I loved Dr. Liz. She's kind, caring and explains everything to you. I didn't like the last Dr. there. Not the best bed side comforting. Staff is great. I highly recommend Valley Vet!!!

Valley Vet has the best health care for animals I want to give a big shout-out to dr. Hannah Willett for taking such good care of Helga the rescue Pig and a week ago I took in little Peppa Pig and the doctor he was so good to her and very explanatory to me on everything I would need to do for her little hoof. Best veterinarian clinic and doctors ever

My last veterinarian lost the compassion with animals. I switched our two dogs to Valley Vet and the improvement is massive. The only issue is that they have so many fine veterinarians, that the selection is the only difficult decision. I currently see Dr. Fleming whom my dogs & I adore. I would recommend Valley Vet to anyone.

I have had the best experience here! With Covid I haven’t met my vet face to face, but he always makes sure to call me and ask if I have any concerns and tell me how my puppy is doing. My puppy has only seen them and gotten all of her shots here. She has no fear of the vet after going to them and even runs to the building when we have to go. I love knowing my baby is being taken care of!

We LOVE Valley Vet! All of the staff have been amazing and we are so incredibly thankful for Dr. Fleming's care for our puppy. She is down to earth and genuinely cares for each pet. She communicates all of the details and care routine so well! Thanks for making going to the vet always easy and a joy!

Excellent vets. Some of them also work at Cascade East Animal Clinic in Cle Elum.

There never seems to be any appointments available anymore. Not even for established, long time, patients. However, the staff was kind and did what they could. When your animal is hurting and uncomfortable, waiting 10 days to get an appointment just doesn't work.

All I needed was something to help my pup calm down during our long road trip and they couldn't even help.

From doctors that crawl in to rooms to greet nervous pups, to emergency responses that make pet welfare the priority (seriously, please continue to push for what is best for my pup rather than over explaining in the beginning, this is amazing!) these individuals are doing something wonderful here and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I am relatively new to Ellensburg and have heard great things about this vet clinic, so when I made the decision to get my 15-month-old lab puppy neutered, I didn’t call other vets or ask questions. This was the biggest mistake of my life, and I want to share my experience so others can be warned. I was told that I needed to set up a general exam for Kodiak to make sure he was physically ready for surgery. I was required to pre-pay for this appointment, so there was no way to get my money back if I changed my mind or missed the appointment. When I showed up today, I discovered that they do not allow you to come in with your pet. This is not stated anywhere on the website, nor was it communicated to me when I made the appointment. If it had been, I would have found a different vet, as Kodiak is very anxious around strangers and in new places. Because I had already paid, I decided to go through with the appointment, but my heart was breaking as I watched the vet’s assistant drag him inside because he was terrified and didn’t want to leave me. A few minutes later I received a call from the vet letting me know they were done and that what they had been able to examine looked good, but claimed Kodiak tried to bite them so they muzzled him and weren’t able to look at his teeth. Kodiak has never bitten anyone, so I seriously doubt this unless they completely pushed him over the edge. The vet clinics I’ve gone to in the past are very good with anxious dogs and allow time for them to familiarize themselves with the new people and environment, distracting them with treats to help them remain calm. This obviously was not done. But that’s not even the worst part. The vet casually mentioned they had gotten him “up-to-date” on his vaccines. The appointment was scheduled as a general exam and at no point did I request any vaccines or get any indication that they were planning to vaccinate him. Apparently they had pulled his records from my previous vet, seen that he was due for his next vaccines in a few months and decided to do them early all on the same day, plus extra shots he had not previously gotten. I was absolutely horrified to learn they had given him six shots at one time without my permission or knowledge. My old vet was always careful to space out his vaccinations so he never received too many doses at one time, and always informed me exactly what they were planning to do before my appointments. I am extremely distressed and disappointed by this experience and will not be returning. From now on I will gladly be taking the 4 hour trip to my holistic vet in Post Falls, Idaho rather than driving down the street to Valley Veterinary Hospital. The only positive thing I have to say is that the vet was very apologetic after hearing how distressed I was and did not charge me for the vaccines. For those of you who have anxious pets of your own or who care about informed consent, I highly recommend finding a different vet.

Very compassionate at a difficult time with my kitten. They were thoughtful enough to get me footprints of my little treasure. Been coming to them for years!

Very kind and really felt like dog was well taken care of. They listened to all my concerns and was not judgemental at all. I liked that they had numbered spots to check in and each individual went in one at a time to prevent any possibility of getting sick with Covid. They also had a bunch of cool masks for sale.

Unreliable, uncaring and straight up rude. My family spends $1,000 of dollars a year at this vet for routine visits for our animals. We had a emergency happen on Friday night, called to see about getting our dog in. Was told “too busy” call back in a few hours, called back left multiple voicemails (with no return calls) called back first thing this morning and was told “nope can’t see your dog - too busy, go to Yakima...” the lady on the phone was the least but friendly or professional. Will not be returning to this vet for anything in the future - will definitely be finding one who I can count on for routine and EMERGENCY visits.

Very nice and considerate service. Able to get us in for an injured dog on short notice, eventhough we aren't regular clients. If we lived closer, they would be our new vet.

Dr. Willett and the staff at Valley Veterinary Hospital in Ellensburg are an incredible blessing to our community. Her personal compassionate after hours care of our very sick kitten Zora who by God's grace turned a huge corner on Christmas (of all days ❤) is why Dr. Willett will be our personal vet from here on. Thank you Valley Veterinary Hospital!!

A little pricey, it worth it. They handled quarantine well, and as some one immunoconpromised, I sincerely appreciate that. Reliable- my phone calls are always returned and the lady in the phone is courteous and professional. I’ve had zero problems coming here and no feel safe leaving my precious pup in their care. As a side note, the last time I came in, I warned them that my dog has severe separation anxiety (which were making progress on, slowly but surely) and my dog really didn’t want to be separated from me, but had to be because no one was allowed entry into the building because of covid. The man (nurse?) that came to grab my pup sat with her in the middle of the road and slowly coaxed her to the door. He was gentle and kind, and even tho my pup was growling and lunging to get back to me, he was very kind. The patience and genuine respect for animals I saw that day when I came in is why I refuse to go anywhere else for my puppies care.
