Receptionist Michaela was the best! She helped get our sweet cat Wiz in to be seen and treated. Dr. Kate was very informative and helpful to treat him. We had to leave him at the clinic during the day of our visit for tests and it seems he did so wonderful. I could tell he was very loved and well taken care of during the day. I wouldn't trust another clinic to do the same for him. Thank you Michaela and to Puget Park Vet clinic for taking care of our Wiz!

I couldn't ask for a better veterinarian, Dr Katrina Waclawik (AKA Dr. Kate). Detailed, focused, excellent diagnostician, calm and compassionate. I feel extremely fortunate to have found this practice and doctor. After 3.5 years of fostering Ziggy, I had to get him out from the shelter's medical financial limitations so adopted him on 10/29/21. Ziggy was abandoned by his first family, they moved and simply left him... The next family took him in only because he provided entertainment and affection for their old dog... But when their dog died they put Ziggy out on the street to survive all alone. He got FIV, (feline AIDS), broken teeth, stomatitis, pancreatitis when months later he showed up at their door almost dead. They said "just put him down" but instead Banfield called a no kill cat shelter that brought him in and doctors him back to semi health. I had lost a family of four the year before, three ferals and on domestic. They lived 20, 19, and twins,18. I was 72, low income and could not afford to adopt another kitty, so fostering a cat was a perfect solution. In March after a really long dental appointment at the shelter, on March 18th, Ziggy was diagnosed with stage 5, end stage renal failure! He was sent home with three weeks to live. But he is still alive and living a love filled life! Dr. Waclawik virtually saved my little guy's life. She discovered heart disease on our first appointment she recommended him seeing a cardiologist. When I called a few days later to say I simply couldn't afford it and to cancel scheduling it, but "mentioned I was extremely worried about Ziggy because he was non stop drooling and he'd never done that before. The very next day I get a call from Puget Park Veterinary secretary offering a curbside appt to give Ziggy a two-week dose of antibiotics! No office visit charge. Wow!!! I truly believe Ziggy would not be here if she had not taken the compassionate initiative to do that! He had lost two pounds in just one week from being unable to eat! Finally just last night he started asking for food And, eating!!! Also Dr. Kate's diagnosis of heart disease has helped me treat him with alternative medicine, so he's getting better every day. Thanks to Puget Park and wonderful Dr. Kate!

On time. I appreciate that so much because dogs get anxious when they have to wait. The staff were very nice and friendly both to me and to my dog

I'm new to the area and my dog needed some vaccinations ASAP. Puget Park Vet Clinic was able to get me an appointment that afternoon. Everyone at the clinic was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about treating the animals with care. I am happy I found them.

New to this Vet but they took the time to explain things. They were also pretty on time with the appointments.

I struggled trying to find a vet that could see my cat before the end of September. Luckily, my persistence paid off. We were able to get an appointment in a matter of days, not weeks. The staff at Puget Park Vet were kind and gentle towards our cat, Beans. I wholeheartedly suggest you take your pets to this clinic, cannot say enough goods things about this place!

Dr. Kate the vet was very nice and professional. My little Ginger broke her paw and they took amazing care of her. Ginger had to go every week for cast changing. The staff and Dr. Kate are so awesome with my sweet little girl. My 13 year old Mini Pin is a patient there as well. She had to have 8 teeth removed and 2 skin growths removed Dr.Kate and staff again did an amazing job. Dr. Kate called several times with updates about Miniie Mouse. I’m so HAPPY and Blessed I found Dr.Kate and staff. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

If onlyI knew about Puget Park Veterinary Clinic while my Henry was being taken to Broadway Animal and them being negligent and not examining my dog when I brought him in and paid for a proper examination. Puget Park got us in the same day saw the source of the problem. The kind Veterinarian showed me the mass in his mouth that should have been seen by the Broadway Vet six weeks earlier but failed to see or mention it to me.Puget Park Veterinary had scheduled a dental to remove this mass but it had grown and was too advanced to treat therefore my fur child of Thirteen years had his life cut short because of the negligence of Broadway Animal. The Veterinarian that my Henry and I saw at Puget Park Veterinary Clinic was thorough and the Vet technicians that I’ve encountered were very kind and showed me respect and sympathy for the tremendous loss brought on by the careless diagnosis of Broadway Animal hospital. Sincerely Rita

Although I did not personally bring my dog here, I feel Puget Park Vet deserves 4-stars for the following: * They responded in under 24 hours to my appt inquiry, and, * Offered me a same-day appt, * Receptionist was patient, friendly, and empathetic. * Exam prices are lower than any other clinic I've communicated with, * People who use apps, like Nextdoor, have very favorable opinions of Puget Park Veterinary. They've earned a place in my phones contact list for possible future appointments!

