The Vet and all of her amazing vet tech helpers showed love and concern for my pets during our animal emergencies. Her services were well appreciated and very helpful in keeping our senior pets well and happy.

No one else could take me and my poor little sick baby. They were kind and helpful

I love this animal hospital. The care and service that they have provided has been extraordinary. Both of my fur babies go to this hospital but my 13yr Japanese Chin/Maltese mix just had a dental done today. The doctor listened to my concerns about her going under anesthesia (after a slow wake up from several years ago) Dr. Amy and the wonderful techs went above beyond in the way they handled my kid's dental. My baby girl come out awake and alert with some pearly white teeth. Best of all, the price of dental was completely reasonable. I look forward to continuing to bring my fur babies to animal hospital that I have complete faith in. Thank you Dr. Amy and vet techs!!

I have a beautiful, loving long hair orange tabby. All I can say is, my poor cat. We dropped him off at 11:00 AM for a "shave and bath". We were informed that our cat "was bad" and needed to be sedated. So the total cost for this would have been $250. I know that we were being overcharged,, but wanted our baby to feel better.. After a few hours the vet office sent us this picture (being freshly shaved), saying that "someone in our family cut him". The vet then proceeded to tell us that he needed to be put under anesthesia and intubated to have this surgically repaired, which would have been an estimated at an extra $300. I personally talked to the vet, telling her that our cat was not cut at home. She disagreed with me. I advised the vet not to put my cat under anesthesia, and that we would be picking him up now. (4 hrs later).

They kindly and quickly processed the documents needed to travel abroad here.

By far one of the greatest Animal Hospitals I've been too. They are reasonably priced. Staff is amazing.

They had my dog 4 hours and gave him fluids but did not tell me what was wrong. They advised me and then blamed me of telling them not to treat. They treated me unkindly and we're overall worthless in providing treatment.

I live out of town and had an emergency with my dog. I ran to the first vet I could find with him pouring blood the whole way. They took him right in even without knowing me or if I had the ability to pay. They helped so much, I was completely hysterical. My dog is doing much better since seeing them even though they are not an emergency clinic.

They were very wonderful. My cat needed to be seen asap and they squeezed her in. They were so sweet to her!

We take in rescues to foster they have been incredibly accommodating despite how busy and understaffed the entire veterinary industry seems to also be during the pandemic. Thank you for helping out our recent fosters (as well as our own pets). The entire organization we work with is very grateful!

Good small vet it's in the name has great service take my fur babies here all the time for nail trims prices are great compared to other vets

I took my pittie to an emergency vet in Sumner and that was a complete waste of my time. After they dragged on her lack of care for an hour and a half, I knew I had to jump into action, since that vet wasn’t helping. I called quiet a few vets and none were available to see my pittie, they were at full capacity. I couldn’t believe it! I ran across a small animal hospital and decided to give them a call and I personally spoke with the vet, which never happens. She asked me a few questions and told me to go see her. I was thrilled to hear that yes there is a vet that will tend to my dogs emergency needed care. Again, when I tell you I called several vets including the ER 24 hour vets, none were available for my dog, none! When I arrived to their location, which is a cute little place. I called and an associate was out in minutes. No waiting for hours and hours, she was out within 2 minutes. I filled out some paperwork a nd they took my baby in. The care she received was top notch. They explained everything in detail and prescribed medication. A follow up treatment was also scheduled. What is sad is that my pets personal vet wouldn’t even see her which made me very upset. If you can’t see my pet now then what good are you for us, that’s how I see it. I decided to move all my pets to a small animal hospital! I had a vet that was ready to see me in my dire need. And that is who will earn my business. Be there for me and I’ll be there for you! It’s like a friend in need is a friend indeed!

They were extremely friendly and my little pup who barks at everyone didn't bark at all. They made her feel extremely comfortable. She even let thme clip her nails

By far the rudest office I have ever had the misfortune to call. Told me my puppy was gonna die TODAY!!!! They would not give a reason why and when I asked if they took insurance(puppy) they told me they were bringing my puppy back out and never to come again or they would call the police. Cannot make this up. The vet there charges you but won't give you a bill. Worst experience ever.

Descriminates against people of color. The veterinarian accused us of being stingy and not wanting to pay up the cost of the treatment even though we were asking for confirmation on the various emergency testing we needed to save our pet. Not only is the veterinarian extremely rude to her patient owners, she is rude to anyone who cannot speak English properly (only willing to communicate when I stepped in for my elderly mother), she yells on the phone at her patients, AND is extremely rude to her staff and nurses who were doing their best to answer our questions during the height of COVID. She also said that if we couldn't afford the cost of treatment (even though we could, and she just assumed we couldn't) she implied that we were terrible owners and that the our pet was better off being euthanized at that moment if we refused to treat her. I have never experienced a health professional be so manipulative and calculative about the treatment, and outright screaming at my mother on the phone was not only unprofessional, it was an utterly disgusting display of her soiled temper. If you are a person of color, DO NOT go to this vet. She is only kind to every other white American in town. I would like to genuinely thank (and pity) her staff who took her temper tantrums and managed to let us finish our treatment without a hitch. Already moved to the VCA. I never want to experience such fear for my pet and for my mother ever again.

The worst animal hospital ever. The staff are very rude with bad attitude and they don’t communicate information clearly to you. As a first time pet owner, they made my experience awful. I went there for a well check visit and never given the chance to speak with the Doctor who saw my cat. I was told she will give me a call later, but she never care to do. A Small and an awful animal place. Also, horrible customer service. Zero star

Do not take your pet to this clinic. I received negligent care from this practice for my pet. I just spent a night in the Vet ER because of it. They over charge and don't bother to make sure your pets wound is healing properly. They accused my roomate of being a liar instead of taking responsibility for not informing them or myself about my pets care. My cat came home to me in worse shape then when I brought him in.

They took great care of our little fur baby????You can tell that they really love animals. Really appreciate their knowledge and customer service...5 stars for sure????

Over priced and I didn't feel like they really did much. I wasn't really asked if I had questions or concerns and they seemed to rush us in and out. I felt like I was on an assembly line. My dog was really sick so I didn't appreciate it and I never went back.

I brought my dog in to follow up on animal care I started at another vet. They proceeded to treat my dog in ways I did not consent for him to be treated. Avoid at all costs because they will treat your animal however they want to treat them, not how you approve.

great place to take your pet this place is not expensive they do not hassle you about your pets health they know what they are doing

In a word "AWESOME " The staff is great to work with and Dr.Besola was wonderful and truly concerned with our dogs

We love Dr Amy. Her and her staff take amazing care of our two dogs.

They were great. They got my cat in in a timely manner according to his issue. They were very good to my baby cat and I would totally take him or any other of my animals there. He had 6 puncture wounds on his head and you can barely see a scar.

The receptionist was super nice and took care of my baby
