The groomer has a short and hot temper, defensive and has no ability to offer a good customer service to say anything nice to make the customer feel at ease to ensure the dogs are well taken care of. The groomer used anything that i shared with her (by the way to make her feel better out of goodness of my heart) against me and blamed me for my dog being uncomfortable being there. I have very mellow little dogs, nothing bothers them, not even vet’s visits or shots. I should not have gone back to this place over and over after they forgot to call me after my dogs grooming twice in a row, I had to call and found out at each time after waiting and waiting, and until my dog started to shake since the last 2 visits and refused to go inside this time. This is not the first time I am sending my dogs to groomers, we have been doing this over 7 years with several groomers after we moved, so I know how they react to things. The groomer told me to reschedule because my dog was shaking, and then said she was extremely busy because it’s holiday season. I told her that’s not the kind of answer that i expected then she asked me what kind of answer I expected, so I told her something like she would try best to make my dog feel comfortable while she is being washed and groomed, then she abruptly dumped my dog in my arms, yelled “that’s it, go find another groomer, then shut the door. I guess that was too much to ask for at this place. So much for the holiday spirits, thanks for ruining my holidays. The groomer or the staff never apologize for their mistakes in the last anyways, I should not have expected anything differently this time. They always said they were busy so they were entitled to make mistakes. They are entitled for the customers to be understanding and nice always but they don’t know how to themselves. So that’s it really, never ever again, I would not trust anyone has that kind of temper to be gentle around any dog when things don’t go her way.

Amazing groomers and pet store, the employees are always so nice and helpful. They also have a great assortment of bakery treats for pets.

My first time being here and I loved it!!! Everyone there is super friendly and really helpful. They can get pretty busy, but overall, the experience was amazing. I’m so thankful I found this place for my pooch! This is probably the best bath I’ve ever given her! Their shedding shampoos and blow dryers really really helped my dog that sheds a lot! Will be returning as happy customers!

My 1st time going to Soggy Doggy, for self service dog bathing and nail trim. Everyone was warm, friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to going back with my dog.

Wonderful place to go; I have a Cane Corso and have never felt breed pressure or long wait-times; staff is always friendly and offer a helping-hand when tired or challenged!

Quick and easy alternative. They provide the shampoo, conditioner, towels, dryers, and grooming tools. I was able to wash my dog without a problem

The Soggy Doggy is a fun and educational experience for all involved! The customer service is great and the employees offer tips and tricks to help their customers wash their pups efficiently and without getting completely soaked (depending on the dog). Did you know that a dog usually won't shake it's body when wet until it's head and ears get wet?? Neither did I! Once they informed me of that it made washing my dog much easier.

I'm so happy that we found Soggy Doggy! We have an older long-haired lab mix with arthritis so grooming can be really hard on his legs. Amber did a wonderful job taking care of him and prepped him for the recent heat wave. He was so happy! We also had Michelle groom our smaller dog and he looks great. Definitely recommend giving them a call if you're looking for a new groomer.

Great place! Took my energetic 7 month old labrador retriever there for the Bath & Brush. Stephanie did a beautiful job grooming our pup and was very kind and patient with her--many thanks Stephanie! Sofia was working as well, and they were both very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be returning.

Came in because my pup decided to take a dive in a mud puddle and we were on a time crunch. He hates bath time, but i was able to get him in and out within 30 minutes and buy him a nice quality treat when we were done.

They did a fantastic job with my mom's long haired dog. He got a wonderful haircut as well as a bath and nail clipping.

Had to stop is as our dog decided to roll in poop at dog park down the road???? we used there self wash stations and the price cant be beat they give you soap towels and a dryer and aprons to wear to keep from getting wet the price was super affordable at 20ish bucks for our 50lb dog

I love the Soggy Doggy! Have been going here for quite some time now to get full grooming sessions for my Chug. I think their prices are quite reasonable and they always treat my animal with TLC. I drive all the way from Tacoma for their services. Kudos to them for their professionalism and wonderful range of services! I'm a fan and so is my dog and will keep going back!

I have always taken my dogs here to give them a bath. This was the first time I used them for grooming services. Absolutely loved it!! They did an amazing job and my dog was so happy! I found my new groomers!

Liked this local dog groomer supply place until their recent price hikes. Nov 2019 $60 for grooming, Mar 2020 $70, Sept 2020 $75. My math says this is a 25% hike. Get that businesses are hurting due to covid but this is ridiculous. I thought they charged me for my other dog that is no longer with me, nope and on top they added 5 more-and if you use a credit card theres a fee-I pay cash. I have remained quiet when my dog has been returned wet, dew claws not cut, and hair not trimmed, and I have always tipped very well. Sorry, I will be looking elsewhere. I dont get these kind of pay increases-ya know some people dont even have a job-but this place is making up for lost revenue.
