Love the staff here. They know what they see doing.

Our dog was hit by a car recently and survived. But they stayed open late to make sure she received the care she needed. They gave us such great service and care we decided to make them our new vet!

loved the reception staff and dr. grace! The price for two visits and all the optional + required vaccines was lower than I had anticipated. Will be returning and would reccomend.

We took our puppy in for surgery. The Dr told us everything would be fine & we wouldn't need to get anything extra after the surgery. Then when they called for us to come to pick up our pup they had special instructions for his food. We noticed our puppy had marks or some kind of burn marks on his legs. The owner/Dr were very unprofessional & lied to us & was very aggressive. We will never take any of our pets back to them ever again.

I brought my elderly boy here after moving to the area, and felt like they really listened to me. After treating him for liver issues for the past 4 years (and no stabilizing or improvement) we looked for other answers and started treating him for IBS. He improved for several months, but then began to decline as he neared the end of his life. Each vet we worked with treated him kindly and with compassion, up until the end. We ended up with a cat towards the end of our old boy's life, and a puppy after he walked the starry road, and I wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else for care.

I reached out to Twin Lakes Vet when the vet I was using couldn't get my cat in when he was experiencing urinary problems. Twin Lakes was able to take him, and from that point on they became my vet for him. The urinary problem turned out to be cancer which ultimately lead to tough decisions. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Dr. Park and her care and compassion. My kitty never seemed traumatized by visits to the vet. When I got a new puppy I also got her on as a patient. Dr. Park and Dr. Au have provided wonderful care for her. All the staff are really nice, and clearly love animals. I can't say enough good stuff about them all.

My pup is not the easiest and Dr. Rob and his staff are patient and kind. They took good care of her even when she is not nice to them. The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. We have been coming here for a few years now and we have always had a wonderful experience.

They say they are accepting new patients, they even let you select from "available" days on the website, but they are actually booked out for four weeks. They don't accommodate for new patients even if it's an urgent issue. I do not recommend them.

I love this vet clinic! We’ve been bringing our two cats here for a few years now, and have been very satisfied with every visit. They’ve handled COVID policies very well, and have adapted and improved many changes, with great communication to clients. After our most recent visit I’m blown away by how accommodating the staff was, and how far above and beyond they went in our time of need. I’m so grateful for their help, and can’t recommend this office enough. Thank you so much for everything you all do!

Just called close on weekends

Our Covid-impacted visit was managed with skill, concern, and efficiency. Given the circumstances, I can think of no way to improve it further.

My daughter has been taking her hamster now for over 2 years For the hamsters check UPS they've always been polite and very caring towards her hamster is perhaps true and the care would definitely recommend.

I take cat there for his annual check ups and vaccines.

With me having fear of taking my fur baby to the vet after losing his brother at the ER just a couple months prior, TLVH helped me feel comfortable. They ran every test to make sure my boy was healthy for surgery. And during surgery I was updated. He is 2 days out and doing fabulous.

Like most people, I love my pets like children. I don’t trust them with just anyone. When I found Twin Lakes vet I was thrilled! They are professional, kind and I trust their care! My dogs are considered senior and they’ve needed several things done. I’ve felt good about their care and the recommendations. We pay a lot of money for vet visits - you should be happy with what you are spending it on!

We have always had positive experiences with the staff at Twin Lakes Veterinary Hospital. They are professional and thorough. We’ve seen Dr. Driscoll exclusively for 5 or 6 years and she genuinely cares for our family and our animals. We are very responsible and conscientious owners and I would trust any of the TL staff to care for my dogs.

Its couldn't be improved! Everyone was so nice. They kept me up to date all along her surgery, and were very compassionate. I've already made several recommendations for them in person and on line!!!!!!

Our precious little girl spaniel injured herself and we weren't sure exactly what happened. We just new she was in significant pain. Our regular vet didnt open for another 90 minutes so I rushed her to TL. Though they weren't taking new patients they agreed to see her. When the doctor called after looking at her (promptly) I said I forgot to tell you that of course xrays are authorized she shocked me by saying "I don't think that will be necessary." Never have I had a vet turn down an easy opportunity to do xrays or blood work. She said I think it is muscle related (I feared disc injury in her back/neck) and gave us some meds and said she should be fine. By the next day our little girl was up running around and 90% or normal. I will praise you to anyone who will listen. Thank you for your compassion during a time of need. And thank you for agreeing to become part of your clientele. You have a new fan!

Excellent local vet-owned vet clinic. Been taking my pets here for the past 3 or so years. They had thoughtful and safe practices during the pandemic, and they have been changing with the phases and making things as convenient as possible. Every vet we've seen has been super helpful, caring, friendly, and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

They were very helpful with our dog who had an ear infection. Have been our vet of choice for the last few years
