service. Won't be returning if that's how you treat former loyal customers

Crissy has been grooming Zeke, a golden, for 10 years. And Smokey before that. She is wonderful. My boy always come back so handsome and smelling great. Price is good and the people are great.

A year has passed since I posted the original post. Things sure changed. When I reached out for a nail trim I was declined service as they stated they were only serving regular customers. I explained I was using them every 3-4 months for over five years for nail trims for my two tiny chihuahuas as a walk in client. They denied my service and said they only accept regular full grooming clients. They were rude and I them I spent a lot of money with them for years but they would never get another penny from me.

Was interested in taking my pup for grooming. Called to ask for pricing, left a voicemail and no one returns my calls. If customers are needed to be self sufficient perhaps post pricing on their website (FB page)?

Julie is the most amazing groomer. We have had her as our groomer for about 15 years.

As it is often the case, people who are good at their trade don’t think much about it because they often give it their best without a thought. Crissy is profesional, she understands and rapports well with canines, she also has a sense of artistry and balance and she will naturally make your dog look the best it has ever has looked. If you get lucky enough to book an appointment with her, consider that you won the dog groomers lottery. Seriously she is very, very good. The shop is clean and their Covid protocol, stellar. The groomers she hires are held to her high standards. So if you cannot get in with her, be assured that the other groomers will be sweet to your dogs and very competent in their trade. Take this review from a person who is very discerning about dog groomers. I been to many shops in the last few years.

They do a great job but they don't accept new clients for weekend appointments which is terrible business and means they should hire more groomers.

So happy I found this place. I did not want to take my grand dog to petco or petsmart for grooming. He is a bit neurotic so I wanted a place that would be gentle with him. Alfie's did an amazing job with Oscar.

I recently had to go with my grandmother to pick up her tiny dog after a grooming appointment. The staff did a great job and the puppy dog looked like a million bucks. Well worth the price not cheap not expensive but definitely reasonable, keep up the good work and thank you! ????

Oddly enough we've never had the same kind of complaints when using Petco, yes older dogs have sensitivities and need a little extra care and love. It's not like running a car through a carwash. And am I low rating was it based entirely on how my dog was treated but rather on the terrible customer service I experienced when I came to your business you have absolutely no customer service skills. Your demeanor was rude and Curt.

Always has been a great place to get our dogs groomed. They groomed our English Springer spaniel and our Shih Tzu back when we still had them. And now they groom our five beautiful dogs that we have now.

I have three dogs, all with ‘special needs’. I highly recomend Alfie’s!! The owner is very understanding and I feel she cares for the dogs in her care like they are her own. She listened to my list of possible behavior issues of my dogs and was understanding and honest with her process and experience with them. The excellent work she has done with my dogs and the pics that she shares of other clients shows knowledge, creativity and passion for what she does. And most of all, she cares.

Crissy is the best dog groomer around...She's very caring and meticulous and she loves all her doggie customers and they love her right back...I really wish there was more people like Crissy in this world...My dog Denzel and I can't wait to see her again...

You can tell, from the moment you meet Crissy, her deep passion for dogs. She has dedicated her life to this place and has put so much love into it. Love the details of her shop and I LOVE how she interacts with my dog. I trust her completely with my fur baby. ????

I've been trying endlessly this morning to find a groomer for my special needs pup, so I called here this morning and asked if I can ask a few questions and she just responded with a snotty okay, so I just hung up. If that's your first experience with the new customer then I don't want to go to your place. You might not want to work on that.

Great job, patient and thorough with both my little guy and me. It was his first trip to the groomer's and he can be a real drama queen as he's a talker. Crissy talked with me quite a bit so I knew what my dog would experience and to make sure she'd get everything done with him that I did or didn't want. He looks absolutely adorable and while he was his talky self when I came in to get him, he was bright eyed and happy. I am very pleased and scheduled him for a second visit in six weeks.

Crissy loves her dogs and takes pride in her work. She genuinely puts the dogs needs and comfort first. She is professional And to the point. Be assured your dog will be in great hands!

The groomers are friendly and did a wonderful job on both my dogs. I will definitely go back when the time comes.

Unprofessional and dirty. There is ALWAYS dog urine on the floor in the client wait area around the chairs. Honestly the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Won’t be taking the pups here ever again. Yes it’s cheap but my dogs health is worth more than saving a few bucks.

Don't go here, she'll butcher your dogs hair then give you attitude! Go down the street to Petsmart where they have a Satisfaction Guarantee! We took our dog in for a trim and got a call Hours later when Chrissy stated our dog has "two types of hair" and it won't cut right. She gave us two options, leave it patchy and ugly or cut it Super short. Frustrated, I told her shorter would be better than ugly. We picked up our poor dog to find Chrissy had done Both. She cut the dogs hair Super short AND it was Still Patchy and ugly. She made no apologies and even blamed Me for taking my dog in for a haircut in the first place. She says scruffy dogs should stay that way. Well she took my scruffy long hair dog and made her a scrappy short hair dog. It's truly embarrassing how bad this cut is. Looks worse than sheep shearing and I'm not exaggerating! I was so angry that I made the poor decision of paying Chrissy the 65 bucks that she demanded for this botched butcher job. I wish she would put more time into practicing techniques, but she's too busy posting responses to her bad reviews. Go ahead Chrissy, let's see you top This one off with a smiley face...

What matters most when you bring your dog to get groomed is that the people that you hand your dog over to genuinely care about your baby’s well-being and comfort and that they respect your dog. Obviously we are paying for our dogs to look cute too but there is a fine balance that I have ONLY found here. Human complaints are irrelevant - WE just pay LOL, and so maybe that’s why after she’s taken EXTRA time to make sure our dogs were happy and content during the process, she might be a little peeved when the complaint being made is due to unrealistic expectations of what our animal will look like afterwards - especially when you don’t take care of your dogs appearence regularly. I’ve never had reason to complain. My baby loves Crissy and she has always listened to what I want and clearly and concisely explained what she was going to do and any issues that might occur. I’ll never go anywhere else.
