I was unable to go when it was time for my little fur face to be groomed. So,I sent a note describing how I wanted her to be groomed. When we picked her up I was SO pleased. They groomed her exactly as I wanted. She looked so cute! Finding a decent groomer is harder than finding a good hairdresser..lol. I will continue to use NWAC for all my pets needs. Also, the staff is extremely professional and friendly!!

We have had a couple of kitties with serious health issues the past 5 or 6 months. The kindness, compassion and consideration of the docs and staff at Northwest Animal Care Hospital has helped us deal with the issues in a positive and hopeful way.

Just came in to get my cat's claws trimmed, only to find that they'd scheduled me incorrectly and couldn't fix their mistake. I repeated back the day and time when I scheduled it, so there's no excuse.

Northwest Animal Care has my business forever. I contacted them after frantically calling 15 other clinics and getting turned down at each one. NWAC heard my distress and my dog’s emergency symptoms and told me they’d see us within an hour. We rushed to the clinic and were greeted with a warm and calming staff. They treated our dog, Wesley, with the upmost care and attention, making sure my husband and I were comfortable with every step. The next day, Wesley’s symptoms weren’t improving and they recommended hospitalization. We were terrified, as Wesley’s never stayed overnight at the vet, but the staff was so lovely and treated our dog with such love. Our dog is a nervous rescue who has a history of biting when scared, but the vet assured me she has worked with dogs like him and told me they are a “fear-free” clinic. They did whatever they could to make sure he was comfortable and felt safe. Wesley saw the vet tech from the night before and ran up to her, tail wagging, even though he wasn’t feeling good. My husband and I were immediately settled, as Wesley is rarely excited to see new people. He stayed for 3 days and the staff updated us every morning and night. Though his vet stay was one of the scariest weekends of our lives, NWAC made us feel at ease and we knew he was getting the best care. We got to visit him on day 3 (photo attached) and we could see how well he was being taken care of. The bill at the end was extremely reasonable and Wesley is feeling much better! They even called us the day after we brought him home to check in on us. We are never taking our animals anywhere else and want to keep NWAC all to ourselves, but we’re so happy with their service, we can’t help but brag about our experience. Thank you again.

My first visit went very smoothly with short wait-time and fast turn-around. Dr. Logan communicated with me by phone about the visit and med refills. I am very pleased with the service.

I have relaxed lately after discovering Northwest Animal Hospital. Having had some bad experiences in the past in Everett, I was twice-shy about committing my Bengal Chui to anyone’s medical or grooming care. Chui is now relaxed and curious (and happily accepts petting and scritching) even at “The Vet”. Staff is professional and genuinely caring for any pet who comes through the doors. Ask about their “Cat Whisperer”! Love these young pet-lovers and the comfortable, clean and loving environment! Highly recommended! (As long as their Office Manager isn’t in the loop).

I can't say enough good things about Northwest Animal Care Hospital. The doctors and assistants, groomers and boarder workers took wonderful care of our first Lab, Roca, while we had her. She loved being left at boarding. She was an older dog when we got her. When it came time to say good-bye to her, they were kind and as sad as we were. They all said good-bye to her. We now have another older Lab lady, Shadow. The staff has been very attentive to my questions and needs for her. I am looking forward to continuing our wonderful relationship throughout her remaining years. Thanks epecially to Dr. Johnson, who has returned several calls when I have had concerns aboout my new dog. Everyone should feel very comfortable taking their animals to NW Animal Hospital. I notified the office that I would be about 6 minutes late. When I arrived they took me and my dog pretty promptly for her exam, bloodwork and urinalysis. The staff are very nice and seem to really love the animals. We were in and out pretty quickly and my dog seemed okay with everything. The facility is very clean and they are accommodating for emergencies as long as they are open. Dr. Johnson called me with her bloodwork results on the day he promised.

Thank you so much to the Northwest Animal Hospital for making time to see our sick pup. We were quite frazzled as we called every vet hospital within a 20 mile radius and all had a 6-hour wait. The staff was very caring and thorough and didn’t rush through the examination. We are happy to report that our pup is doing well and fully recovered. Thanks again!!

We just brought our new (14 week old) puppy in to NW Animal Care a Puppy check-up and vaccine update. This being our first time, we were all a bit anxious, but the experience was actually surprisingly pleasant. Everyone on the staff was so friendly, informative, competent and conscientious. Our pup was extremely nervous in the beginning, but the crew was so gentle and kind and patient that she was just fine by the end of the visit. The facility was also immaculate (and very well designed to help minimize stress on the patients (and their owners). This was just our first visit to NW Animal Care, but if this is the kind of service experience we see going forward, then they will undoubtedly be our veterinarian home for the life of our little pup.

