Love taking Herny here. The staff is great I love the hours the have. I live on Arizona but I make sure to have Herny sean every time we co e to Washington.

I have been taking my 2 labradors to this place for 4+ years. I have NEVER had such an amazing, ongoing experience with any daycare/boarding facility in all my years of having dogs. The new owner and her husband have built a team that truly care my girls and treat them as their own. I get phone calls with check-in's, photo updates on social media, and personalized care for each dog. When I am out of town, I have no worries as Susan, Casey and their team spoil my girls. Thank you Biscuits for being our extended family.

Susan went above and beyond when caring for our dog in boarding. While in her care he became sick, she took him home overnight to make sure he would be ok until we returned. Susan called our emergency contacts and offered to take him to ER in the middle of the snow, holidays, and recent Covid outbreak. Unfortunately, our beloved dog did not make it but her kindness and compassion towards him makes the pain of his passing hurt a little less just knowing he was in good hands until the end. She is truly a blessing to pet owners everywhere and an angel in disguise. RIP Sampson.

We love this place! Susan is an amazing groomer and now owner. We take our pups there to get groomed and for boarding. The pups always come home happy and clean.

Yes she gave me notice about Maturity leave I asked her point blank after she said I couldn't come to daycare any more because you already had regular customers! She made me believe I was coming back when she returned to work. Then when I called she said you weren't taking doodles any more so I should get another groomer I was a long time customer you are still doing doodles just not mine why was o treated so badly? I am shocked no one else could groom my dogs while she was out if you are full service establishment you have no back up? So yes a less than 1 star review for bad management and treatment of a long time customer who brought you clients.

Groomers are awesome! My Pom has idiopathic alopecia and they do a great scissor cut to blend her fur around places where she’s lost hair. She looks great!

We have taken our dogs to Biscuits for the past fifteen years for grooming, day care and boarding. We leave our dogs there feeling confident they will receive conscientious care. It’s obvious lately that Covid requirements have caused some strain on the business but we find they handle the disruptions very well. They have also had some turn over because of retirement and leave of absence. The new employees we meet are pleasant to deal with and well informed. It’s a small very successful business for a reason. They can’t please everyone but they sure do please us. We are glad they are available for our dogs and us.

They always take extra care our fur baby. I would recommend this place to anyone

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE! facility is very rundown. Employees are careless. Extremely careless. The outside is a small concrete patio with no space for the dogs to play. I sent my dog in a loved pooch, and she came home flinching and whimpering! From what I can hear since customers are not allowed in the building dogs are locked up and employees use the term naptime when in actuality they lock the dogs up all day for timeout

I wanted to love biscuit pet place because of the services they offer BUT I am SO disappointed, not only do they rarely pick up the phone but there’s no customer service whatsoever. They do not give you a tour of where the dogs stay or the inside, all windows are covered so you can’t see the inside, that’s a big red flag. The manager walked in front us while we were talking to the lady taking our payment and she didn’t even say hi or smiled she always looks bothered; when we came in for their “assessment”, when we dropped them off and when we picked them up she had no customer service at all, no greetings, no “thank you” NOTHING. They “nicely” told us that our dogs can’t stay there anymore because their environment was too stressful? I mentioned to them that our 7 month old lab and 6 month old husky have never stayed anywhere else before so they might be anxious and they told us that they understand and passed their “assessment” so they would be fine but now it’s like we never mentioned that and they can’t no longer stay also including our senior 13 yr old mutt (he literally just sleeps most of the day) we’re so disappointed and regretful of leaving our dogs with them. I do not recommend at all. Spend your money somewhere else where the people seem interested in taking care of your dogs.

***Update 6/20/21*** After the earlier review Biscuits reached out to us saying it had been a misunderstanding/miscommunication. They offered us an appointment the following day. At our appointment there was no awkwardness, and we were treated politely and professionally. The services provided for our pets was the usual good work we were accustomed to. We have had another appointment with them since and again it was a positive experience. We have spoken with them to find out if we had a designated groomer and who could see our pets. We still recommend others do so as well when they book. We have changed out review from two stars to four stars. We appreciate them reaching out to us to resolve the issue, and we will continue to be loyal Biscuits customers. ------------------------------------------ Iwould love to give Biscuits a high rating. We have been using them for approximately six years. What they never told us during those years was that only one individual at the company washed our dog and clipped his toenails. The only hair they clipped was around his back end and his paws. We also brought our four cats in to have their nails trimmed. We were recommended to Biscuits by our family when we adopted our dog. They too have been loyal customers this entire time. We have recommended them to many of our friends in need of a groomer. Today I called to schedule an appointment and was told the individual who groomed our dog retired and they had been given "strict instructions not to take any new clients." I would hardly call a six year customer a "new client." They said they were sending the clients that had seen the person who retired to another location and gave me that number. I called that number and was told they weren't taking on any new clients. I called Biscuits back to ask if they had any other location they could recommend and refer people to and they did not. I told them I thought that was a pretty bad way to treat customers that had been coming there so long and the person who answering their phone said flippantly "good luck with your journey." I am giving them two stars since we had been so happy with them, and only used them as our groomers since we adopted our pets. I feel their current customer service warrants no stars. I no longer recommend their service. Should you choose to go to them I would definitely ask them how many capable groomers they have and how many are able to attend to your pet's needs. If it's their policy to only have one employee assigned to each pet in perpetuity they should state that up front. They should have also had the courtesy to notify us in advance the person seeing our pets was retiring.

Biscuits was such a great find for me in my own neighborhood. They took my pups so quickly and did a great nail trim. I will see them again.

I never seen my dog get out of the grooming appointment so happy

I take my Aussie here for grooming and they do a great job of getting him white again. He is a shop dog and so he gets grease and dirt into his coat and he always comes out looking and smelling great again.

Very friendly. They do a great job on grooming. Price is okay too. This is why I keep coming back to them.

I was referred to this place and so I called to check them out. I was told that they no longer accepts "doodles" since they are a lot of "work". Interesting concept from a place that advertise pet grooming... I guess with this Covid pandemic, businesses can be "picky" who they want to service. So call first, who knows the list might be long of which type of breed they don't groom.

Biscuits was highly recommended to me for cat grooming. I called the establishment during business hours and was prompted to leave a message. Assuming they were busy I left a message with my return call information. I have yet to receive a return call. This was my second attempt to use this business. There will not be a third.

I have brought my dog there several times now and she always comes back nice and clean and smelling good and very happy! They do a great job there and the prices are great also. I highly recommend and even had my brother bring his dog there also and now he also highly recommends them. Give them a try and you won't regret it.