The most caring staff and veterinarians. I travel between Washington and Arizona and am so glad to have this vetrinarian in Washington. I have been going here since 2011. They are great!

Overall the vets and staff provide great care but left something to be desired in terms of customer service. We were told once, 8 months ago to put our cat on a sedative, before bringing her in, due to us not being allowed in to hold her under COVID protocol. Next appointment came 8 months later without a reminder or note and we forgot that single conversation/direction. When I apologized and asked if they could possibly put a reminder in our chart, the vet made it seem like a huge inconvenience and that it could maybe be done. They additionally charged us the full $56 for an exam, when they didn’t actually complete an exam because our cat wouldn’t let them. This same office sends me 3-4 automated emails a week for discounts on their food and products they market and sell, so a simple reminder and prompt doesn’t seem like it should be a problem. Overall, we appreciate the care for our animals but they provide a service and we have choices with our provider, so we’ll be choosing another moving forward.

First time owning pets that actually need to go to the vet and this place was recommended to me so I'm giving it a try. My kittens and I were treated nicely. Even though I was not able to go inside with my babies I was still explained everything that was done to them and what will be done over the time with their kitten package which I purchased for my kittens.

My dog had a TPLO here with an outside surgeon and the staff that handled his intake, care, payment and discharge were all amazing. I can't express how much their care meant to me as my dog is my everything. Anytime I have a serious issue, I'll look to them for care.

Just hand over your credit card (no cash), for a two year schedule comittment for your kitten, pay it all upfront so you can't go anywhere else, you are not allowed to go into the office, you must stay in your car, and after somebody works on your pet, they deliver your bill that you have already paid for, along with your pet to your car that you've been waiting in, and they expect you to show up for the next appointment that they have already scheduled and that you have paid for, weather the pet needs it or not. If you don't like their service or whoever the doctor is, too bad. You have already paid for it upfront. Sadly, because of scams like this, I did not get the new kittie that I wanted so much.

Puget Park Vet Clinic has been a dream come true of me and my pets. First of all, we have a new 16 WEEK old standard poodle puppy that is learning to get along with our 16 YEAR old basset hound mix. Quite honestly, they have similar needs in some ways but for very different reasons and Puget Park Vet Clinic has made that easy and manageable for us. I want a vet that's going to be honest with me and has my animals best interest at heart and I am sure that's what you get here. They aren't suggesting unneccessary or expensive treatments, they aren't just trying to take your dollars, and they actually reasoned me away from expensive treatments my old vet had me doing, which has saved me money while my pets life improved...seriously, they're great! I feel reassured everytime I go, and know that I'm getting the best advice and treatment for my pets. Our pets are our family members. We dress them up on Halloween, they root for our sports teams with us and even console us whe we're down. They make our bad days good and our good days great! So naturally, we want them to have the best care possible and quite frankly, we owe it to them. That's exactly what we get at Puget Park Vet Clinic! Thanks team!

Been taking our pup here for about a year and we love it. I look forward to actually meeting the staff when Covid is over as they have been very conscious of safety which I appreciate. They were even able to see him within 24 hours when he had a bad ear infection. Reasonably priced and friendly.

I had been looking for a new vet for some time and I’m so glad I found them. They listened to me and that was a first of any vet I’d been to. I talked supplements, nutrition and food, performance sports we do and reasoning to not neuter yet and I was so happy to have a discussion regarding all of it. Previously I had been told “it’s probably fine not to do that” or “his growth plates are probably closed”. I wanted assurance they would hear my concerns and give me definite information, not just probables. I will definitely be coming back here and hope to keep this as my main vet for my 2 boys.
