Great hospital with caring staff. I have never once felt ingored, mistreated, or taken advantage of. Real people practicing real medicine. You can tell how much they genuinely love animals... So glad I found this little "gem in the woods"

A long which is typical after covid but very little information shared during the appointment and the prescription does medications had the wrong animal on the box based on the size of each animal. Fortunately i read the information on the box.

Good people and are very understanding of my anxious puppers. Always a good experience. Not ridiculously expensive.

I love taking my piggies here. Always warm and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable.

Dr. Lisa Woods is the Vet who takes care of our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and she is absolutely wonderful. She connects with Ben, our dog, in a calm and trusting way and is very thorough in explaining her evaluation of Ben's health to us. We trust her completely.

I brought my labradoodle to Brookside a year ago when I moved here; after receiving a diagnosis from her vet in in Puyallup of cancer and 3 months to live the day before my house closed. Brookside took us and cared for Tahli right to the end. Tahli ended up living for 10 months, and I believe it was because of the excellent care given by Dr. Lisa and her staff. Thank you so much for helping me give my pup the best year of her life!

We live 40 miles from Brookside and choose to do as much of our dog's veterinary care there ​as we possibly can. Dr. Woods is a fantastic veterinarian! She is knowledge, current on research, compassionate, and treats pets and their families with skill and professionalism. The staff is equally as great. They all love our dog and our dog absolutely LOVES his trips to Brookside!

Dr. Zingsheim and staff are probably the friendliest, easiest to access vet I've been to in a long time. The covid protocol is great, they come out to your car to talk to you, instead of just talking on the phone, and they seem to genuinely know their patients and families they work with. Average prices, comparable with most places, and I love that you always know how much something will cost before they just jump into a procedure.

Was my first time visiting Brookside for a routine check up for my senior pup. Great service and awesome staff! Special shout out to the pet assistant, Cameron, who helped put both my own stress and the stress of my anxious pooch at bay.

Love the employees here, all were excellent at what they do. Took one star off because I was there 30 mins early, but they were 30 mins late. Took great care of my dog, explained her shots in detail and others she could use do to me moving to the South. They do allow one person back with your pet, have to wait in your car or outside. You call when you get there, or knock on door, if no phone they come out to your car and then you go inside.
