Your entire staff was friendly and professional, from the initial phone contact with the receptionist, upon arrival with the COVID-conscious parking lot drop-off with your technician, and the phone consultation with the doctor to discuss treatment options. Best vet we’ve ever had! They’re the only ones that can clip my dog’s nails well (she’s a squirmer). They’ve always taken very good care of our dachshund who is sight-impaired. The virtual appointment desk and text appointment reminders are a bonus! Prices are comparable to others in the area.

They saved my floofy munchkin floofers. Everywhere else was "too booked" for an ER visit just to make sure my girl was OK. She'd been sick for three days and very clingy, and I had just lost my dad and grandmother a couple weeks before she got sick. These guys crammed her in and she was in and out in a few hours feeling much better. These guys care about the kids they see. And as someone who has only recently met my puppy-soulmate, I am so infuriated at the way we handle healthcare for pets. But these guys care. And that means something in the face of all the apathy we socialize for actually taking care of these little people that our species domesticated over centuries.

Had a seamless visit with Evergreen Animal Hospital on 5/18/21. I arrived a few minutes before my appt. and called them to check in. Minutes later they came out to get my dog exactly on time. A short while later was called by Dr. Marks and discussed the visit and paid them over the phone. The staff I worked with was very pleasant, prompt and professional. Would recommend Evergreen Animal Hospital to anyone in the area.

On my first call to Evergreen I was fortunate to catch Kristin (covering the front desk) and learned about the Animal Hospital. The booking process was smooth. First visit went wonderfully. Taylor was great. Dr. Kane is amazing - so grateful we found him. Subsequently had a phone chat with him...he felt present the "entire" call...look forward to his guidance on our journey with Oakley!

I just wish I had found Evergreen Animal Hospital sooner. I’m happy that I am able to take my dog there and know that he’s in good hands. Thank you!

Horrible i called many times and they keep hanging up on me when i tell them my cats name, "comrade" they always sound stuck up amd by the way they hang up they must be racsit

Lack of communication and prices so high that it feels like they take advantage of people in crisis.

Excellent level of care, personal touch with everyone in the clinic involved, easy to schedule appointment. Highly recommend!
