Couldn't tell that my dog was already spayed so they performed surgery she didn't need and still charged me for it.

We've only been there once, for our kitten's first check up. The Staff and Dr were so great. I've even called since then for advise. We aren't going back though. It's over priced and there's no reason... it's a small old office with the most inconvenient& miniature parking lot.

Have been taking all my pets here for 30 years. After it went into new ownership the quality of the staff and customer service has gone way down. Had an emergency with my pet today and the women at the front desk refused to give any solution to see my sick pet for over a week. Truly disgusted with the lack of empathy or customer loyalty. Will not be taking either of my pets here any longer.

They've really perfected their covid response. Staff was friendly came out to the car ingood time. The doctor came out a couple of times she was very personable very clear. I finally felt like they were really paying attention to my dogs

They have taken very good care of our Christofurr, and have been great about answering questions and helping us get his problem resolved! I will be glad when we can actually go back to office visits instead of phone visits, but they have been able to face the challenges of covid well!

Broadway Animal Hospital is GREAT - treat my cat as their own, excellent skills, procedures, handling, and everyone is sooooo nice!

We started coming here a year ago when we got our first puppy, Cash. They have always been quick to get him in if needed and he absolutely LOVES coming which I think says a lot about their care. We recently got a new puppy named June who is very anxious around new people. Dr. Zastrow suggested we come bring her in during their lunch when there aren't any other patients so that June can meet the people that work there and receive treats so she don't associate the vet with bad experiences (shots, loud dogs, new people). I appreciated this SO much. We went for the first time today and June did so much better. Everyone was so nice to do this during their lunch and were extremely patient with June while se warmed up to them. This is a kind of service that I believe goes above and beyond. Thank you!!

Staff and doctor are amazing. The girl that took my dog was so kind ad understanding. Also, the doctor comes out and takes time to answer all questions and giving advice. Thank you very much, I appreciate all you do and I'll recommend this place anytime

These folks are so helpful and very caring! We brought our puppy in for a wellness exam and a follow up for pneumonia; the entire team here at Broadway Animal Hospital were friendly, informative and helpful with our Benny! We will be bringing him back, and look forward to working with them again!

Decent place! I like it's close and not a commercial operation. They do seem to care a lot about their patients. I'd recommend them.

Google’s limit will not allow me to post the entire story (now that I’ve taken the time to write it all) of how over the last 3-4 years we went from happy with this clinic to losing pets tragically and prematurely due to their negligence and ineptitude. So I will just say that their lack of urgency and experience, as well their willing partnerships with out-of-touch and uncommunicative providers, cost our family the lives of not one, but two of our pets over the past 18 months. During and after these ordeals we were met with some understanding and compassion but a lot more defensiveness, hostility, excuses and then hollow attempts at sympathy. Everyone has struggled during the last two years’ hardships but this complete lack of care is unacceptable. I believe there’s a reason they are struggling with high turn over of vet techs/finding good vet techs—and it isn’t because of COVID. They can and should do better. More importantly, there are several vets in the area that are doing way better for a range of lower, similar and higher prices. Four months after losing my best friend I am still sad but more clear headed and I still cannot recommend taking a pet here—it’s just not worth the risk. I wish I’d discovered the vet I have now a year ago, maybe then I’d have had my buddy comfortable and happy for up to 12 mos longer.

Broadway animal hospital was completely negligent in diagnosing my Henry when I brought him in to see why his breath had gotten bad they prescribed a topical wipe because they said it could be because he was drooling from the surgery he had on his lip but there wasn’t any skin issue to be corrected. They didn’t look in his mouth or they would have realised he had a mass that was growing in his mouth causing the Oder that I noticed. I had always addressed any issue because he was my only child! And I have them to thank for his Death! If you Love your fur child don’t trust these hacks with your Cherished Fur Children. Please!

The sweetest, bulma and trunks came out from the vet very happy. So happy I was able to find the right clinic for our bulldogs

Brought my Hunter there for a ear infection. They got him in and treated him quickly. Staff explained everything they were doing and what we needed to do as follow up. We have been using them for better than 40 years

It used to be a great place to take your animal for care but now it is no longer such a place. Save your animal, take them somewhere else! 7/21 I need to revise this review. We had no choice but to try this vet again, nobody else had any openings and our kitty needed immediate help! Wow, what a turn around they have made! They are the Broadway animal hospital again! Wonderful caring attitude, wonderful care and just an overall positive attitude. We will be back!

We have been taking our fur babies to Broadway Animal Hospital for over 20 years! I swear every year they get better and better! I recommend them to everyone I know with pets!!!!

North gate Vet clinic and Broadway Animal Hospital have been the vets my 7 animals have had over the years. Compassionate , caring and highly professional. If you love your animal , this is the place!

Every time I bring in Chase they seem to love him. They are so good with him and me too. Chase is a rescue and sensitive to meds and they explain all and everything and understand my concerns with above sensitivity to meds. He always makes their day I'm told when their having a stressful day. Thanks Dr. Pitzer and Ashley for all that you do.

I actually used to work here as a tech for a few years a while back but moved out of state. It was honestly my favorite clinic I ever worked at because of my coworkers. Favorite doctor is definitely Dr Mayes, she's completely genuine! She really is that nice even when clients aren't around. Also shes super smart and puts a lot of thought into her treatment plans. I've moved back to WA and always take my pets back to them and probably will forever as long as Dr Mayes is there.

My first experience with Broadway Animal Hospital was approximately 22 years ago when one of our 4 legged family members was too old needed assistance to move on. Shortly after we received a card with the"???? Rainbow Bridge" poem on it. It came at exactly the right time and made our family feel much better. Ever since then, Broadway Animal Hospital has been our go to vet for all our pets. After todays service to my little dog, I stand by it. All vets and assistants as well as any other staff members were all great. Highly recommended. I couldn't possibly say enough good things to give this statement justice. Super in every way. Thank you.

Where to even start. Honestly loved my vet (dr pitzer), but the staff's communication seriously leaves something to be desired. Voicemails not returned, no follow up after surgery or serious issues. Didn't tell me the correct information about a med I was putting my cat on and by doing so, could have caused a more serious health problem. Almost gave me flea meds for an adult cat to my kitten. Shoved paperwork at me. No one apologized to me after any of these errors were made. Also, how is this place an emergency vet when you can't even get an appointment for a week as a current client?? Even if it's an actual emergency! They just refer you to diamond where prices are 3x as much. Ridiculous. Since working with them, I've had my mother and good friend of mine pull their animals from your care to find other vets. 6 animals total you've lost because of these problems. This issue is not mine alone. None of us have felt like the health of our pets is priority. I've received estimates from other vets for the same things and now know that I was being completely ripped off and in terrible care no less. Just honestly absolutely despicable service. I will never step foot in this establishment again. And something tells me they won't even care.

First time using them for my cat. The process with the parking lot pickup went great. They called after his exam, transferred me for cost and approval, and brought him out promptly after his check up, shot, and nail trim.
