They always do such a great job!

I've been taking my mainecoon here for years now. They do a great job with him and are really personable. We get a variation of their Teddy Bear cut, but with a bit of the lion mane and short on the tummy.

I don't know what magic you did with my 20-year-old cat, but the day after her grooming, she managed to climb all the way upstairs to sit in her favorite sunny spot which she hasn't done in months. I know you gave her an extra long soak in a warm tub, but I think you must have given her a massage as well. What a happy cat!

Today I went in with my new kitty. She has some behavioral issues and unfortunately her appointment wasnt able to happen due to her being too unruly. She threw a huge fit about it and unfortunately it made grooming too difficult for them to continue. That said, the staff here was SO understanding, helpful, and empathetic. They made my entire day and are some of the nicest folks ive met. They really care about all the cats that come in. I work at a vet clinic myself and can easily say I will be reccomending them to any client who asks for groomer reccomendations! THANK YOU CITY KITTY! I will definitely be back one day!

I took my baby here for his first ever grooming experience, and they did a fabulous job! From the beginning I could tell they were extremely attentive to his needs. For example, while checking in, they quickly brought him inside to a quiet, calm environment away from the road noise. Upon picking him up he was extremely relaxed. They even gave him a fun little catnip toy that his sister instantly gravitated towards upon returning home. I asked for a Teddy Bear cut and that’s exactly what he received. He even made it through his bath, and they trimmed his nails! 10/10 would recommend.

Unless you can stay with your cat, don't leave it. Whatever happened there was no communicating why she was traumatized to the point of lethargic and fearful when I went back to get her. I'm done with them.

I've been taking my cat here for a couple of years. They're so incredibly thoughtful and manage my brat of a cat with great patience. I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of her grooming needs!

City Kitty did a wonderful job of trimming and pampering my sweet kitty. The shampoo was wonderful, leaving her fur so soft and smelling heavenly. John was fabulous in mixing up some oil drops for her ears, and the whole experience was terrific for my baby girl. Thank you City Kitty!

We love the way CK takes such gentle and loving care of our long-haired kitty. She comes home totally mellowed out and oh so proud of her gorgeous coat, her sexy pants, and her ultra clean (hairy) paws!

It is amazing the change in attitude after a spa treatment at City Kitty for our 13 year old male “Ben” He has been a regular patron for 10+ years and this treatment has contributed to his health and well being. Wonderful experience for everyone.

Very friendly environment. Easy to book an appointment online. They took very good care of my cat and gave me some tips on how to trim her claws.

They care so much about cats and truly deliver a thought-out and care-filled experience for kitties. The front desk is friendly and engaging and my girl always comes out the other end smelling fresh and feeling soft. I have a rescue Persian so she’s a ton of work, but they make her feel so safe and calm and fancy. We love City Kitty!

Excellent job with my 19 year old ragdoll. She came home looking good and they even cleaned her teeth. I was worried she would give them a hard time, but they gave her a “good job” stamp. The catnip toy was a great idea and kept her calm and happy in her carrier. ????

I love City Kitty! Our Kitters in 17 years old and has quit cleaning himself. He was a little bit of a mess by the time I got him to them. My bad. They were so good to him. He was not stressed out when I picked him up and he looks and feels so much better. We took our other cat to city kitty for years also....we have always had a great experience with them. City Kitty has groomed my cat several times now and they do such a wonderful job. It’s obvious that they love cats and take a lot of care to ensure the grooming process is as stress free for them as possible. My cat Zeus always leaves City Kitty looking so silky and soft. City Kitty always leaves our cat looking clean and neat. I've taken our cat here numerous times and have always been satisfied with their grooming and bathing services. Our cat can be quite fussy and it's a testament to how well they deal with her that she's always calm and relaxed when we pick her up. I highly recommend City Kitty for cat grooming and bathing.

We have been bringing our two Persian kitties here for a couple years now. We love the staff, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. People who work there truly do care about pets, and are paying attention to specific needs of an animal. Our kitties always come out of there super cute, and even with super cute accessories. It is also so nice to not have to worry about dogs being there.

Delightfully decorated with cats everywhere! Bob and John are both charming. My Chili was very skittish having hidden under my bed for 4 days due to a bunch of noisy guys power washing and painting my building. So you had her under difficult circumstances. I love her lion cut! She seems very relaxed and I'm sure feeling comfortable in her shaved body. I would highly recommend this business!

Excellent! They do a superb job grooming my cat, a Himalayan, and he actually seems to enjoy going. He always comes back with a super silky, perfectly brushed coat and sheds less after he's been bathed and groomed. They always give him a cute accessory like a bow tie to go home with which is a really nice touch. I think even my cat is smitten with how he looks! It's clear how much they all adore cats in the time they spend making them comfortable as well as beautiful. My cat has a condition that gets worse with stress so low stress grooming is a must for him. He never seems bothered by coming here which is a big relief. I'd highly recommend them to anyone considering getting their cat groomed.

This was the second time getting my mainecoon groomed at City Kitty. They were friendly and thorough. You can tell they are cat people! Miller had matted quite a bit under his legs and even though he had to have more of a shave because of it, they did it in a way that still let him keep his regal look but really made him feel so much better! Hes been sleeping belly up since we got home! Hes a big hairy beautiful beast and I wouldn't trust anyone else to keep him feeling gorgeous!

It is such a treat to bring our cats home after a visit to City Kitty. They make it easy with online booking and recurring appointments. The cats are treated like honored guests upon arrival. When you come to get them, they smell great, are super soft, and always have something cute to wear like a neck bow or tie or ruffle.
