They were open when nobody else in the area was. We had a dog with a spinal emergency and they were able to get her in quickly for diagnosis and treatment.

Brought my Havanese because she had signs of an ear infection. They were prompt and courteous. Dr. Lee was very professional and informative. He was very thorough and thoughtful in explaining the follow up care for Chloe. We would love to have Dr. Lee as a regular Veterinarian. Thank you!!

The first time I brought Stormy here the staff were so sweet & helpful. The nurse brought me a list of the shots she needed & how much everything was going to Cost. They even clipped her claws for me. The Vet was very thorough in explaining everything to me & gave me a timeline of when her next set of shots are due. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. They are by far the best clinic. What's even better is they are walk in. Just make sure you get your pet checked in an hour before they close bc they stop excepting pets 30min before they close. Also if your pet is a new patient bring all information you have on your furry family member. This way they can help you faster. You will have to wait in your car as per Covid restrictions.

Took my cat there on Saturday. The woman gave me an estimate of $216 for what they were going to do, I signed the agreement, she disappeared back into the building. Little while later she comes back and says she made a mistake and that it's going to be over a hundred dollars more. Which if I had known beforehand, I would have chosen a /different/ option because I didn't HAVE that much money. I'm not angry, exactly, I know we're all human, we all make mistakes, but I AM frustrated and upset because my cat needs help, and I essentially spent $200 for practically nothing.

Our regular vet was unavailable, so we took our dog here for treatment of a minor injury. The staff was friendly and very efficient, the cost was reasonable. Community Pet Clinic is a good backup for your regular vet.

Please do not go to this clinic if you need a biopsy for your pet. I called about an eyelid lesion, asking if it could be biopsied; was told this was possible. After several hours of waiting at the clinic and a visit with the veterinarian, was told that I would need to go to a hospital for a biopsy but that he would like to do testing for a corneal abrasion. I declined this testing as I'm an eye doctor myself and my dog is not exhibiting signs/symptoms of a corneal abrasion. I was at the appointment for a growth on the eyelid, not a scratch on his eye. I requested that the exam fee be reduced due to the miscommunication about services that were available. This was denied and the receptionist stated that I declined the recommended treatment from the vet. Again, my chief complaint for this appointment was about my dog's eyelid, not his eye, and I was expressing frustration about incorrect information given over the phone. The receptionist did not make eye contact with me when I was trying to clarify the situation. When I asked that future patients be given the correct information about biopsies so they wouldn't have an unnecessary wait without treatment like I had experienced, I was told (without eye contact), "I'm just the receptionist." At a site of business I would expect a response that includes an apology for the miscommunication and an intention to bring the issue to the team for discussion to improve the experienced for future patients. Truly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and caring for customers at this clinic.

This clinic is great. Our cat needed to be seen for an ear infection and our regular vet couldn’t get him in for several weeks so we came here. We visited on a Saturday, we got there about 8:20 and there was already a like down the sidewalk. We got checked-in and then went to wait in our car. We only waited about an hour, I honestly thought we’d wait longer just because of how long the line was. But when it was our turn a nice woman came out and got the info about our cat and took him inside & let us know the vet would call or come out to our car. A short while later the veterinarian came out and let us know everything he found and how we would treat his ear infection. After that the same woman came out to go over costs and get approval for treatment and all that stuff. Then we just waited for them to bring our cat back out to us, along with all his medications and instructions on treating him. The cost was very reasonable, our entire visit was just over $100 and we anticipated about $300 because that’s what we could have spent at our usual vet clinic. If we ever need vet care in the future we’ll definitely give this place a visit again. They were kind, professional and my cat wasn’t completely freaked out when he came back to the car, so that was good.

Doctor is always great, receptionist might be related was horrible. She made us feel so unwelcome,degrading us in front of everyone because my dog wandered onto the scale in the lobby, so sorry! Won't come back unfortunately after that people need to be treated with the most basic dignity. I asked you if my 16 pound dog could break your giant scale and you said she couldn't. Obviously. So your lying, good stuff And it's not about being corrected it's the way in which you did it. That employee needs extra training on how to deal with PEOPLE.

Walk in vet clinic during a time where waits are 12 hours to weeks... Was able to get full testing done and good advice to rule out most medical issues for a moody under weight exotic cat.

For one of the saddest days I have had for awhile, Community Pet Clinic in Federal Way, made this situation, bearable. My little girl of 17 years, went to heaven to be with her sissy. The folks at the clinic were very patience, helpful, empathetic, and caring. The vet was also very caring. If anyone has to make these decisions for there loved ones. This clinic is a place of love, caring, and understanding people. Thank you for making this time, bearable. God bless you all.

Had my pups teeth cleaned, final cost was on lower end of the quote. I have also used them for urgent care as they can take me as a walk in and my regular vet doesn't.

Not impressed but what do you expect from a cafeteria vet. Veterinary services are piss poor in this area. Taking advantage of the owners' love for their baby pets. Veterinarians not accepting new clients. Even Summit has become piss poor. The receptionist is rude and not caring. They don't want to be bothered with your pets trouble and they are an ER. So what they say. Too bad. I'm sorry they say. Well your pet could be dying. Your baby is suffering and there is no help to be found. You pet is SOL.

My frequent flyer needed to be seen same day, the vet I usually go to were full so I saw this vet was open and did walk-ins. I am very pleased with my experience. All the staff was so nice, and explained every that needed to be done for my dog. Very inviting environment. I really recommend this vet! I am even considering making them my primary vet. Thank you to all the staff from Sébastien and I!

I took my elderly dog here after he hurt his back and we were treated so amazingly well. The staff was thorough at explaining everything and the associated costs, as well as helping us come to an appropriate decision for his treatment plan. This will now be our new primary care vet.

You guys are like the best clinic i ever been too!! I have gone to a different clinic yesterday i had to wait 10hours..before they told me my dog cant see a doctor..very extremely frustrated yesterday. But i had good experience with you guys! Thanks for helping my dog!!

Showed up at open and there was a line, but it moved so fast and affordable. Checked in, cat checked, communication via phone, paid, got cat back with prescriptions and done in 1.5 hrs. And they were BUSY!
