Great Doc and great staff!!

Dr. Mundell and staff have taken care of our Lainey since she was rescued from a puppy mill in 2008. Dr. Mundell brought her from a very sick condition, with hardly any coat, to a happy, healthy, and fluffy Westie. After we got established with Animal Dermotology they send us Lainey’s serum via USPS. We lived in Oregon and Hawai’i and now SoCal. Lainey never missed her weekly shot or medicated bath. Thank you, Dr. Mundell, for the expert care and guidance for our Lainey.

Dr. Mundell and his staff have rescued my very allergic cat from doing great harm to her ears. She's also obviously less distressed from itching. The cost of her allergens are worth every penny.

We got recommended to see the doctor from a frenchies group. Don’t even understand what he was talking about the entire time. He was talking in professional medical terms the whole time without explanation. And he seemed to try to keep the conversation longer unnecessarily. Maybe he charged by time ? Anyway with listening to him talk to himself for almost three hours..???? we didn’t get any questions answered about our frenchies allergies besides a huge bill (500...) Also he would only do environmental allergies test on your frenchies ( no food allergies test ...come on what’s the point? ) and the shots he will create has only 75% chances to work ????.. so don’t waste your money on him...try Apple cider vinegar and baking soda, it works better than him!

Extremely professional, yet down to earth and personable. Explained everything to us amazingly well regarding testing and treatment. So easy to talk to about our dog and what he's been going through. I couldn't give enough praise to someone who's just met us and our dog, and yet seems to know/understand everything we've been dealing with. The doctor and staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. We were so thrilled to meet a new doctor(new to us anyway; especially a specialist) who was so kind and caring. Definitely a 10/10 experience and highly recommend them for anyone having skin troubles with their pets.

After having a terrible experience at another local dermatologist it was great to speak with a doctor that actually listened. Great bedside manner. He was great at listening to our concerns and explaining his diagnosis.

I have heard a lot of horror stories about animal dermatologists and after doing a lot of research, it was so very obvious that this was the place to go. Not only were their prices much more affordable and reasonable, but they were also the nicest people who were very helpful and understanding. Not once did it feel like they were just out for money, and they genuinely seemed to care about our pup. We got answers immediately about our dogs health issues and I was so relieved with him being in their care. They worked with us to pay off our bill, they were very informative, and it looks like there’s a chance that they’ll be able to help get rid of my dogs health issues for life, which I was never told anywhere else. I am so happy I found them and I will always recommend this office to people in need of these services :)
