Great personal touch and does well with a incredibly nervous small pup!

Loved the spa! The service was great and it was nice to know there is something nearby to bring my Wookie to. There is also a park nearby to walk my dog to show off his clean self! LOL!

Been going here for a while now. Nicole is the best groomer, so skilled, trustworthy/consistent, and really cares about our pup! We love how this place doesn’t overbook their schedule so we can always expect to come back for pick up ~1 hour instead of like other places that tell you to come back after 4 hours while keeping your dog caged for so long. It shows this place cares about each individual pet.

The owners and staff are very friendly, and genuinely care about animals. They have a good selection of pet care/grooming products, and are willing to provide input on what products would pair the best with your specific pet based on its age, breed, etc.

Great prices and service. Had my dogs nails trimmed her several times and they are super quick. They also have a great variety of treats and dog food but not over whelming.

Our local pet store, the staff here is always friendly and they have the best pet products. Bonus: they have shop cats!

Absolutely love this place! They are SO friendly and my dog is usually really nervous going to the groomers and he didn’t even seem bothered when they took him. They cleaned him up and gave him the best haircut he’s ever gotten. Highly recommend this place! And I love that they take one pet at a time to really focus on and make the pet feel comfortable!!

Horrible experience here. Don’t get your dogs groomed here. My dog was left with an uneven hair cut. I paid $79 for a small Maltese and they didn’t even shower her I was covered in dog hair when I picked her up. Also they will rip you off and tell you a different price. She told me $50 on the phone for a groom and when I picked up my dog she changed it to $79 for some reason... will never go back it was not even worth it.

Saw a cat in the window and decided to go in to pet it. Alice is quick to lick you and love bite you, and Shelby loves belly rubs! I would 10/10 go to this store again. Their products are great as well! I got some toys and a bag of cat nip for my furry child Tiki. Nice chill atmosphere, friendly staff, and nice flow to the store. Even if you don't have any animals to buy for, I HIGHLY recommend this store for petting the the kitties!

I think the focus of their business is grooming, and they are really good at it. Other places will keep your dog for hours, these guys take 1 pup at a time. Recommended.

Have been going here for 15 years. It's the only place I go for dog supplies. Tracy is knowledgeable and friendly. She has helped me pick out the perfect dog food for my pups. The owners have become more like friends over the years. I love that they help rescue cats get adopted also!!

Great wholesome and high quality products (they bring in new and different inventory all the time) with a large variety of food and treats (they have several other products like any other pet stores but, they have a very large selection of food and treats). They will try and work with you to get the things you need/want (I believe as long as it meets their high quality standards), which is really nice if your pet has special dietary needs like my dog. However in my case they have always had something that is close that works or is actually better, than something I have gotten somewhere else. My dog loves going to the store to visit the nice staff and his kitty friends. The staff is very friendly and the owner is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. They foster cats for adoption and partner with organizations that work with feral cats. Instead of going to a Petsmart or Petco, help support this wonderful local business that has great quality products. It's easy to get to and convenient if you need to go to the grocery store or are stopping to get something in the shopping center before or after. This place is great and I highly recommend it! They also do grooming which I have not used this service yet but, I have seen some of the dogs when they are finished and they look great.

Very friendly owners and great selection

I recently wanted to try a groomer that didn't take hours. So impressed. My Roary ,a male 15 lb mix of dogs. Chi is what everyone thinks of any dog ,oh it's a chiawawa but small then Kora is a toy fox rat terrier 7lb ,I rescued her and her profile was sad,her friend was gone and then no one adopted Kora. Both are rescues, Well they we're happy as heck, tired and conked out when we got home.i can tell because I have a dog business of my own and a sign a dog is comfortable he or she will fall asleep. Ash way dog grooming ????‍????????. I will be back again. $35 for bath,ears, dry, massage, nails, glands expressed and hair combed. They didn't have to have all ten groomers with all kinds of dogs and this was nice,I knew I would love it when Sherry says" can they bathe together" I thought how would I know if she didn't ask so no short cuts taken. Real results and the store is amazing food selection.

The people are so friendly. I love coming here for my dogs' and cats' needs.
