Great people not so great parking

This was the only vet that would see my dog at the last minute. She has 10 puppies, so it was urgent! They were very nice and fairly priced. The office is small and not fancy, but none of that matters, they are a class -act!

This clinic is great. They have cared for two of my rats through euthanasia. I have always felt listened to and they do sn Excell job of communicating.

The vet and staff here are amazing. They went above and beyond getting an injured kitty I was caring for in to be seen on an already packed day. They stayed well past (hours) closing to make sure all of their patients in need were seen to and taken well care of. They clearly love animals.

The most unorganized veterinary clinic I’ve ever experienced. I took my pet rabbit there last summer. I waited over an hour and a half for that appointment, but was understanding because things happen. The vet told me my rabbit’s teeth were “a mess” and she needed to have them shaved down. I scheduled the appointment as asked, but when I arrived that morning I was told the appointment wasn’t properly booked so the procedure couldn’t be done that day. I was extremely frustrated, but the vet apologized and explained there was a new staff which resulted in the error. Again, I was understanding and rescheduled the procedure with the assurance of the vet it was properly scheduled. The day of the rescheduled appointment, I dropped off my rabbit in the morning and was told I’d get a phone call in the afternoon, and pickup would be at the end of the business day. By 5pm I hadn’t heard anything so I called. I was told the procedure never happened due to another procedure running long. The vet said she would take the rabbit home with her and do the procedure the next day with little to no cost. I declined. My rabbit has since received excellent care at North Seattle Veterinary Clinic. Her teeth are perfect. I called 3 days ago for the medical records to see why my rabbit almost had an unnecessary procedure, and I still haven’t received them. I never write reviews but I don’t want anyone else to experience what I did.

I can not say enough about how exceptionally amazing this practice is. I mainly see Dr. Rickel but both doctors are extremely thorough and very communicative about the care they provide. The staff is awesome, knowledgeable and so FRIENDLY. In 20 years of having many furkids I can comfortably say that Allpet has set the bar high while offering superior and affordable care. I have never felt so comfortable and confident in choosing an awesome vet for my little ones. Dr. Rickel has gone above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. I can't imagine going anywhere else for the care of my rabbit, cat and 2 pups! 10/10

I tried calling but they were busy with other clients and the answering machine gave the option to simply text their clinic. They responded almost instantly. My cat had died suddenly a few days prior and we weren't sure what we were going to do with her in reruns of burial. So I had a lot of questions and they were so responsive and kind. We ended up taking our cat their the same day to be cremated and got her back in a beautiful wooden box with her name on the top. Very affordable, and very kind staff.

I sent them an email to ask for appointment for my puppy and I have to call them to follow because it seems that their email on their website is unmonitored. I brought her on the date of appointment and they don't even have a chair for pet parents to sit on. I sat on a chair where a wet rag was hanging while filling up their form. I told them that I have to do a quick errand .Then I got a call that the doctor can't proceed without me being there. And when I came back and went straight to the door but I was told to get away from the door and wait in my car. I'm googling for a new veterinary clinic for my puppy.

I travel a long long way to go here. don't trust anyone else with my babies

Small neighborhood clinic, who just loves to help out their community. Their also reasonably priced.

These folks are hard to contact, they're a tiny building, and I'm told they are severely overbooked. They mean well but there's definitely hurdles working with them compared to a larger company

Our cat, Thomas just visited Allpet for the first time. Every piece of the process was easy, the staff friendly, and the care provided by Dr. Obegi was superlative. They'll be our new vet, great experience!

Awesome vet. All the staff was super nice and seemed like they genuinely cared about my cat. And I was pleasantly surprised when I got my bill, very affordable. I got lucky and they were able to see me on really short notice wich my cat really needed. I recommend this vet to all my friends and will be coming back. Thank you!!!

We have come here for more than ten years to see Dr. Obegi. We like the fact that we always see a known quantity even in a last-minute appointment for an ill pet. At some larger vet clinics, we have loved some providers and others not so much. You don't always get who you'd prefer in the acutely ill pet situation, which is why we have stuck with Allpet and Dr. Obegi. I met Dr.Rickel today, and was pretty happy.

My dog was bloody on and around his incision upon returning to me. The blood was dried and fresh and even on his neck and face as if he hadn’t been cleaned or even wiped down for some time after the initial surgery. His nails were butchered straight up and down not like You should.. It took minimal effort to wipe it off after taking our dog home. They were responsive and answered all questions we had but didn’t explain very well to begin with. The lady Obegi who was supposed to be informing us is very rushy on the phone and in person. In person she was pushy and left us for nearly 45 minutes because we were trying to finish the paperwork (that they forgot about until we reminded them as we are waiting for our dog), and she tried to talk over my girlfriend twice while I said we are trying to finish the paperwork and we’d both like to learn about the meds. She then said in a cold manner “I’ll come back another time” and chose to have us and our dog wait as payback it felt like. I could very well post pictures of my dogs nails and the unacceptable bloody mess on his neck and face if need be. I’m not happy with this experience. I am really hoping they learn to do better and I hope my dogs arm is on the way to recovery.

Cassie, Dr. O, Dr. Rickel have all been wonderful to work with. They are dedicated professionals and while extremely busy they try their best to work my pup in when something unexpected happens. Communication goes both ways. They will answer my questions and take my requests into consideration. I have found the staff positive, personal and professional without any pressure to do expensive questionable procedures. I drive 40 minutes to get there, but it’s so worth it! Murphy says thank you for the love and attention!

Amazing! I brought my hedgehog Cornelius in for a checkup, he had some issues with his foot and I wanted him in good hands. After reading reviews i was still nervous but put my faith in doctor Obegi and she didn't disappoint. They found the problem and got him taken care of the day I called, no appointment needed. Hospitalization fee was very low, and general pricing was affordable. My boy Cornelius is doing much better and I'll definitely be coming back for all my future pet care needs. I would definitely recommend this place. Side note. When doing payment I misspoke and the woman thought i was doing a partial payment, for those financially struggling i think they offer postmen plans but I'm uncertain. Even so it's a wonderful place, staff is kind and it's very safe.

They took our bunny in right away with his broken foot and stayed late with him. They are amazing, caring and professional.

Love this vet office. Professional, kind, non alarm-est, reasonably priced. Best vet I've ever taken my fur babies too.