I’ve been looking everywhere for an exotic vet that would see my hedgehog (Rosie) that wasn’t booked out 3 months. Finding a vet to do an exam on an exotic animal without charging a premium is very rare but this clinic has very reasonable prices! To start the staff is so friendly and helpful they really seemed to care about every little detail and wanted to get Rosie better as fast as possible. The doctor was kind and gentle with her, he was patient when she was too afraid to uncurl for her exam diagnosed her quickly and confidently. I can absolutely say for any future card my animals need I will be making 40 minute drive to get them here!

It doesn’t matter who helps us each time we have a visit with one of our pets because we know that they will be professional, loving, and responsive to the needs of all those involved. My pups can be shy when visiting, but the staff always go above and beyond to help ease that anxiety. We only can have sincere respect for a Doctor who gets on the floor to ease our pups in and to complete their exams.

I am so over it! We have been using this vet for almost 5 years! At the beginning they were great. Recently it is near impossible to get an appointment, and forget it if your animal has an emergent medical need, they push you off to the “emergency vet”. There is no longer a personal connection, we see a different person every time! Don’t get me started on the pricing! 2 weeks ago an ear test was $35 and today same test….. $44! Without even saying, “oh by the way, I’m charging more for the same test” and the repeat medication is double! Never again! I have been giving them the benefit of the doubt for almost 2 years. The over charging price gouging is just too much!

NW Animal care has been my vet clinic for many years. They are patient, compassionate, and show great care when taking care of my cat, even when she’s feisty! The doctor called me to discuss the lab results so I didn’t have to wait for them to come through the mail. I highly recommend NWAC for your pets. They have wonderful staff if you want to board your pets too.

Will not be bringing my animals back here!! I’ve been coming to this vet for over 5 years- taking both of my dogs here and I do 100 percent agree with the other 1 star reviews- NW animal hospital has taken a huge change for the worst over the last year or so and had some serious change over in their staff. I no longer feel like they care about their jobs or my animals, they have Mis-diagnosed my dog and it’s sad because we used to think so highly of their Vets. I have had nothing but hassles with their front of house staff and the staff I’ve dealt with are not knowledgeable or even have any idea of what the heck is going on. I miss the old staff, and the old vets. Unfortunately will not be spending my money or recommending this vet to anyone anymore. Good luck.

I love how well “Lilly” has been taken care of at NorthWest Animal Hospital. She has gone there since she was 3 mths old and she is almost 15 now. She recently had her teeth cleaned and some teeth pulled. She did great! They took very good care of her. They have grooming and boarding services that we use, as well ????

Great experience with Dr. Johnson and Dr. Compton. We initially spoke to Dr. Johnson and Dr. Compton did the laser nares surgery on both my Frenchbulldogs, both were spayed and one had laser palate surgery all in the same day. I was sooo nervous and anxious but Dr. Compton answered all my questions and explained what they were going to do. He even called me a few times between their surgeries which I very much appreciated. My babies are doing great and so much more energy and HAPPY! I live down South but the trip down North is not a problem because I know my girls are in very caring, loving hands. Thank you so very much for putting me at ease during their surgeries.

This place is amazing! Sadly, we had to take our 15yo dog in for an emergency. Unfortunately, there really wasn't anything they could do for him. They were so kind and compassionate when telling us and gave us all the time that we needed to say goodbye (which was at least a couple of hours). This was a week and a half ago and today we had a sweet condolence card in the mail, signed by everyone in the office. They are so kind. I highly recommend.

DIDNT REMOVE CATHETER because you were too busy?????? …Well my cat was given back to me in his carrier and the e-collar was handed to me as I was asked to put it on because they forgot. Sure I didn’t mind. Thought this was odd. Yet after driving and hour to get home. I take my cat out of the car with blood on his right limb as the catheter was left in place. This is NOT ok. Would any hospital send a human home with a catheter in place dripping blood? No! We’ve been calling since the appointment Friday and have spoken with the clinic. The first call on Friday she told me sorry we’ve been busy. Busy is not an excuse for negligence. The second call, we were told the manager would call us. The third call, we were told this would be reported to the owner and he/she would contact us. Still awaiting, this makes me question everything. How can I trust this place. :( For $700 for a subpar Job!

Dr. C was wonderful. He sat on the floor with our little dog to pay careful attention as he checked him out. Not to mention their staff managing to fit us in the same day when our emergency vet was overbooked.

Best vet experience I've had to date. Called 6 different places to get my pet seen and this place was the only one to put me on hold to actually try and help me. Super friendly, very clean, efficient and professional, it's clear they really care about the pets they take care of. I would give more stars if I could, absolutely blown away❤️
