Easy scheduling over text or email, prompt arrival, and great quality groom from Sid! Our dogs are poorly socialized pandemic dogs and get very stressed during long groom appointments. The service was much quicker than we expected, with the same quality results you’d expect from a non-mobile business. Will absolutely re-book.

Sarah was wonderful! Kind, attentive, patient and I have a long-haired Pembroke Welsh Corgi with 2 coats. He has an under-coat of very fine hair and a coarser over-coat and he gets matted wearing a harness. Sarah was able to get rid of all of the mats and he came out smelling sweet and he seemed pretty happy, too! I'll be back again and again!

My dogs were terrified going to a groomer facility for several hours and gave them severe anxiety and we felt awful for them. So we tried mobile grooming for the first time and it was great. She was extremely nice, on time (early in fact) and was great with my dogs. They were happy and getting pets the whole time and were excited when they came back in instead of being anxious. She did an amazing job with them, and my 73lb huskie looks like he lost 20lbs worth of hair. 10/10 would recommend if you plan to use mobile grooming.

Ashley did a great job on Tigger! After adopting he had continuing matted areas and she gave him a lion cut. It was our first time using this service. We could tell Tigger was much happier too and we love the little lion in the living room!????

Katherine was very knowledgeable about the needs of our pug. At the end of her grooming, my pug didn’t want to come back inside, but rather wanted to stay with Katherine for the rest of the day! Very satisfied and highly recommend!

Jessica was great with my almost 6 month Lagotto Romagnolo Stella! My puppy had only had a puppy cut with a previous groomer, so I was nervous about how this would go. Jessica was so friendly with Stella right away that she put my mind at ease. I guess Stella did great for her first cut, and she looks so much cleaner. Thank you Jessica! I will definitely have Jessica groom Stella again. :)

The groomer was awesome took great care with my mom's little Shih Tzu who was in need of grooming, not for lack of care, but because we couldn't get a grooming appointment. Nicki was kind and gentle with the pooch and did a great job, the cut was perfect and the dog is happy. The upside is we didn't have to drive the dog to a groomer then go back home for 5 hours. Nicki showed up on time and 45 minutes later she walked the squeaky clean, bathed and groomed pooch. We will use them again....

Kit was so amazing with my requests for Max(22lb cat) and was so willing to make sure Max was kept as calm as possible. Normally when Max comes home from the groomer he is so mad and just flops on the floor. Today when we came into the house he was so happy and walked around like nothing happened I am so happy I have found Aussie!!!! We are already booked for August! I'm one happy cat mom.

Ashley was amazing. Very professional and kind. Our cat had never been groomed. He is getting older and was not cleaning himself as good as he should and was coughing up hairballs a lot. We thought a good groom would cut down on the hairballs. His lion cut was great. He looks and smells wonderful. He feels velvety. He was handled with care. We will call them again.

Sarah came to groom our large lab, Cole, today and we are blown away! This was our first time using a mobile groomer and we will do it again. Cole is 13 years old and recently had an ACL tear and Sarah was so gentle with him and took great care! He has never been one to dry easily and sheds a ton and when Sarah was done he was dry and not shedding. He looks better than he ever has after a bath and is so happy this evening. Thank you Sarah! Can’t wait to have you come back again!

my little yorkie was very matted and her face was dirty. She needed to be shaved to remove the mats but she did not seem to be distressed when she was returned to me. I think this company does a good job

Great communication, the groomer came early which worked out well and we were notified ahead of time. The quality of the cut was average. A bit short for winter but it’s been so hard to get in for a grooming appointments so it may be better. The cost is about double what you would pay for a regular groomer, they let you know up front, you are paying for the convenience of having them come to you and if you have shy pets it’s nice to get them done quickly and one on one.

This was the first time we used Aussie and I was beyond happy. In the past, grooming has always been incredibly stressful for me and for my dog, Luna, but not anymore! Aussie pulled right up in front of my apartment building in downtown Seattle. Our groomer, Sarah, was prompt and incredibly friendly. She followed all social distancing and safety precautions perfectly. The handoff was easy and I knew Luna was in good hands. The entire appointment took an hour and fifteen minutes (Luna is a 15lb Cavapoo for reference). I loved that she wasn’t put in a kennel and had the full attention of the groomer the entire time. At a past grooming appointment Luna came out very high strung and clearly upset before immediately falling asleep from exhaustion once she was with me. This time she came out smiling and not at all under stress. Everything about this experience was worth it. We are definitely repeat customers!

Absolutely LOVE Aussie Pet Mobile! We've never had a bad experience with any of the groomers. We have a doodle with medium-length curly hair, and they take the time to comb out mats instead of jumping tight to shaving. It's also great that they get the full groom (bath, haircut, nail trim, blow dry, etc.) done in 60-90 minutes. At other drop-off groomers who work on multiple dogs at a time he would be there all day and be super stressed out when he got home. The office staff are also extremely helpful. If we've ever needed to reschedule or get an appointment last minute they have been very accommodating.

Soso happy with my experience. Scheduling via text was so easy and I got such a quick response. I looked at other local groomers and they didn't have appointments for months out so Aussie Pet Mobile really saved me and my puppy. I was happy that even in my busy Seattle neighborhood the groomer (Sarah) was able to find a spot to park. This was his first groom and I'm so excited for his next. He came out looking like a new dog! I thought it was especially nice that she added on a little bandana to his leash. The nice part was that after it was done, I was able to schedule his next session. Will definitely keep recommending this place!

The world does not stop even if we need to, not even my dog’s fur and her ability to get filthy. Aussie Pet has been a fantastic boon! They are responsive and very efficient. I have an Australian Shepherd who can get dreadlocks if not maintained properly and they do a wonderful job. She is also a bit skittish and Ashley is able to overcome that as well. All that and I don’t have to go anywhere, they come right to my door! Ashley is a pro for sure!

Super friendly and convienient way to get my dog looking good after a long weekend of running full speed though the forrest and swimming in a swamp. The dog had a good weekend too.

Our groomer, Ashley did a fabulous job on our cat Winston. He had never been groomed before and was 5+ years old. He was heavily matted. She explained the process, and let me know that if he appeared stressed she would stop the grooming. She kept me posted with quit texts through the groom, and even sent a pic of him laying on her groomer table half shaved. After his bath he was a little stressed, so she towel dried him and brought into the house immediately. He is one happy kitty to be mat free. We will be using Aussie Pet Mobile Puget Sound going forward for all of Winston's grooming needs.

We had our first experience with APM. Our little "Jack" is a Maltipoo who just qualified for his first cut after four months of shots and prep. Our stylist - Sarah - contacted me to confirm the appointment and let me know she was ahead of schedule. Safety protocols were amazing and felt really good. We were able to set up our next grooming based on our needs. From beginning to end, it was a wonderful, professional experience.

Ashley groomed our two senior dogs, one who has weak hind legs and mobility and many medical/health issues. Ashley was very understanding with both of our dogs needs and she took extra care to make sure both of them were fine during their grooming sessions. She worked quickly and both of our dogs were nicely bathed and groomed. It was nice and extremely convenient having Aussie Pet Mobile come to our house for the grooming, especially since both of our dogs are old, and also having a toddler, it made it easier for me. We will definitely use them again and have already booked our next session with Ashley.
