The staff is compassionate and friendly. When I had to put down my old cat they were very kind to me. They take care of my new cat very well.

I'm new to the area and called to make an appointment for my dog and was put on hold immediately "for a brief moment". 1:16 later, I asked if they were accepting new animals and they said they were, but they were booked a ways out. I was then told that there was a $67 non-refundable deposit just to BOOK an appointment, no matter when it was scheduled. Forgive me, but that's unconscionable. I could walk my dog to this vet, but I will be taking him elsewhere. (BTW, if the deposit was to have been applied to the first visit, I would have been more amenable to booking an appointment. But, if this is the case, it was not even mentioned or made clear at all.) NOTE: I did not just "hang up." I was told of the fee. I repeated what I heard and the receptionist confirmed it without appending it. I said I'd be taking my dog elsewhere and "thank you for your time." The conversation was, it seemed to me, over. Then I ended the call.

My sister and my clients both have their animals cared for by Dr Johnson who is very competent. The staff are friendly and very caring. The problem right now is getting seen because all of the veterinarian clinics and hospitals are at capacity and turning animals away. They can't keep up because of the huge influx of pandemic adopted pets and a lot of them coming from Texas and south Korea are arriving with heart worm or other issues. That said my client's (85 year old couple with health and mobility issues) cat was failing horribly. They had waited 7 hours in the car the day before at an emergency vet hospital and after spending over $1,000 still had no diagnosis. Dr Johnson and the staff at Edmonds veterinary hospital figured it out after a couple days. Not only that, they did everything they could to save this kitty when we were unable to have her seen by any area emergency vets. We're very grateful for all of your determination and persistence. The charges were very fair. Thank you so much for helping my clients when they were so desperate to save their cat. They are so glad you've been caring for their animals for years.

I needed a boarding facility that would take my dog who is in season. Walter went out of his way to help me find a place. My vacation was saved!

I recently moved to the north-end and I'm looking to establish a good veterinarian for my two dogs. I was referred to Edmonds Vet Hospital because they were accepting new clients and the receptionist who answered was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I inquired about seeing if I could get my two dogs on their schedule and he immediately cut me off and told me that they were booked out for the month. I told him I understood and I wouldn't mind scheduling something and he immediately cut me off again to explain why they were so busy and getting new clients scheduled has been difficult. Without giving me the opportunity to get a word in I asked him a question and he paused and said, "so, what's up!?" A little taken aback I explained that I would call them back another time. Suffice it to say I will not be calling back. His customer service was extremely poor. I also found another veterinarian who is way more accommodating, understanding and overall professional.

Very disappointed in this veterinary clinic. I knew it wasn’t my favorite but I never imagined that they would show such complete disregard for a dogs health. This was originally our puppy’s vet, but we eventually decided to switch vets after getting a recommendation from a friend that we ended up liking better. My main issues at that time with this vet was that she never bothered to meet me in person to take the time to discuss my dog, granted it was during covid but by contrast our new vet always takes the time to come outside and talk to and reassure us and I can tell that he loves animals and they take to him. Second, edmonds veterinary clinic is quite over priced (they quoted us 3 times what we ended up paying at our new vet for a simple spay procedure). However today, I couldn’t get her in to see her new vet as they are overbooked with emergencies. So I called up Edmonds Veterinary Clinic. After telling the man on the phone about our situation he asked if we are clients there, I told him the truth, we were but we haven’t been to them lately. Well guess what? He can’t help me then, but I really should see a vet today he says, goodbye. No compassion at all, once they learned that I’m not a regular client, they don’t care anymore. He even had the audacity to tell me that most vets around are all booked up so “good luck”. I understand not having availability, no problem, people can be busy and have every right not to overbook themselves. It’s that he made it quite clear that they didn’t have availability for ME, not in general.

I've been taking my cat to Edmonds Veterinarian Hospital for 6 years. I would highly recommend Dr. Fry and her staff. They've always gone out of there way to answer any questions I have and be accommodating. They are very friendly and understanding wherever I have questions or concerns with my cat.

I worked there. They care for the animal's a lot and their co workers that have been there years. Not so much new employees

They are still doing curbside checkin. Then a tech comes and gets your pet and asks questions about why you are there. The vet will then do the exam while you wait in the car and call you with recommendations and the cost. Pretty streamlined and I think their prices are reasonable.

Very compassionate, caring staff. Clear and concise information conveyed about my dog's condition and treatment. The staff followed up a few days later about my dog and response to treatment. Excellent animal care!!

Great veterinary experience for my dog Zoe. They took great care of her for simple things like nail trimmings to shots and help with her allergies. Staff is friendly and the area is clean and safe.

Dr. Fry and Dr. Roberti along w/the staff are some of the most caring animal professionals I've ever dealt with. They showed amazing kindness, compassion, and problem solving skills with my aging Father's aging and ill cat. We will be forever grateful for their help in a time of need and sing their praises. Take your beloved pet here for care and boarding. They are very trustworthy!

A great place! Really good, caring staff, good parking, reasonable rates, and they've always given good solid advice. We've been going there for 25 years. Oh, they have boarding, too.

I'm sorry to say I have lost faith in EVC. Doctor didn't seem versed in treatment for rat poisoning at all. They didn't have the meds to treat the poisoning. The treatment given was done half way though course of treatment is well documented. I was told I didn't need to seek out oral meds on my own and found out later they were essential to my dogs survival. No follow up on my dogs condition was done at all. Not what I am accustom to at EVC and I'm not comfortable bringing my pets here anymore. Sorry EVC. I dont blame you for my dogs death but am left wondering if he could have made it with the proper treatment and a little follow up. Again, sorry and thank you for your help in the past.
